For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have been traveling for work and the representative for Optima Tax relief tried to call me once, and I waited all afternoon for his call, so more lies from them regarding this issue and their proposed resolution was a slap in my faceThey obviously do not care about their customers and just about lining their pocketsIf I had a customer that was upset and was treated the way I was by them, I would make a real effort to resolve his issue instead of the pathetic attempt they made

SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management is attempting to make contact with the client to
address their concerns as outlined in the complaint RESPONSE - Optima Tax’s management will be in contact with the client so we may address his allegations outlined in the complaintAs the client stated, Optima Tax resolved his case about a year agoWhen presenting the client with the end result of the resolution we successfully negotiated, we informed him that the agreement established will help pay off a portion of the balance while saving him money over timeThe agreement in place did not require any documentation and it was explained to the client that as long as the client continued to pay the amount we negotiated without any future outstanding balances, he stood to save a considerable amount of money As we reviewed the closing call from August 2015, the client was extremely grateful for the resolution we achievedHe had a clear understanding to our strategy and after we closed his case he did not make any attempts to contact Optima Tax to address his concernsIt’s unfortunate that he did not take the time to contact us however; we are confident that we will come to a mutual resolve

SUMMARY - Optima Tax's management reached out to the client prior to receiving the complaint and a resolution has already been achieved RESPONSE - Optima Tax’s management has already addressed the client’s concerns and came to a mutual resolve as of September 14, As the client
stated, Optima Tax provided the client with a partial refund even though there was no evidence of any negligence while servicing the caseIn consideration for this, the client had agreed she was satisfied with the outcome and agreed to drop all claims against Optima Tax Relief To clarify, the client did not hire Optima Tax to reduce the client’s tax liabilityRather, the client hired Optima Tax strictly for representation in order to establish a resolution of the client’s tax liabilityPursuant to the contract, the services Optima Tax was engaged to perform included, IRS Representation, IRS Filing Compliance and negotiating an affordable payment planWhile preparing the client’s tax returns, at no point did the client inform the assigned team that there were mistakesIf so, the returns would have been corrected accordinglyThe last known contact the client made with Optima Tax was on September 20, 2016, when she notified Optima Tax Relief that the client lost their jobIt wasn’t until June 6, 2017, that we received a call from the client advising Optima Tax that they would like to continue with our servicesIt wasn’t until June 20, 2017, that the client informed Optima that there may have been oversights on her tax returnsWhen the client mentioned this to Optima Tax, we immediately offered to review the information that the client had provided us in order to ensure complete accuracy of the tax returns As the client stated, she was given a specific payment schedule that they failed to abide byThis ultimately interrupted our services and the case was cancelled pursuant to the contract due to the lack of communicationOnce the client reestablished communication with Optima Tax in June of 2017, we agreed to look over her taxes without reinstating the caseOnce the client received the terms to reinstate the case, the client decided to keep the file closed and not engage the additional services At Optima Tax we strive to uphold the philosophy that "clients come first" and all of our representatives go through rigorous training to assure we abide by that philosophyWe take all complaints very seriously, and we do our best to turn them around when possibleOptima Tax believes it has addressed the client's concerns appropriately and considers the matter closedPlease do not hesitate to contact Optima Tax with any questionsThank you

Optima Tax Relief was a life saver for me When I called they immediately took control of the situation and calmed me down I was divorced and only had incomeI didn't know where to turnThey explained the program, and within week I became a clientOptima Tax contacted the IRS and took care of everythingEveryone I spoke with were very professional and knowledgeable in every areaIt was a relief not to have the IRS calling weeklyThanks so much Optima Tax!!

Optima tax relief lure people in with total lies of being able to help We paid them $15,000.00, to help us with the IRS and state The truth in the end is that they use fear of the IRS to get as much money as they can from you as possible Optima settled our case two months ago with the IRS for a monthly payment of $3500.00, and a total liability of $150, At the start of this year they had said we were un-collectible, do to my unemployment This company truly needs to be exposed to the public for deceiving and shady practices For over three years we had various case managers (which by the way are horrible at call backs with updates) Also, these case managers are out there to keep people at bay from the mysterious "tax professionals", we were told are CPAs, attorneys, and who knows what else The reason we don't know who they are is because Optima's mode of operation is for clients never to contact them directly Optima not only ripped us off with fees, but put us in a worst situation with the IRS, we could have been better off doing it ourselves (we have proof of this) Optima is all over the internet with people with similar stories to ours

Optima tax relief really helped me outStraight to the point made it easy to under stand and put everything on the table with memade it easy for me

Optima Tax’s management has established communication with the client to formally address his concernsAs the client stated in the complaint, he
hired Optima Tax to represent him before the *** due to an outstanding tax liabilityAt no point did we mislead the client into engaging our services and then later advise the client that we cannot provide our assistanceTo the contrary, Optima Tax presented the client with our plan to resolve his case on numerous occasionsHowever, the client rejected our proposed course of action to resolve his case because he was under the impression that his tax liability did not exist, due to the client performing an action prior to engaging Optima Tax’s serviceOptima Tax attempted to clarify to the client his current situation to no availThereafter, the client decided to pursue an alternative course of action and requested a refund
In order to provide some clarification, Optima Tax does have a day money back guaranteeHowever, when the client requested his refund, Optima Tax had been servicing his case for numerous months and performed extensive work, as required by the Service AgreementTherefore, Optima Tax was not obligated to return fees to the clientHowever, Optima Tax reviews all requests that are made after our guarantee period on a case by case basis in order to provide our client’s with the best servicesIn this case, the client was offered a courtesy refund but he has rejected our offer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have emailed and spoken with the business in response to the filed complaintThe information conveyed by them during those calls does not match the information conveyed in their response to the Revdex.comAmong other things, their representative made several statements regarding the revenue officer of the IRS (i.e., that they earn commission on taxes they collect and are therefore unwilling to be reasonable), and did not address the lack of communication, failure to timely return calls or emails, and failure to file necessary appeals paperwork with the IRS to prevent collections activity, none of which were dependent on the timing of my delivery of documentation to Optima.I am still demanding a full refund of all amounts owed.

My experience with Optima Tax Relief, was more than satisfactory, as a matter of fact, they went beyond my expectationsThey were there when I was going through some tough times in my life I was in no position to fight the IRS on my ownThey did everything they mentioned they were going to doI was skeptical at firstBut in the end I would recommend them to anybody

they were great they took the time and resolved my issue they did all the work very very happy with the results anyone I mean any one with a tax problem take the time make the call I did and results were very very good

I have been engaged with Optima Tax Relief taking back to The process was tedious, long and sometimes difficult in order to work out an appropriate situation to deal with a very complex tax problem However, throughout the difficult times, the case managers at Optima were extremely helpful and caring and I am extremely happy with the results and the positive outcome I recommend Optima highly

I owed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) a lot of money I was on a payment plan that would have never paid IRS off I heard about Optima Tax Relief LLC on the radio I immediately gave them a call The customer service was outstanding They were very attentive to my situation and answered all of my questions They kept me informed every step of the way They really eased my frustration and worries They resolved my enormous debt to IRS I will be forever grateful and really happy I chose Optima Tax Relief LLC I would highly recommend them to anyone

Optima Tax's management has reached out to the client to discuss her concerns as outlined in the complaint. We are currently working together with the client to come to a mutual resolve. Once a resolution is met we will provide a closing response. Thank you for your patience

A total fraud$later no results I expressed this to customer service, and now I cannot a response of and kind from these people
I am being garnished by the IRS,the agent from the IRS was told I was not being represented
