and timely manner.  I have reviewed the complaint and I am requesting additional information.  I was able to locate order #[redacted] for Mrs. [redacted] which was placed on 08/01/14.  Our Designer Care department assisted with your return request via phone on 08/20/14 and an prepaid shipping label (RMA - [redacted] Tracking #[redacted]) was emailed to [redacted].  While reviewing the return order number I was able to find the label was not used, please see attached screen shots.  Origami Owl will only accept a return if an RMA is linked to the order number, please see attached screen shot of our Return Guidelines.  If you could please contact me directly at[redacted] with any additional tracking information used for your return, email correspondences, or any additional information you may have regarding this concern.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.Career & Guideline Support Team

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The response I received assured me that this matter was resolved. However, this matter has not been resolved at all. The lady who contacted me and left me her email address gave me the wrong email address. Not to mention I've contacted the company directly and have been getting the run around by them as well. Please see attached emails from yet another representative from the company who dismisses me.

When I spoke with someone from the company they mentioned that the jewelry was shipped but to the designer. The salesperson who presented at my party who has yet to reach out to me to resolve this issue. So now I have another issue. Her having the items that we purchased and will not deliver to me. 

Also attached is the emails from the designers mother claiming her daughter was hurt and reassuring me that she would handle this matter.

Per our previous correspondence as of 05/06/14 I had informed you your order #[redacted] was shipped out on 05/02/14 and was received yesterday.  From your response to my email stating one item was incorrect I have requested a prepaid shipping label sent to your email of [redacted].  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  Once received please return item and email me directly at [redacted].com so I may track your return.  Once received I will be able to request the replacement of your item.

This matter has yet to be resolved, the company promised switch action, but they have had the returned items for 2 weeks and are refusing to issue a refund, please advise on what my next course of action should be.

I will wait to see if I get my merchandise before this matter is closed.  Thank You  I did reply to Origami and will wait to see if they follow through

Dear Revdex.com,
We have sent a 3rd RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prepaid shipping label from FedEx to [redacted] via the email address provided.  We have also shipped a 4th physical RMA prepaid shipping label via USPS to [redacted]'s address on Live Oak Loop in Buda, TX.  The tracking number for the USPS parcel is [redacted], and is expected to be delivered no later than Tuesday.  This should clear up any issues that [redacted] is having with her email account and remedy the matter at hand.

reviewed the complaint and found the exchange of the chain was not done through Origami Owl but by our Designer.  As the Designer is an Independent Designer we must let our Designer rectify an issue.  We have reached out to the Designer to address this concern.  We are unable to process a full refund for the order as your request is outside of our return policy time frame.Thank you for your patience while resolving this matter.

I have reached out to [redacted] regarding her complaint about Order # [redacted].  My conclusion is that a full refund for this order has already taken place, but will need additional time to reflect in her account.  Please note that Origami Owl associates assisted [redacted] with...

her requests the best they could, including informing her that if Origami Owl was unable to cancel the order or retrieve the package, that she would need to dispute the charge with her bank as being fraudulent.In regards to fraudulent activity, Origami Owl is very aware that there has been a rise in fraudulent messages and has informed its Designers to be cautious of this fraudulent activity.  Messages to Leadership and Top Influencing members were warned that phishing scams were arising with the holiday season on 12/17/2015.  On 1/8/2016 a letter was posted in News from The Nest via Origami Owl's back office that was, and is still, available to all O2 Designers regarding the matter with information on how to safeguard yourself from these fraudulent acts.
Because we take these types of phishing messages very seriously, we make sure to make our Designers aware of these types of situations as soon as they occur so Designers know what to look out for.  We can certainly understand [redacted]'s frustration and apologize for her experience.  As stated above, please allow additional time for the refunded amount of $240.02 to reflect in the account.
