We were mislead by the sales rep who came to the house with promises of our bill being less than that of ***There has not been one month in which this has been the caseThe comparison [redacted] show vs Palco is close to double each time I called them once and as an apology they sent me a $Restaurant.com gift card which by the way can be obtained almost anywhere for almost nothing Its been close to bill cycles in which I've asked them to remove me from their service and I'm still waiting to have that taken care of Sure enough, this month's bill, less KWH used in a month vs last with more days in this cycle and my bill is 12% higherVery frustrated, will never recommend them

I have had some pressing issues that needed my attention and that is why I noticed my bill was a ridiculous $a few weeks agothe one before that was $282--- This is spring weather in winter, so that $Is too high also--- I'm used to a $bill in harsh winterI have spoken to someone else that got into a similar situation---we believe these companies are legitimate because we still receive a bill from the legitimate utility company---we complain and close our case with them when we notice the ridiculousness of it There are some individuals that are charged 'an early termination of contract fee.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Palmco rep called me on June [redacted] and was asking me from where did I get $that has to be issuedIn the monthly utility bill [redacted] specifies in writing that if I would have stayed with [redacted] that this is the dollar amount I would have charged for supply of GAS and Electricity ,that were I came to know that in every month bill from December to April I was charged double, triple and four times I was charged more for supply of Electricity and Gas supply from PalmcoAs a customer courtesy Palmco Issued 759.38,and still pending for the balance $ And they were mentioning that I was signed up for VARIABLE rate and said they have recording of the conversation I accepted for Variable rate, But that is not what happened, when they called over phone several times they said that we’ll be saving in utility bills by switching to Palmco, but in reality I got huge bill from palco for the supply of electricity and gas supplyWhen I decided to discontinue Palmco from my account after my Huge January bill, then I was told it would take days to switch back to my utility company, following my February, March and April was or times higher than local utility company The rep from Palmco was also mentioning that after April I was no more with Palmco so they cannot give me credit, all I’m asking is charge me legitimately and give me back my money that was charged excessivelyOut of over charging me $excess they gave me credit for only 50%, I deserve to get back my hard earned money ,Its not fair to over charge the customer and telling to be happy with the 50% refund Revdex.com Thankyou for the support Please help me get my money back as I’m asking refund for what I was overcharged for the time frame I was with Palmco In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

I live in South JerseyI was not homeApparently the marketing person spoke with a aquaintance/worker at my house who was able to sign a contract and change gas companies without my knowing or authorization! I came accross a "contract" weeks later on a pile of papersI am fuming and will continue to encourage complaints against this company and it's scamming tacticsIn addition I have made a complaint against the marketerWhat kind of business lets someone visiting your home change your accounts and services!!!
