I am rejecting this response because:They are lyingWhat they aren't telling you is that they were sending this email to my old email address that I no longer had access to.When I moved I gave them my new address,ph number and email addressWhen I did not get the email they are referring to,I called and asked what email address they had, and they said ***I told them they had the wrong one and gave them *** again,which they said they would change and send it again.They never did,even after I called at least more timesIt wasn't until I had my credit card company stop paying them in January that they miraculously out of the blue found my new email addressThey started sending threatening emails at a rate of a day starting this monthHad I not stopped payment ,they would have never contacted me. I have all of their emails saved

I am rejecting this response because: although I stated that I was renovating I was not told that I did not have sufficient time at any point to review the equipment. I also expressed on the set up call that I did not like the equipment and was pushed to keep going. I have expressed this at many times. The customer service did not reflect a company that I would like to work with. I have paid to return the equipment and that was received at the address for Protect America. Please discontinue are relationship. This is not appropriate for an American company. I did not care for your product or the customer service with the exception of my original salesperson who was great. Since you pride your company on being #1, I am sure you will not miss me. There is no reason to continue to ask for resolution. You have ruined the experience and since you are making it so difficult, I believe you will be ruining further referrals which I still had considered since the product did not work for me. The fact that you have not taken my request seriously and hid the facts about the two week period concerns meAgain, I wish to severe any business with Protect America and I have returned your product.

I am rejecting this response because:Product America is not working to resolve the issueThey still are saying the house was protected by all of the sensors but oneThey did offer to replace the sensor but I still have paid over dollars for no protectionThe chances of someone breaking into my home using any entrance other than the kitchen was slimWhy would anyone only cover a portion of their home

I am rejecting this response because they are refusing to
provide us documents that we requested. They are stating we signed a contract but gave us fraudulent documents that we did not sign. The refuse to send us proof of our signatures or voice recordings or any emails they stated they sent to us that we signed a contract for months. We stated we are not under contract and under month to month subscription. We have been customers of theirs since and have had the same equipment. They are stating we owe for the equipment which I have documentation that we own the equipment after our first month contract was up in 2004. We are trying to cancel our service with them b/c our house was flooded and there is no more equipment and walls. There is nothing in the house but brick and lumber to hold the house up. We are not under contract and paying a service fee for something we no longer need and want to cancel but they refuse. They stated we need to call them months before our contract is over which they said was in to cancel. They said if we pay over $we can cancel and get out of our contract but we do not have a contract with them and we were only month to month. The again refuse to provide any documentation that we have a contract just a fraudulent printed copy of our names on a contract that we did not authorize. There are also hundreds of other complaints all over the internet about this company doing the exact same thing they are doing to us and ruining their credit b/c they refuse to end the contract and will not provide proof of contract. They will no get us in touch with a supervisor, they only let us talk with customer service. All we want is to end our contract with them b/c we have no place to live and it will be that way for over months. We are living with different family members in two different states and we have no idea if or when we might be able to get into our home. We just want our service to terminate as of September 30, b/c we can't use it b/c of a National Disaster in Louisiana in August 2016. We just want to move on from this and have this end so we can move on to other things. Can you please help us b/c we cannot get any supervisors or owner of the companies on the phone. They are always busy and have to take our number to return our call
