I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I attempted to contact the company at least 10 times prior to the 30 day time limit, with no avail! The company Internet site is misleading and does not give appropriate instruction to a new customer as to cost or what is needed to make the jewelry complete. I propose that the company accept my return and refund my money!

Your complaint pertaining to a defective bracelet was sent to my attention for review. First and foremost, we are sorry to read about the issues you had with your bracelet, especially as it appears that there was some damage noticed within the first month of...

wearing the bracelet. As I am sure you can appreciate, all companies have a detailed return policy which covers not only refunds, but replacements for defective product.  Origami Owl's policy is 90-days for defective jewelry and if you would have called us with the issue associated with the discoloration of the pearl and birthstone chip, we would have been able to replace them for you. Of course, this does not cover the clasp which broke a couple of months later.

This being said, I have asked our Designer Care management team to have someone contact you for further information so we can see if we can assist you.

reviewed the complaint and I am requesting additional information.  I located order #[redacted] from the invoice number you provided and the items ordered do not match the items you listed in your complaint.  I also attempted to locate your order information by the date the items were ordered and found no orders were placed on July 18, 2013 for the Designer.  If you could please contact me directly at [redacted]@[redacted].com with any additional information you may have so I may further look into your concerns.

This is a follow up from complaint number [redacted] . I agreed to close the complain because I was told as soon as my merchandise was received a credit would be processed and I would receive in in 7-10 business days. The merchandise was received on the 17th of January. I have contacted the company and was promised two calls back from supervisors and have received none.
I would like my credit card refunded for the full price of my items.
