there was some confusion regarding Optima Tax’s services, Optima Tax was successful
in releasing the client’s levy and he has decided to continue with our
services
RESPONSE -

discussed in detail with the client the actions Optima Tax took once we were
notified of the impending levyThe client notified one of our agents on July
2, that the IRS levied his personal account and on July 7, Optima Tax
successfully negotiated the release of the levyHowever, per the IRS protocol
it takes days to take effectDue to the IRS’s policy the client
unfortunately received another levy prompting the client to file a complaint
Currently, Optima Tax’s team is taking action on his case to assure that the
best possible resolution is reached

I have been traveling for work and the representative for Optima Tax relief tried to call me once, and I waited all afternoon for his call, so more lies from them regarding this issue and their proposed resolution was a slap in my faceThey obviously do not care about their customers and just about lining their pocketsIf I had a customer that was upset and was treated the way I was by them, I would make a real effort to resolve his issue instead of the pathetic attempt they made

I'm a client of Optima Tax Relief I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Optima Attorneys, Case Managers, ecetraI was behind with the IRS and I unfortunately had to go on disability due to a chronic heath condition It took quite a bit of time to resolve this issue, however, it was completely understandable if you just spent a little bit of time attempting to work with a federal agency Honestly it makes the DMV seem like a electric Bullet train Communication was well delivered and received and the process couldn't have been easier for me Most importantly I did not have the IRS breathing down my neck while we worked on a compromise Thanks Optima!

SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management has addressed the client claims months prior to receiving the complaint, but the client’s requests were unrealistic RESPONSE - Optima Tax’s management addressed the client’s claim that she was never aware that Optima Tax was not representing her before the
State Tax Authority, back in February At that time, the client had been provided a copy of the Servicing Agreement that clearly stipulates that Optima Tax will represent the client before the IRS Tax Authority onlyDuring those ongoing conversations the client understood and requested that Optima Tax continue servicing the case To ensure our client’s have a full understanding of the services that Optima Tax will be performing, each client will go through a voice recorded Verification CallDuring this call the client receives a set of legal and contractual disclosures, with each disclosure requiring a “yes” answer before moving forward with the callIf the client does not understand one of the disclosures, then Optima Tax will thoroughly explain the process until the client has a complete understandingOne of the disclosures covers in detail that any reduction in one’s tax liability must be approved by the IRS and that Optima Tax does not guarantee any form of reductionAfter reviewing the voice recorded Verification call, all disclosures were presented to the client and the client provided a “yes” answer to all legal disclosuresThe client also rated her level of understanding as to the disclosures as a level 8, with being the highest level a client can give Towards the end of our services the assigned Tax Professional had enough documentation to present a fair and reasonable resolution to the IRSIn fact, the Tax Professional was attempting to establish a payment arrangement on behalf of the client when the IRS Agent informed the Tax Professional that the client had established an arrangement the day beforeAlthough the client was successful, had the client allowed Optima Tax to finalize its services, Optima Tax would have established a payment arrangement that was more favorable to the clientConsidering that the IRS had all the information we had gathered on behalf of the client to present our case, it makes sense that the client was able to set up a payment plan on their ownWithout our involvement, the client may not have been as successful Given the fact that Optima Tax had been fully performing its services before the client prevented it from completing, Optima Tax had presented the client with a reasonable courtesy refundAs the client stated, the client rejected our offer but never presented a reasonable counter offer, as the client claims in the complaintThe client did inform Optima Tax that they would like to speak with their attorney before making any decisions, at which point Optima Tax never heard back from the clientFurthermore, Optima Tax did not receive any correspondence from the client’s attorney until recentlyUpon receiving the correspondence, Optima Tax’s Legal Department reached out to the attorney to address the situationWe would also like to point out that the client’s claim that Optima Tax never filed their tax returns is also inaccurateAny and all tax returns prepared by Optima Tax were mailed in via USPS Priority mail with tracking information or they were E-filedThis documentation can be provided upon request At Optima Tax we strive to uphold the philosophy that "clients come first" and all of our representatives go through rigorous training to assure we abide by that philosophyWe take all complaints very seriously, and we do our best to turn them around when possibleOptima Tax believes it has addressed the client's concerns appropriately and considers the matter closedPlease do not hesitate to contact Optima Tax with any questionsThank you

I had several years worth of unpaid taxes I finally called Optima Tax and found that they were very helpful and answered all of my questions I had They made the whole process easy, these guys are awesome I tell everyone I see to call Optima, I LOVE OPTIMA TAX RELIEF

Do not waste your time and money on this placeThey didn't resolve anything for me and closed my file without even speaking with meNo outcome came out of this except they took my money which could have gone to the IRSThey won't answer or return any of my phone callsCall the IRS directly, you can resolve this issue on your own without giving your money away to these crooks!!

In order to clarify, Optima’s services are separated into a two phase approach,
Investigation and ResolutionAs outlined in our Client Services Agreement, the
client engaged Optima to perform an investigation of his tax liability
Contrary to the client’s assertion, Optima contacted the IRS and gathered
extensive information which we use to develop our proposed Resolution Services
Once his assigned Tax Associate presented our findings, the client decided to
move forward with our Resolution servicesThe client had signed our Resolution
Addendum and signed our payment authorization with his specified payment dates
In
addition to providing the client with our Client Services Agreement prior to
receiving the Investigation payment, the client went through our voice recorded
Verification CallDuring that call we cover all legal disclosures and if the
client agrees to all the terms, including the initial payment amount and draft
date for the payment, we then commence our InvestigationAlthough the client
had some concerns, we were able to further educate him on the structure of our
process and address all concerns he hadAlthough Optima has fulfilled its
contractual obligations as promised to the client upon their enrollment with
Optima, we do understand that concerns may ariseThis is why we make it a top
priority of ours to be readily available to our clients to address any
questions or issues they may have, in hopes of fully resolving them in a timely
and agreeable fashionIn this particular instance, we were able to reach a
mutual agreement with the client that has allowed for us to fully resolve all
matters amicably
