We generated an label and paid our cost to close this deal.  Its only fair the customer pays for our label if he doesn't send in the eyewear.

In response to the above compalint, I hereby am providing our version of events. We received an order for repair service from customer. We sent a label that cost us $5.46 to the customer to have them ship their frames to us. To date we have not received anything from the customer to complete a...

service so not sure why they claim we are demanding money from them. Once we receive their repair job, we will evaluate them and send them an estimate. No estimate has been generated and no monies are owed at this time, until we receive their repair. They must gave have some form of miscommunication that they had to pay the shipping cost, when that is our expense. We never sent anything to collection and never did.

I submitted a request for a price match, received communication that my product of choice had been accepted and price match had been guaranteed.  Upon checking out, the price of $189.99 with free domestic shipping. That price was not honored and I'm requesting that this company cease communication as I will no longer do any business with them or recommend their services to anyone.  They are deceptive and do not honor their price guarantee even when communicating such.

Your last 4 responses that prove you are liars.   10/**/2016 - We have an invoice showing that temples were broke when we received the job and the only thing that could be done was to replace them, which we did.    10/**/2016 - We weld as best as we can.  But of course you will see the weld.   10/**/2016 - I am sorry there was a misspoken message, but yes we welded the temples as what the invoice stated   11/*/2016 - With all due respect, we have confirmation that the temples were replaced.  If you claim they were not, please take a photo and send it to us so we can confirm that

I am sorry you are not happy with our lenses.  We are not the manufacturer.  If you feel they are inferior that is your opinion.  There will of course be no refunds for services done.

I have over 30 emails including correspondence...

on Friday July [redacted].  They are lying regarding this order, I have attached a screenshot of a portion of this conversation for reference.  I am again seeking a complete refund or the glasses which I paid for but did not receive.Their response is completely unacceptable and a fine example of the fraudulent scam they are running.  Emails and a few phone calls acknowledge the problem and then within minutes they have no response, or in this case magically no record.

Emails are automated to ask if you can choose an alternate style.  The card was of course not charged for your order.

We advise the customer that they can send them in to us and we would repair if we can.  We still have not received the frames and we cannot be held liable for the post office damaging the box

As per our FAQ the custoemr did not send in the frame and we have acquired an expense.[redacted]

The customer did not want to go thru the reapir service.  We advised them they woul dneed to pay fo return shipping.  We did send them an invoice but to date no invoice was paid for.  As soon as the reurn shipping I paid for, the frames will be shipped back to customer

Customer has put in a complaint that they sent in a pair of frames. To date we have no record of receiving any frames to repair from this customer. We have requested a tracking # to assist in tracking the package but have no tracking to use. We will look again but we have no Tony at our lab facility

We read the attached complaint, and no where do we charge for shipping. To the contrary , when a customer puts in a repair order, we provide them with a shipping label to send to us, so not sure what the customer means that we were going to charge her shipping. We do require the customer to input an...

order and in return a label is generated t their email. They must of had some confusion.

The item is missing a case INDEED we told the customer we can send him a new case if needed.  The item he ordered is the item he received the invoice was sent to him to prove this fact.

We order items from other sources so when an item is not available we ask you to choose something else.Your card was never charged and you werre never billed.

We have deleted your email from our system
