Matt E. With Parker and Sons responded within 1 hour when I called on a weeknight that my AC was out...in summertime in AZ. I'm a single mom with daughters and pets and the house had gotten very warm. I really hoped that the AC could be fixed that night. He didn't have the parts he needed, but, instead of waiting to order in the morning, he called other techs and went to their residences to pick up parts off of their vans. Then, he came back and did the repair. We had AC that night. I couldn't have been more thankful or more pleased. Wonderful experience!

Excellent service, technician very knowledgeable and explained service and recommendations about my system. I currently have a Parker & Sons Water Heater; Reverse Osmosis system and Water Softener. Couldn't be more happy with the equipment.

Andy was very personable, no pressure and provided the level of information we needed to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of an R/O system for our home; tired of buying ice, bottle water or hauling a gallon jug to get R/O water from a machine - yes, only a quarter, but what's your time worth, and how many gallons will you buy in a year ? These are not Andy's words, but his conversation with us guided our decision to purchase their system. Thanks Andy !!

I just had some plumbing work done by Justin H[redacted] from Parker and Sons. His work was very good and he has a very nice way about him. He helped figure out how to run some new piping which is now much cleaner and better for our system.

I would use Justin again in a minute !

Parker & Sons was on time and extremely informative about the work they were doing and validating that was what I wanted. I will call them again.

Brad H. an his helper, took great care to protect the area inside our house and kept us informed about anything questionable. Their work was done correctly and very quickly. Any questions we had they both took the time to go over the items.

After six plumbers tried to unblock my sewer line and all six determined that I needed new pipes, Jeff from Parker and Sons was able to unblock the line. Way to go Parker and Sons!!

From the initial arrival of Wes to the final departure of Jason and Steven, the guys at Parker and Sons treated me like they truly understood the anguish of being without AC in July. Everyone was courteous, respectful and professional.

Guillermo S[redacted] recently serviced my 11 year old A/C. He was very professional, efficent, and he was on time. An added bonus was he is OK with dogs. Oh, he asked if he could change the filter and mentioned that the condenser coil would eventually need cleaning but I could wait till spring.

Ramesh was personable and fastidious in his work. Adam was informative

and personable, resolved location problem and was fastidious in his work..

Brandon H[redacted] could not have given us better customer service. He was very professional and answered all questions and informed us of everything he was doing. He was very knowledgable of the problem and offered solutions. I have personally never used Parker & Sons before but will from now on. Thank you Brandon and Parkers & Sons.

Jeff M is precise in his work and the final product looks great. He is a hard worker, ready to finish a project and move on always keeping busy. This is really an awesome guy.

Henry T came to replace or slightly over two-year old water heater and told us that although we were covered under the AO Smith warranty, that there would be a labor charge for replacement. However, Henry went to bat for us and worked with the manager Leroy who approved the labor costs at no charge to us. Henry was a friendly, careful worker, who took time to answer all of our questions. Great experience!

I would like to say how it was a privilege to have Michael Arms from Parker & sons at my house to look at my water softener. He very knowledgeable about what he is doing & if he was not happy about how a reading he would readjust until it was right. Mike is very polite an very courteous. Thank you Parker & son's for having Mike working for you.

Had a soft water valve system burst last night at 2am, flooding my garage. Luckily my son heard it and we were able to shut off water to the house. Called a couple of plumbers before Parker and Sons...one never called back and the other said earliest they could come would be tomorrow. Called Parker and Sons and they said they could come between 12 and 4pm. Adam called later and asked if he could come early (around 11am). Of course I accepted. Adam came promptly and we agreed to remove the soft water system which I was bypassing anyway, and close the loop. He also noticed that the water heater supply lines were corroded (indeed they looked bad) and we agreed to replace them as well. Adam was very proficient and professional. Thanks Adam!

Our A/C went out during the first extreme heat warning. We first called the check company that our builder recommend but after 3 separate calls and over 4 hours we were told the soonest they could come out was in 2 days. I immediately called Parker and Sons and was so happy to hear that we would definitely get service same day. Matt, our service tech was at our house within 3 hours and had our A/C up and running in no time. He was professional and I highly recommend.

Andre was very professional and efficient. Got right to the issue with our A/C and fixed it within about 15 min.... very happy with Parker and Sons!

Marcos came to the house and performed a semi-annual "check-up" on my a/c unit. He was courteous and professional and he did a great job! Thanks, Marcos!

Steven was competent , hard worker, very friendly. Gave good information about my a/c system. Highly recommend. Will definitely call on him again
