It was mislead to us when speaking with the representativeI just don't see how one company can charge so much more than the other oneI tried calling palmcoenergy back twice and was on hold for a very long time and I hung upThank you

Contrary to *** ***’s rebuttal, we have had no contact with *** *** prior to 2/**/Additionally, PALMco has no say regarding the end dates for customer accounts; end dates are determined by each customer’s utility company, in this case MetEdWe apologize if *** *** was not pleased with the increase of costs caused by the arctic winter weatherUnfortunately, these winter conditions caused price fluctuations that were severe and out of the control of PALMco

While I did agree to accept 354.14 for being overcharged last month, I still have one more billing cycle to deal with their inflated KWH ratesI spoke to a woman today at PALMco, named *** after being on hold for minutesWhen I inquired about the current rate that we are being charged, she could only give me today's rate of cents per KWHI informed her that ***, our former supplier was currently charging customers per KWH and asked her how they can justify charging so muchHer response was a long the lines of, " I can't speak for the prices *** had to pay, but we had to pay so much because of the severe Winter weather." Since *** is in the same region, I can only come up with two reasons for such a huge difference in KWH prices; one- PALMco has the worst energy buyers on the planet, or two, they are overcharging consumers to the degree of times! *** let me know that if I was expecting to get a reduction in my bill next month, to equal what I would have paid for electric supply through ***, that wasn't happeningI told her that it may be too late for justice for me, but that I was going to pursue this so hopefully the poor and elderly won't have to choose between eating and paying for electricShe went on to imply that I was expecting free electricity.
