because:

Optics Fast acknowledges that I was never told the conditions of the agreement in which I am required to pay this fee  they acknowledge that I did not actually confirm anything and they spoke to me in harassing and condescending tone "did your computer grow hands".  I no longer want to be contacted by this company for this issue or have my credit compromised for not paying a fee that I never agreed to pay or for not wanting to send my property to a company that behaves in this manner.

this business seem to have disposed or sold my rayban glasses and pretend that they do not know me. Here are few evidences that we had correspondence among each other. They told me they will throw my glasses in the garbage. I am unfortunately one of their customer.

The owner was at the beach over the weekend when the customer called.  Could not look up her up order.  However we did NOT charge the card for this order as could not fill this order.

As soon as we received payment from customer, we mailed the frames back to customer [redacted] tracking # [redacted]

On 10/**/16 the customer ordered a pair of glasses from our website.  We processed the order and shipped the item to the customer’s confirmed billing address via [redacted] tracking number [redacted]   We are now in receipt of inquiry  that the frames are defective. ...

Although the frames were never worn, they were advertised as a display model. They are not as described by the customer ( dirty, green color nose pads, etc....). In any situation we strive to have 100% satisfaction, but if the customer is not happy, they have 14 days to return the order and receive a refund.  As we state on our website below, which I have included.  We never received anything neither back, to resolve any issue.

[The lenses are inferior, the service is inferior, and this company deserves every bad rating it receives.  You are wasting my.  Simple state that you are not going to issue a refund and if you want, I will return the two lenses at my expense. TO THE Revdex.com - clearly this business is not attempting to rectify a consumer complaint.  I no other choice but to take the next step in obtaining a complete refund of money paid.  I have replaced my lenses with the same quality Rx lenses as before this so-called business removed and replaced them with inferior.  The have already admitted liability when they asked me to return the glasses for a do-over.  There is only one way to resolve this complaint, refund the cost of the money that I paid for the lenses - $129.00, nothing more, nothing less.  Otherwise, the complaint will never be resolved satisfactorily, no matter their incredulous defense.]

There is no confusion on my end. The business generated a return shipping label, did not send it to me, then told me I am required to pay for it. It is their responsibility since I never agreed nor confirmed that I would be using their services. I simply sent an inquiry. After seeing the vast amount of consumer complaints and their F rating with the Revdex.com, I decided to steer clear. The confusion lies with the business. I don't believe they understand what I expect from them. I owe them nothing. The harassment and threats to report me to the credit bureaus for $5 need to stop. I want all correspondence from the company to cease immediately. Thank you.

Customer sent in a pair of frames to repair on 9/*/16.  They made a payment for it on 9/** and we sent it to the lab on 9/**.  They should be coming back from the lab next week

The frames were returned back to the customer, so not sure what else we need to provide to them. Please elaborate

Correct the customer decided not to send in there repair order and the order has been cancelled

While they have not responded to my complaint. My...

glasses did show up today. The tracking number for my order issued on October [redacted] shows nothing was shipped until October [redacted],and shipped fromLos Angeles. So who ever had my glasses must have been reluctant to forward anything,just as I was. I am going to forward the sunglasses they wrongfully sent me tomorrow.  I simply don't understandhow someone can make mistakes like this over,and over when they are trusted with expensive/important things like glasses.  None the less, I finally have mine back with hinges,and I am calling it resolved.

They do not do any repair!!! They were supposed to fix the bridge, clean and fix a hinge. NOTHING was DONE. The glasses were never touched!!!!! The rude person was the same one who has been rude to everyone on the INTERNET (Becky S and DINO). This is the same person who has reviews written all over the internet on the rudeness.  Go to their [redacted] page!. This back and forth is a farce being played with the Revdex.com. They are not planning to resolve!!  This is a game to them. They even dared me to write the Revdex.com and FTC.  The only resolution I will accept is a refund of my money. I have reviewed the complaint assigned to this matter, and completely baffled at the complaint. We never charged the customer for shipping. We sent a free shipping label and they chose bot to use it. We are not collecting $5 for the label that we provided for free. They have some weird...

misunderstanding.

We are in the business to repair the frames.  Customer send in a pair of broken frames and we repaired them to the condition that they will be worn again not make them new again.

want a refund of the nose pad charges of $19.99.  I do not want to deal with this company anymore.  They took one of the nose pads off and sent them back to me with one of the old ones still on and one missing.  This company is a joke.  I'm only asking for my $19.99 for the nose pads that was never replaced and I was still charged for them.]
