Greg installed my new disposal, he was courteous and did a splendid job, I am very pleased with the service

received from him.

Ken P[redacted] came to do a scheduled service check on my heating system today. He was punctual, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I mentioned to him that my experience with Parker and Sons over the last two years had been a "10"....and he was no exception. Thank you so much!

Jim F[redacted] was one of the best techs I have had with Parker and sons. He was prompt, fast with the repair and very professional. I will request him again if I have the need,

Parker and sons sent Aaron B to install RO system. He was prompt, on time, efficient and pleasant. I am very pleased with this company.

I had Parker and Sons install a water softening system that I purchased at Costco. Approximately 2 years after the installation, I saw a Parker and Sons representative at Costco and mentioned that the salt tank on my system is warping and the lid does not close as it should. He said the system is guaranteed and, on the spot, he scheduled someone to come out and take a look at the system. Dan W. showed up for the appointment and made a simple repair. They made it very easy for me to get the issue taken care of.

Eric was very polite, efficient and answered all of my questions. I enjoy doing business with Parker and Sons because I have never been disappointed with any of your service people.

Zak L. was very congenial, fast and professional.

Larry F and his crew did an excellent job installing our new ac unit. They were very professional and kept us appraised of everything they were doing during the entire process. Would definitely use Parker and Sons again.

Bill spoke to the technician with whom I discussed the problem before making the appointment. He reviewed the possible causes of the problems before he examined the system. Two prior plumber had looked for the problem on three different occasions without knowing the cause of the problem.

After looking at the system he discussed the resolutions. After choosing the approach that looked appropriate, he proceeded to correct the problem. He said it could take as long as a week to totally resolve the problem. In fact it was totally resolved in two days.

Bill is a clear communicator and works swiftly to carry out the repair..

Parker and Sons was great at fixing minor issues in my air conditioning so once my unit went out completely I decided to go with them to get a new unit installed. The sales rep told me the unit I was going with was one of best. I shouldn't have an issues with it so I went with it. The installation process of the unit was a nightmare. They had their guys come out 4 different times because the installation work was awful. After the fourth time, the installation work was finally complete. Cut to now...4 1/2 years later. The compressor went bad. When I bought the unit I got a "5 year guarantee performance" and "10 year parts warranty" so I figured it would be covered. Boy was I wrong. The company sent a guy out to check the unit and told me the cost for everything (compressor and labor) would be $1400. What?! $1400?? What about the guarantee/warranty? Well, since it's a "moving part" they didn't want to honor and stand by their guarantee. So not only did I pay $8600 for the unit, but now they're trying to get $1400 out of me? No thanks. I spoke to the manager and told him that if they couldn't honor their guarantee to rip the entire unit out. I wanted a refund. I've been a long time costumer of this company and the fact that they decided to "cut ties" with me is a joke. You're cutting ties with me? Your company didn't stand by their guarantee. The end resolve was just that...they waived the fee and we cut ties. Moral of the story, never believe the "guarantee/warranty". They won't honor it.

LOUIS E was very professional. He called to let me know when to expect him. He explained exactly what the issue was with the RO System. He answered all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Louis as a tech for any water softening/RO services.

Excellent professional service. Instructions on how to use water treatment system was very thorough. Technician knew product and articulated how to use effectively.

As always, our experience with Parker and Sons has been excellant, professional,

and easy to schedual. Robert O[redacted] was our technician today, and was professional , and explained what was done and what was deemed a good product for our unit, no hard sales pitch, and will e-mail addtional information to us to review.

Carlos provided great service today and fixed the thermostat issue on our home heating unit. He also checked the unit on the roof and let us know everything was functioning fine. He gave us some helpful info on how the unit works and what would be included if we decided we need a new unit. There was no charge for this emergency service so we will be sure to let Parker and Sons know if we need any service in the future.

I want to say how much I appreciate Randy A. He has been very knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful with my AC issue. He's always so polite and considerate. I have never had a Parker service person who was not excellent but Randy has been particularly great. I will continue to request him for my maintenance and also for any future AC issues!

Very courteous, professional, thorough. Willing to explain and document problem issues.

Showed up when promised. Rapid repair. Left an estimate for other necessary repairs. Answered questions.
