accountThis information was provided to him when he initially set up the account on July 16, Enclosed is a copy of the Monitoring Agreement for his reviewOn the following recorded calls dated November 01, and November 30, 2017, Mr*** spoke to representatives who explained to him in detail the cancellation processMr*** acknowledged receipt of the informationA written notice via email or letter was never received from Mr***. In order for the account to be cancelled, Mr*** needs to sign the link that was emailed to him otherwise the account will remain activeWe ask that he allows Protect America to assist with any further concerns

I am rejecting this response because: Company STILL has not reached out to me concerning my issues They're giving a general form of response with there number & extension to reference but I think its better business taste for them to contact the consumer to see what the issue(s) are.At this rate the only viable solution would be an apology & for them to lower my monthly rate, & this should be done by them calling me directly

I am rejecting this response because:Protect America keeps telling me that I was "well advised" of the terms of their lopsided contract that was clearly in their favor and not mine.If I felt that I was well advised, then I wouldn't have a case open with the Revdex.com I continue to reject your response because I, in fact, was not well advised Also because your contract is extremely lopsided in Protect America's favor (Let's also note that it took me several attempts contacting you to finally get a copy of the contract.) If you want to be a "Better Business", then don't sign up customers to guarantee you $for only a tiny discount on Protect America's part with no new equipment Negotiate with me on the fee or I will keep rejecting your response

After reviewing the account and calls between Mr*** and Protect America, our records show that our cancellation team had the opportunity address his request and explain the cancellation policy and procedureWe have attached a copy of Mr*** renewal agreement signed on 1/29/At this time we have done everything in our power to reach an amicable resolution with Mr*** but have been unsuccessful. I am rejecting this response because:This is the third controller that has been sentAgain many hours on the phone to help resolveHow long does a business have to resolve my complaintThis is getting rediculous and time consuming for a customerThey have spent more money trying to correct these issues then the contract will get them in return, not counting my many, many hours on the phone

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you Revdex.com for your helpIt took you to get Protect America to acknowledge that we are cancelled from their serviceThey never gave us any indication by email, phone or mail that the service was cancelledThank you againI am not totally satisfied with their response since they have known for more than a year of our intention to cancel serviceThey never informed us in any of our phone conversations of a three year contract that would not be matured until June of They never gave us cancel instructions must be in writing even though they knew our wishes in Dec, Every phone call just ended in hostile feelings with nothing ever resolvedWe had to cancel the credit card completely to get them from withdrawing money for services they never renderedIt's a shame that companies won't honor the wishes of customers when a customer makes it quite clear of an intention to cancel service and they ignore the request and give no proper way of ending serviceWe again thank you again Revdex.com for helping in ending this horrible experience Protect America put us throughTheir customer service is awful and they seem to prey on elderly people with no regard for our feelings or wishesBuyer beware for sureWe are number to complain about this company

We have received the rejected response and would like to reiterate that Mr*** never contacted our office to report any issues or concerns with his alarm system or the service providedWe would like to stress that if the alarm is disarmed within the time required (seconds for burglary, no delay for panics) the monitoring station will not call the customer nor dispatch the authorities because this could result in alarm finesMr*** never brought it to our attention that he was dissatisfied with his product and services renderedAs a valued customer of Protect America, we would like to extend the offer to test his alarm system and work with him regarding the current balanceWe ask that Mr*** please contact our office to come to an amicable resolution regarding his account.
