Your invoice did not say polorized[redacted] What kind of case was it? I can look for it.

We did receive the customers frames for evaluation and did send her an estimate for repair.  We have revised the estimate and waiting for payment for us to proceed with repair

We had a incorrect server issue and it was sending duplicate messages.  We have corrected the glitch

Based on the complaint above,  I am not sure what the issue is with the repair, but the customer would need to contact us and they can send it back and we can make any adjustment they need to their frames.  This was a prescription job and if the numbers are off somewhere, we  would...

need to verify that with the customer.

We did nothing wrong here. The account was refunded as per the customer request less shipping as we had to send back the item back to the customer. Shipping is always paid by customer

We reviewed the complaint and the customer never sent in a repair for us to repair.  We have cancelled the order out of our system.

Attached is the item I submitted to the vendor for price match consideration.  They responded by email that they had received the link I provided for price match consideration and acknowledged that the price I found $190.39 was lower than their price $279.99.

This order was cancelled 2 weeks ago.

There is nothing to replace, you sent in the frames in October of 2016.  We provided you with an estimate on 10/**.  You never acted upon it or notified that you will pay for shipping to return the frames.  They are probably in some bag at the lab that has been abandoned since 6...

months ago.  This is not a storage facility for your frames.

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because they have told me this same story before and still no glasses.  It doesn't matter what they say.  Actions speak louder than words.  I heard enough of "they are in the lab and they should be ..................".  Until I receive my glasses back and they are repaired, there is no resolution.

 This response is unacceptable because the full amount wasn't refunded. This company needs to be held responsible for its shady dealings, and when it doesn't do its job, it should assume all costs. This includes shipping, which I haven't been refunded for. I will accept nothing less than a refund of 100% of what I paid.

We agreed to a resolution.

We are not a scam company and take insult to this comment.  We advised you to send back the frames and we would evaluate them and redo any issue you have with the repair.

We are not sure what money is owed but we were the ones who generate a shipping label to customer for repair but they , to date never sent in any repair for us to work on.So if they don't send in there repairs, we cant send them an invoice to pay. So no money is owed here until we receive a repair to evaluate.

We only charged you for the 1 frame that we shipped .  The charge from our company was for $119.99
