Esteban and Anthony W. installed a complete air conditioning/heating system in my home on 10/4/16. They did an excellent job. Esteban did the inside work, he was careful, putting down canvass to cover rugs and floors, did a wonderful job. The premises was left as it was found. I highly recommend Parker and Sons and their installers.

Wow! The first alleged hottest day of Summer 2016, I wake up and my home air conditioner is not blowing cold air.
I just received a booklet by US Mail with advertising for Parker & Sons. I had seen many commercials on TV, some talking about "Melvin," sure didn't want Melvin.
So called Parker & Sons. Did not think I would get service on a Saturday and especially the reported Hottest day going into Summer at alleged forecast of 115 degrees.
Well, the representative "Nikia" said that she would have someone out to help me between 10 AM and 2 PM the same day! Really? My worst fears are over.
At 11:52 AM, I get a call and it is Brandon B[redacted] who is going to service my problem.
As I was away running errands, I would be at my house in 20 minutes. Upon arriving, I meet Brandon outside my house, and he is soon at my thermostat inside the house and then up on my roof and diagnoses my rooftop A/C as having a bad motor starting capacitor, and within five minutes it is replaced and blowing cold air. He monitors it while closing out my order and I am one joyous man.
Thank you Parker & Sons, and especially the employee Brandon Bates. Brandon was Professional and Courteous in every respect.

Dave was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He helped me to a better understanding of my plumbing system and what to look for to head off problems before they occur.

Today Adam R[redacted] and Ramesh T[redacted], who work for Parker and Sons, inc., installed a water softener system in our home. We were extremely impressed with the prompt, same day service. The two men were extremely efficient and professional. We would definitely recommend this company and these two installers to anyone.

I recently had to replace a 14 year old water softening system/RO system. Parker and Sons was extremely helpful. They were fair in their pricing , tried to educate me about the product and were very likable and friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my home and they were very efficient in getting their work done. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. Stein A[redacted] was very informative, giving us custom choices to fit our needs. They followed through the next day with everything he negotiated the night before. I would recommend Parker & Sons to everybody!

Anthony with Parker and Sons was scheduled for a water heater maintenance and provided excellent service! Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and nice. He checked all my emergency shut-off values in the house and washer hoses as a complimentary service while we waited for the water heater to flush. He gave me great information while he worked and even pulled my recycling bin to the house to my surprise :) I heartily recommend Anthony and Parker and Sons!

Adam and Ramesh did an amazing job. They showed when they said they would, walked me through what they were going to do, made sure I had all the information I needed and completed the work exactly as promised. They took the curveball that was thrown their way and knocked it out of the park. They were a pleasure to deal with and made the entire de-installation, move and re-installation of the water softener an extremely smooth process.

I recently called Parker and Sons to address some plumbing issues. I have relied on Parker and Sons in the past and was always impressed with their professionalism. I was not disappointed this time and I had the good fortune to have Jerry and Nick assess my problems and immediately address the issues. Nick was my primary plumber who installed a complete shower surround in addition to fixing toilets and replacing the main shutoff valve. Unfortunately, I had a contractor install the same shower surround a year and a half earlier and it was so poorly done that we were unable to use the shower at all due to leakage. I was so thrilled that Nick was able to complete all of the work in a timely manner. He was so professional and efficient and he kept me informed every step of the way. He will certainly be my personal plumber in the future. Kudos to Parker and Sons for employing such outstanding personnel. Many thanks to Jerry who also played an important role in determining what needed to be done and taking care of every aspect of the job.

Mike J from Parker and Sons Cooling and Heating came to our home for a heating maintenance tune up. He called to confirm his appointment; he called to let us know when he would arrive. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helped to educate us on a few topics. Would recommend.

Adam R was great! Showed us how everything worked and was nice and knowledgeable.

Ken p[redacted] was an excellent person right from the first greeting. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable with how he approached our problem. He was able to take the time to guide us and give us a solution to our current problem with our air conditioning system not cooling to our expectations. My husband and I really appreciated his explanation and his willingness to come back once again to our home the following week with another follow up visit in order to bring us more solutions and better diagnose our existing cooling problem. We would really rate his expertise and willingness to take the time with us as excellent customer service. Five stars all the way!!!!!!. Great job in hiring a great representative to represent your company Parker and sons.

We sincerely regret that Mr. [redacted] initially felt that he was being deceived by our technician.  Upon receiving this complaint, we conducted an internal investigation to determine if the technician had done anything misleading or inappropriate.  We found that our technician...

had done a thorough diagnostic analysis of the system which resulted in him recommending that the condensate drain needed to be cleared and the evaporator coil needed to be cleaned.  These findings were well documented on the invoice and in photos that he took during his inspection.  Our Supervisors, [redacted] and [redacted] subsequently visited the home to conduct an onsite inspection and found that the evaporator coil indeed was in need of cleaning.  The drain had apparently been cleared by another contractor after our technician conducted his inspection.  [redacted] and Mike spent time with Mr. [redacted] and showed him exactly what we had found.  After visually seeing the evaporator coil himself, Mr. [redacted] agreed that the coil truly was in need of cleaning and that our technician was correct.  They discussed the other recommendations that were made by our technician andexplained that those were items that should be considered to improve efficiency or prevent future problems with the system.At this time, we believe that Mr. [redacted] opinion of Parker and Sons has been changed.  He told us that he will contact the Revdex.com and explain that our technician had told him the truth and that he would use us to clean his evaporator coil.  He also told us that he would be willing to contact the Revdex.com and rescind the complaint.  We are grateful that Mr. [redacted] allowed us to visit with him and to show him what our technician had seen during his inspection.[redacted]Vice President, HVAC Service

M[redacted] with Parker & Sons performed a routine Heating inspection today and was very observant and informative about the service performed and possible recommendations of additional services that they provide based on information that he gathered by observation and conversation. I was impressed with his friendly and helpful nature.

Wes Marsh was our service technician for this visit. The service he provided was exceptional, his unique blend of competence and personality made this an enjoyable visit from Parker and Sons. I am comfortable giving Wes my highest rating.

James R. was very efficient, and explained all the work that the was doing. There were no hidden costs and the work was done on time.

Very knowledgable about the products.

Michael A. In the water treatment department was very professional during the service call to our home. He changed out the filters and even replaced a brittle hose for us, and was able to answer our questions.

We had Nick R for our service he was fast and very efficient. A VALUE to Parker And Sons:)

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday Mother's Day. It was leaking so I called and Josh came out right away and took it out to stop the leak It was old so I needed a replacement which took a bit of time to get I needed some wiring fixed which Nick was so kind to do. I have nothing but high praise for both men and the jobs they did. Thank you Josh and Nick.
