Tis order was cancelled when we informed the customer is was out of stock

We simply indicated to you the color is not available we did not charge your card nor are we harassing you.

We will contact the customer and if we have them , they would need to pay for return shipping so we can ship them back

 Ray Ban ALWAYS puts a "P" on their polarized glass lenses.  No "P" on the plastic lenses in the frames they sent me, which they made me pay extra for.  I have photos of 2 Ray Ban sunglasses.  One Becky sent me of lenses with a "P" on them, and the actual order I received with no "P" on plastic lenses.  Becky sent me a photo of a pair of sunglasses which she said she was ready to ship that had the "P".  I said yes because the lenses had a "P" on them.  Delivered item, no "P" on plastic lenses.   OpticsFast is flat out lying!

 Dear Sir or Madam,  I received a call yesterday 3/**/16 at 7:54 pm from a collection agency representing Optics Fast and calling from an unidentifiable number of +1 0000000000.  The person who called said that now I owe not only $5.49 for the label I am not going to use, but also a $50 penalty for having 'slandered' the company. He said that they have attached the charges to my credit record.  This obviously does not coincide with what your contact at the company said above.  Please note that shipping was said to be free for using this service, but upon having made clear to Dino (Customer Service) on 3/**/16 that I had taken my business elsewhere because the process on the website was confusing, his colleague Becky of customer service got involved.  Why confusing she asked?  I explained that after inputting my information, an invoice for the transaction came up with a charge of $0.00. Obviously, something is wrong with that and the other provider I used was able to give me a good estimate of the repair.  Becky wrote:  ' ....  [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]  I responded that I am quite well educated and was uncomfortable with the process and on back of their behavior towards me at that juncture I would never give them a credit card or pay them $5.49 or anything else for what was supposed to be 'free shipping'.  It went back and forth but here is Becky's last note before I blocked her email: It's an automated process we submit all non payers to collections. Its fair as we pay for labels.. 1000 a year don't pay its 5k its economical to pay $250 for this service. But don't worry you will pay for it once it's on your credit report.. They always do :)
 ____So as per above, they make a practice of this. Offering free shipping, but then wanting to nickle and dime the consumer for $5.49 (and then $50 in my case) when said consumer decides for whatever reason to take his/her business elsewhere.  There are notes all over the web about their practices, and a lot of people are unhappy with them.I am taking a stand on principle here and look forward to your support to get this cleaned up, not only for me, but also for the other folks they have blackmailed by threatening to hit their credit ratings with this $5.49 (and more) charge.Thank you

 Per Dino with opticsfast when I called on Sept *,2016 at 5:50 am to check on the glasses which had been 3 weeks and had heard nothing from this company he told me that the arms had to be ordered and when they got them in the glasses would be going to the lab for repair he made no mention of my( discontinued old glasses) and  that they were going to use old parts they had in stock that cost me $94.94. I sent Becky S a picture of the terrible job they did on my glasses and asked her if she can honestly say that's the best they can do and she replied (Maybe we can just replace the item for a new one) If they could not have done what they had said they could and with the amount they charged me they should of told me they could not be fixed properly. Than on Sept **,2016 opticsfast sent a email to me stating that this company only hires the best salespeople to service our buyers. These sales people work very late hours, weekends and overtime to make sure our customers get the service and products that they paid for. And in the same email they asked if I was happy with my salesperson and if I wanted to give her a Gratuity. I have emails and pictures of the glasses and the so called best they could do work. All I want is my money back and but this behind me and hopefully no one else will get burned from this company, they should not be allowed to keep their doors open if this is the way they run their business!!!!!!!!!!

No one threatened you and we never charged yo anything

We cant refund you on the frame we can only refund you on the repair.

has NOT been resolved becaus: they in fact do not have the correct color in stock. They want to send me a different pair of glasses. I don't see why its so hard for them to own up to their mistake and just refund my money since they falsely sold me an item they do not have. I even have an email from them stating this.

I did not stop payment. The check was cashed well  before the repair was done and sent back. They did not repair the eyeglasses. They glued them poorly back together. They have already come apart without wear or tear. I did call my bank and ask what my options are. By back refunded me the amount of the check. The company did not do what was promised and are truly the most disrespectful company I have ever worked with.They later in the same week asked for gratuity for customer service, then gave out my personal information to other customer, accusing me of 'stealing' his order. I have spoken with the other customer and they too are going to be taking legal action against the company. This was all after I asked the company to stop contacting me. The internet is overwhelmed with awful reviews, stories, and accounts of mistreatment from this fraudulent company.  I would like them shut down and prosecuted for their fraud.
