If you take the frames and turn them 90 degrees you will see the lens get darker

wE ARE CONFUSED ON WHT THE CUSTOMER IS ALLEGING HERE.  CUSTOMER DID NOT WANT THER EFRRMAES REAPIRED AND PAID FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND WE ILL BE SENDING BACK THE FRAME SOF THE CUSOTMER NOT SOMEONES ELSE FRAMES

You were receiving emails to a different name under Edward.  We have delated that order from our system

If there is something wrong .. GOOD NEWS we have a 60 days warranty on repairs.Please send it back for a redo.

We re still waiting for the customer to send in the repair so we can evaluate them.  Until then there is no invoice ready for processing.

The money is still in a hold state on my account as the business has not released it. Even today I received 2 text messages and an email from the business rep "Becky" who the man on the phone stated is in "India" regarding the order in which should have been cancelled out after clearly contacting you both verbally and by email and text to discontinue the harassment to do business with your company. If need be I will supply all email chains and the recorded phone conversation that took place as I spoke with SAME gentleman again on the phone shortly after I filed this complaint that same morning. He stated he was in fact NOT AT THE BEACH. Which I may add, if I was was calling the business [redacted] phone number why was it being handled by this person. If your closed it should go to a company voicemail.He continued being UNPROFESSIONAL asking if I had [redacted] and where I was from in West Islip... If I went out last night? Than starting reciting my personal business webpage/[redacted] page back to me on the phone after looking me up on [redacted]. THIS IS NOT A JOKE and I am extremely uncomfortable at this point. I feel my privacy has been invaded.  Until the money is back in my account this situation is not rectified.

tHE CUSTOMER REAIR WEN TO THE LAB ON 8/* AND USUALLY TAKE 1014 DAYS TO OGET COMLETED

Since customer is not sending in there frames for service, this order has been cancelled

In response to the inquiry, after the order came in and we went to process it, the card declined and we notified the cardholder and the order was deleted out of our system. Not sure what she means we tried to charge the card, but the card declined and we will not be sending any frames to a declined...

order. We have deleted this order until the customer send us a new form of payment. But for now the order has been cancelled

We are not sure what additional info was not provided, as this order was never fulfilled and customer requested for frames to be sent back. We shipped them back on 4/** via [redacted] tracking [redacted]

We have requested the customer send back the frames and we did receive them back and sent them back to the lab for a redo

We have cancelled the repair request.

I can send you all the emails they sent me, but they never actually sent me a real invoice. They sent me links where I was supposed to see my order but they never worked. I wasn't too concerned about that THEN though because I had screen shot my order once I placed it. Plus I never dreamed I'd have this big of a fiasco with an internet purchase. I posted all the emails on the Revdex.com site, if you are unable to see them I will gladly forward them your way. Thanks for your help!

his is a repair order that we cancelled and that is why the invoice is -$.01. Nothing is owed as it was cancelled

The customer ordered and paid for 2 sunglasses to be repaired. Customer sent in their frames and we repaired the and shipped the item to the customer’s confirmed billing address via [redacted] tracking number [redacted] and the other shipped as it was not fixed properly the initial time via...
