Customer sent in a repair job, and after numerous attempts to repair them, they finally got done and shipped back to customer via [redacted] tracking [redacted] and received on 10/*

We checked our records and no additional credit is due

This order is 1 year old.  [redacted] tracking # is [redacted]Shipped in JULY.  I have no other details as the POST OFFICE doesnt show anythimng in track and confirm.[redacted]

No it is correct as talked over the phone and through email I have no other novice showing such information stated I was dietectl emailed twice of the invoice I have and that is the correct it. Why don't you guys just own up to your mistake and fix it obviously you're business has a horrible track record and you will never be Revdex.com accredited

Return shipping is $12 and not $37 not sure where you get these false numbers.  The automated system emails you not a live human.How did you wish to pay the shipping costs to get the item?  FREE SHIPPING is not for REPAIR ORDERS only for new glasses purchases.

We don not supply return label and a return is accepted with in 14 days of receipt of order

 How can your lab "redo" work that was never done in the first place?  I paid to have the hinge replaced.  Instead the "lab" smeared a bunch of glue on the glasses with the result being glasses that were damaged rather than repaired.  I will not send you my glasses to have further damage done.  An ethical business would refund my money but you won't because you are crooks running a fraudulent enterprise.  I don't know why you aren't in jail.

Not sure what was happening, but this order was cancelled back in March. Its possible we had a glitch where that email was receiving email reminders. We have removed that email address

You sent us a broken pair of glasses.  We could not fix we returned it back to you.  Simple.  We never damaged your broken glasses.  We tried to fix it, Didnt work out.  Offered you a brand new one.  Sorry that this repair didnt go well.  Thousnds of others go just...

 I wish to receive a refund. I do not feel comfortable sending my glasses back a second time and dealing with this company since they were not  handle properly the first time. I've gone months now without my eyeglasses which I desperately needed to be repair.  Not having my eyeglasses for so long has affected my vision health.

The color you ordered did indeed sell out and your order has been canceled and we never charged you

Firstly, the quote was for $59.99 based on what needed to be done once we received the frames and were evaluated.  With shipping and insurance the customer paid the estimate on 5/** and was shipped abck to customer on 5/**/16.  Since then we have had no email correspondence or phone calls...

regarding any isse and now are being told they werenot fixed.  We have an invoice that they were and if any issue th customer has , please have them rach out to us.

 It took them 5 weeks the first time , and then he blamed me for breaking the glasses. Why would I send them back to such an unrealiable business.

First of all, no one was dismissive or rude to customer. We mailed the frames back on [redacted] and a notice was left by [redacted] and customer picked uop the item 3 weeks later. We sent an email to customer notifying them of a package waiting for them at post office. Secondly, we fixed both frames other wise...

 I sent my eyeglasses in to be repair in good faith. I  was told that they would be repaired, was given an estimate and I paid for them to be repaired. They were sent back not touch at all, not repaired. That's unsatisfactory for me. I don't see the reason for me to continue to do business with this company, that doesn't standby behind its words or advertisement . Thats false advertisement.  Now they want me to send the glasses back, I have no guarantee that they would do the job or could do the job.  I've tried handling the situation and getting it resolved before making this complaint. With no cooperation from the staff there unprofessional and did not try to help or communicate with me this is the reason for the complaint.
