These items are 100% brand new and Authentic, direct from the manufacturerThey come complete with certificate of authenticity, protective case and dust clothEvery product is exactly as pictured

There is nothing to replace, you sent in the frames in October of We provided you with an estimate on 10/** You never acted upon it or notified that you will pay for shipping to return the frames They are probably in some bag at the lab that has been abandoned since months ago This is not a storage facility for your frames

Please send back the item for nose pads as we indicatd

That is what I believe created OpticsFast confusion with my entire orderI do not feel that Becky Srepresented her company wellI would care to not deal with her or someone similar ever again! Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedHowever, consumers should be aware of their shady business practicesI had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund for something they sold me that I was later told was discontinuedThey tried to force another product on me and called me unreasonable because I didn't want itDoing business with them was a huge mistake! We did receive the customers frames for evaluation and did send her an estimate for repair We have revised the estimate and waiting for payment for us to proceed with repair

Firstly, the quote was for $based on what needed to be done once we received the frames and were evaluated With shipping and insurance the customer paid the estimate on 5/ [redacted] and was shipped abck to customer on Since then we have had no email correspondence or phone calls regarding any isse and now are being told they werenot fixed We have an invoice that they were and if any issue th customer has , please have them rach out to us

This matter is closed as customer was refund even though we repaired there frames She falsified her story and we gave her her money back

We read the attached complaint, and no where do we charge for shippingTo the contrary , when a customer puts in a repair order, we provide them with a shipping label to send to us, so not sure what the customer means that we were going to charge her shippingWe do require the customer to input an order and in return a label is generated t their emailThey must of had some confusion

We reviewed the complaint and the customer never sent in a repair for us to repair We have cancelled the order out of our system
