[redacted] investigated the transaction and decided in my (buyer's) favor. The vendor has not returned all of my property. The vendor has made many statements that are not factual; the use of [redacted] services to effect a bait and switch remains an issue requiring attention.

What issue has not been resolved yet?

We replaced the frames with 2 new lens.  As I was reading this complaint, are they saying one of the lens is missing?  If so, then they can send it back and we will install new lens, but we never were contacted regarding any issue here

On 12/** the customer sent in a pair of frames to be repaired to our facility. Once we sent them an invoice they refused the work order and their frames were sent back to them on 12/** via [redacted] tracking [redacted].

These items are 100% brand new and Authentic, direct from the manufacturer. They come complete with certificate of authenticity, protective case and dust cloth. Every product is exactly as pictured.

As we indicated to the customer, the frames were damaged and we had to cancel the order. Nothing was processed

This matter is closed as customer was refund even though we repaired there frames.  She falsified her story and we gave her her money back.

No one cursed at customer.  We explained t them , as they did not want to repair the frames, that they would need to pay for return and item would be shied back.  We sent an invoiced and waiting for payment

In response to the customers inquiry, we did have a delay in repairing their frames but they finally came back and shipped to customer via [redacted] tracking #[redacted]

Yes the customer had to pay for return shipping, in which they did and the order was sent back via [redacted] tracking # [redacted].  As for any email thereafter, there might of been a glitch and a wrong email was sent to that address

While I have paid the return shipping, I was coerced into it by the statements from the CS reps of OpticsFast, specifically Becky S. who stated: see attachment for email string. Items highlighted in yellow were responses from Becky S. (OpticsFast CS). What warranted her stating that she would throw away my property??? That is what I believe created OpticsFast confusion with my entire order. I do not feel that Becky S. represented her company well. I would care to not deal with her or someone similar ever again!

cancelled after the credit card company intervened. I am still getting daily automated emails by the business asking me to call them about the outsanding order.The business in involved in a big scam operation. There are multiple complaints on online forums about very similar orders by other customers, receiving the same automated email telling them that their order is not available and trying to force them to select a different product. This is a true "bait and switch" scam and hopefully somebody will investigate this further in order to protect customers from them in the future.

Their response is completely inaccurate. BEFORE I shipped the glasses I contacted them by phone and was told sure send both pairs and I could send up to 3 pair in the same box with the shipping label they sent. They never sent an estimate for the 2nd pair, originally claiming they didn't receive them. I never made any comment whatsoever about their pricing as I never approved any repairs. Was hesitant since they claimed to not have 2nd pair. Was waiting until I knew the cost for both pairs. Yes,they have sent me an invoice for return shipping but when we last communicated they didn't have either pair of glasses claiming the FBI had them and that I should contact FBI.As far as flooded them with calls, I don't think 5 calls is excessive in a 6 week period. The last call I made I asked to speak to anyone else other than costumer service and was told she was the only representative. This I knew to be wrong since I know I have spoken to at least 2 people there.Unfortunately I didn't note the names of the individuals. The one I spoke to only once told me they had located both pair, would update the estimate and send it to me. I never got it. Later is when I was told the FBI had taken them. I have copies of all our email correspondence if needed. They billed me daily and sometimes 2x a day for repairs they were not approved or made. Can't understand how any business can be run like this.

On 4/**/16 the customer sent in there frames for us to repair the frames.  We sent them to the lab to get worked on.  Upon completion we shipped the item to the customer’s confirmed billing address via [redacted] tracking number [redacted].   We are now in receipt of inquiry attached and are disputing the inquiry. Customer claims they defective, in which case they left here in perfect condition with new parts. In any situation we strive to have 100% satisfaction, but if the customer is not happy, they have 14 days to return the order and receive a refund.  As we state on our website below, which I have included.  We never received anything neither back, nor did cardholder contact us that they are returning anything back or of any issue to resolve.  They cant keep the money for services performed without sending back the item so we can resolve. Since no return was ever made and there is no return on parts ordered , no credit is due here.

the original order was [redacted] and once it ships it was assigned a new order #.  its the same order under your name.

for the payment of fixing the glasses.  The company didn't take the steps that they claim to take on their website.  I'm not sending the glasses because they couldn't do the job right the first time.  The above picture shows the lack of time and detail put into fixing my glasses. ]
