Customer ordered a pair of eyeglasses with a unique prescription.  We filled the lens and sent the order to the customer.  What issue is the customer having?  Prescriptions jobs are non refundable, but if there is any issue with the RX, we will fix it or resolve it

[Your Answer Here]Please see the string of emails below.  You'll see they told me they did not have the color I ordered and asked what other color I wanted.  You'll also see my response: I didn't want any other color.  They then emailed me again--several times--asking for an alternate color.  I never responded so they sent me the wrong color any way.  When I complained to them, they sent me an order form that they completed, I didn't.  I sent them the same emails as below, and they never responded.  Feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.Did you get the email with all colors available? I am very very sorry for the delay in your order. Let me explain what happened.
The item was in stock with a Store Quantity of 1. Prior to each shipment my team.
We check each and every frame to make sure they 100% perfect with no issues or problems.
The item you purchased had contained a small crack on the frame and I was not comfortable in sending the defective item.
The item was sent back to manufacturer & reordered another pair.
I got a phone call later in the day to inform us that this item is DISCONTINUED & can NO longer be obtained.
Maybe you want to select an entirely different frame? I have noted your account and have issued you a 15% OFF
your next order for this problem. The 15% is fully transferable to any of your family friends, coworkers or anyone you know.
Now I also had an idea, maybe you already own this existing pair of eyewear and you want them repaired?

The process of the repair business is that you send the item in for the repair.

I didn't ask for temples. I asked for the frame leg. Only the frame leg. Initially didn't send my frames in because I was aware my frame was no longer manufactured. They ensured me that they were aware of the specific make and model of my frame, they had it in stock and reassured me they could repair it with parts in stock. If I just paid in advance.  I have sent this correspondence to the Revdex.com while opening the case. Once the business got my money, they performed a temple replacement. I did not want a temple replacement, and I never asked for one. They did not consult me. I did not ask for a temple replacement. I did not agree to the work they performed. They did not consult me.  They mislead me to get the work, charged me, and the glasses do not fit my head, they fall off, and they look really bad. When I complained, they tried to credit me to sell me a new pair of frames, to get more money out of me. After this correspondence, I read online reviews of this business. There are many. They are all very bad. This company treats their customers very poorly, misleads them, and their treatment of me is no exception.

As indicated to customer in our previous rebuttal, they need to send back the frames if there is an issue with the repair so we can look at it and refix it. We will not respond to the total false other comments they keep on making.

This is BOGUS!!! These people were rude. Read the web posts about this company. They took my initial $160 and DID NOTHING of SERVICE. When I CALLED THEY WERE RUDE JERKS and dared e to write the Revdex.com and FTC.  Why would I trust my $800 glasses to these people when they took my initial payment and basically called me a liar.  I want my money back and will take my business go to a reputable company.  Antehr fact, they did not even know my glasses were there until I sent them a note. They were sending me notes about not having my glasses when in fact they had them.  READ THE REVIEWS!!

Revdex.com: Because I'm disabled, I can only get to a computer once a week or so at the local library to monitor email; hence, I was unable to meet your "6 day" deadline. I understand you consider this matter closed. I'd only want to register my EXTREME dissatisfaction with Optifast. They take advantage of people as a regular business practice, taking their money for no service, as any visit to a consumer complaint site will tell you (such as [redacted]). I've written to the ICC and Consumer Protection Bureau and filed complaints with them, since this business habitually cheats people all over the country. [redacted]

Not only did we respond we sent customer a detailed invoice showing what she ordered.[redacted]Customer ordered the TOM-FORD ANAIS TF125 59F brown/dark maroon[redacted]

We shipped wrong color and correct color is here why not simple exchange to resolve issue?  Not sure why so many problem over simple.

first & foremost, we do NOT bill daily. its an automated system which sends a reminder to ALL customers if the repairs have not yet been paid  & to make payment. we sent  revised invoice to pay return shipping for her repairs to be returned back & never received payment. this useless Revdex.com complaint by customer is uneccessary as if she even bothered to log into opticsfast.com & log in with email address she would realized the invoice has been sitting there over a month to be paid. customer is either naive or doesnt comprehend what is told to her

The customer claims they sent in a repair order back in November. We have looked everywhere and there is no record of anything ever arriving from the customer, an estimate has not been generated as we have not received the frames yet. We already responded and we never received any order to repair from the person filing the complaint.  Can she please provide us with a tracking # so we can look further into it, but we have no order from this individual.

I tried many times to resolve this complaint with your people.  Check their emails and phone records.  YOU did not make it simple!!! I will say my complaint is resolved when the money comes back into my account. After MANY emails and a few nasty (on your people's part not mine)phone calls, I told your people I was going to file a complaint if they did not help me resolve this and they called that a threat and hung up on me leaving me no recourse!! In response to the inquiry, and after reviewing the narrative, we only are agreeing on 1 issue. Yes the customer sent in a broken pair of frames that needed 2 new temples. Since the frames are no longer in production, we were able to replace them with similar temples. We never quoted customer for...

same replacement and only charged them for simple replacement to a suitable standard.
