I recently called Parker & sons for a plumbing issue. They took care of the problem, explained exactly what they were going to do and why. Cole was very polite and got the job done.

It was a very good experience with the company and I would refer them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Rob W. knows his plumbing business, can explain why details of maintenance are important to make equipment (hot water heater) last longer, gave me selections to choose from for what is best for me and left me feeling I received a good, fair deal from a knowledable technician and company. My home is working better and Rob deserves a raise!

Most amazing service experience ever! I called Parker & Sons this morning to have my water heater looked at since it was leaking and was told a technician would be out in the afternoon. Was so excited to have same day service. Bryan Witt was the plumber that arrived to assess my water heater situation. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Was able to replace my water heater the same day and provided tons of information and tips for different situations I could encounter with my water heater in the future. He had a super personality and really made me feel so confident in his skills. Couldn't have asked for a better plumber.

The tech that came to my house on Christmas Eve...his name was...Rob W. was without a doubt "amazing"...what a nice man..very knowledgeable..very professional..I can't say enough about this Parker and Sons employee...I believe people make the difference in what business you choose to deal with..after all Parker and Sons is only a name on the building...its the employees that make this business special...Thank you again Rob W. I call Parker & Sons anytime I need service to my home. They respond same day, and they explain my problem and the solution. Jake H. responded to my most recent problem. He did an outstanding job, and he called another company for someone to come address a second part of the problem. Had he not been so conscientious, I would have had a very serious problem very soon after.

I finally received the response from P[redacted] & Sons that I expected, when Mr. Bret [redacted], Water Treatment Director, telephoned me and scheduled a personal meeting at my residence regarding this matter. I found Mr. [redacted] to be very professional, polite and apolagetic during our visit. This whole fiasco could have been avoided had someone at Parker & Sons just taken the time to contact me after I repeatedly complained to their first line employees about my concerns.  Unfortunately, the response I expected never materialized until I took the time to write and mail my complaint letter, a copy of which was sent to the Arizona Revdex.com. As a result of my complaint letter, Parker & Sons have rectified the issues, thanks to Mr. [redacted].  But, I can't help but think that the letter that was forwarded to the Arizona Revdex.com had something to do with the end result. Parker & Sons' initial unresponsiveness only served to aggravate my anymosity toward them.  But now that I have Mr. [redacted]'s direct phone number for future reference, we all can hopefully avoid a similar situation in the future; otherwise, I will not wait as long next time to write another complaint letter.I thank the Arizona Revdex.com for their assistance in this matter, which can now be considered closed.

I have worked with Parker and Sons for several years, starting with a new Air Conditioner. I chose Parker and Sons because of their excellent review and accreditation by Revdex.com. They did NOT try to sell me the most expensive a/c; the man who helped me choose explained the reasons for the a/c he recommended (right size for my condo, for living in Phoenix, for the temperature I preferred). After that, I had Parker and Sons upgrade my bathrooms and install a water conditioner in my kitchen. I called them when I heard strange thumps when the a/c went on, and they sent Dennis. He is personable as well as a good technician. He checked out the a/c, but found nothing wrong with it. I had figured that there was either something wrong with the a/c OR with our roof (it's old, and there have been problems with it in the past). By confirming that the a/c is in good condition, Dennis makes it easier to talk to the HOA "I had my a/c checked, it's fine, so it must be something wrong with the roof". Dennis also told me I should consider adding a surge protector (uh-oh, it's MONSOON SEASON!), which I said "do it do it" and he added it while he was here. Five days later, we got hit with a nasty monsoon and LIGHTNING. Thank you, Dennis!!

Very professional and polite. Explained to me what they were doing and made sure I understood what is to be done. Cleaned area after work was done. They installed a water softener and RO for me in November 2016 and I am pleased with everything they did.

it's unfortunate that the customer felt it was necessary to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com. Yesterday 6/30/15 at 12:10pm we agreed to refund the $1132.60 back to Mr. [redacted]. While we do not agree with the findings of the other HVAC company, we wanted to make sure that the customer was satisfied...

so we agreed to settle for the $1132.60.

Parker &sons installed my 50 gal. Hot water heater & replaced both toilets when I bought my home several years ago. This year, I had the hot water heater drained, flushed, & new anode rod installed. I was very pleased with the technician & the work. He was courteous, informative, knowledgable, and had the work completed in a timely manner.

We find Josh very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We find him to be trustworthy and not pushy. We have now purchased 2 heat pumps through him. We can recommend him.

Adam R[redacted] from Parker and Son's installed my new water softening system. He was focused, fast, friendly and clean. Thank you.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Parker and Sons. The two technicians--Terrence S[redacted] and Alec M[redacted]--were courteous and professional. They completed the installation in less time than anticipated and were eager to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work performed.

Aaron did a great job. Timely, professional, top-notch all the way!

Parker & Sons installed soft water for us in our home. It was determined after the fact that our house was plumbed (when built in 1979) in such a way so that the soft water didn't get to the portions of the house that mattered to us. Parker and Sons didn't quibble. They came out and determined what needed to be done; they laid new water lines, rerouted the main, and got the job done without complaining to us how much it cost them to make it right. We weren't asked to pay for the additional fix--extensive though it was, they just did it. We are very impressed with their commitment to excellence and loving the soft water!

The technician who came to my home was very knowledgeable, very polite and very helpful! His name was Elliot T[redacted].

Great service; very personable; professional. Aaron B came out to install some new water treatment equipment and found a problem that was created by the previous water treatment company. He found that the softener was plumbed backwards!! Unbelievable right? He suggested I contact the previous company and have them do it correctly. Which I did. All is good now. Thank Aaron. You guys have a new customer!! From my experience I would highly recommend this company.
