Taylor W[redacted] installed the reverse osmosis system in my home and did an amazing job. In less than an hour, he put in the faucet, filters, and tank; hooked up the system to my refrigerator and cleaned up his work. I was very impressed with the quality of his work, his attention to detail, and cheerful demeanor. Even my granite countertop didn't present him with a challenge. I would definitely recommend Taylor and his company.

He took the time to show me what was going on and explained everything to me. I was informed of cost/issue before the work was done.

David was very professional and organized. Was very knowledgeable and applied the skills of his trade with ease. He would explain what he had found and what it would require to solve the problem. Once he completed the project he allowed my wife (who is 92 years of age) to try the ease of the handle and the temperature selector lever. It was a

pleasure having David in our home, completing his assigned project and conversing about how he enjoys working in this field. Super young lad.

We had a plumbing problem this morning and called Parker and Sons Plumbing. We were told someone would arrive in two or two and a half hours. CRAIG BROOKS arrived exactly on time.
Craig did a very good job of fixing the problem, was very personable, and left everything neat and tidy.
If we have issues in the future we will ask for Craig to do the work. Craig has plumbing knowledge and enjoyable to have in our home.

I called in the AM and Teck G[redacted]6 arrived in PM. He quickly isolated problem and fixed it. He explained that I had a very old A/C system and the fix might only be temperary. Did an excellent job of upselling to a new system. If I had another A/C problem I'd like this Tech to do the job. Thanks from a 'cool' old man.

As a snowbird from Wa state, was unaware of who to call with air conditioner problem. Contacted Parker and sons who came right out 2 hours after call to diagnose the problem. Required replacing an old obsolete system. Tech Martin P explained every step with easy to understand communication and a go to attitude. I am very happy with the results and positive feedback. Would not hesitate to contact Parker for future problems. Their work is a 10 in my book and enjoyed Martins skill and knowledge and communication to me. Thank you

Jesus came and did our annual inspection of the heat pump air conditioning system and not only was he knowledgeable in his job but extremely respectful. Not only in dealing with us verbally but in the entering and exiting of our residence. He never entered without booties placed over his shoes and was careful on anything he touched.

We have used Parker and sons to install a water softener system, a new HVAC, and also plumbing issues. We have never had any of their techs be anything but professional and we would recommend them to anyone.

I had a preventative maintenance winter checkup on my heat pump system for the coming winter season. My AC technician was very courteous and knowledgeable about the unit. He suggested that I might want to consider adding a surge protector to the unit and also a start assist kit to the compressor. He did not try to hard sell me on these items, but did explain the advantages of having them. Because the heat pump system was a major investment, I felt that it would be wise to protect it against power surges and relieve the stress on the compressor of the unit. I did purchase the additional items, and I feel that my decision was based on sound reasoning. I am very pleased with their service.

This past Sunday Adam came to our house to install a new water heater and re-install our water softener after a leak was repaired. He arrived promptly and was totally professional in his manner. He did the job efficiently and took the time to explain everything he did. I was really impressed with his service. He replaced all of the fittings and help us ensure that we would avoid leak damage in the future.

I have been very pleased with the process of purchasing a new A/C unit from your company. Our unit was barely cooling our home and the service man that was sent out did his best to keep our unit running cool. I'm sorry that I cannot find the paperwork to let you know who it was, but I'm sure you can look it up. I knew that we would need a new unit, so I asked him to have someone to come and give me an estimate, which he did and Justin Bieber came to our home the next day. There was no pressure from Justin and he helped getting the cost down. I decided to go with your company as we have been dealing with you for years although your records only go back to 2005. We got our unit installed very quickly and are now enjoying the cool air. Martin Perez and Edwardo Garcia did a great job installing the new unit. Please look up the name of the service man that came to help us when the problem started. I would like to give him credit for helping us get things done quickly along with Justin as well.

Tech #1[redacted] (Accursio S[redacted]) came to do a service call at my home today. Like all of the Parker & Sons people I have dealt with, he was friendly, professional, thorough & explained everything in a manner I could understand.I call on Parker & Sons because I feel comfortable & pleased with the service I receive. My service today once again proved I made the right choice!

My air conditioner failed after 10:00 p.m. and the temperature was 84o.

I called Parker and Sons and Michael L. was at my house at 11:15 p.m.; replaced the capacitor and was gone by 11:45 p.m.

Michael was professional and pleasant and solved my problem promptly.

Parker and sons hads great services they are there when you need them the person name Christian A. was a friendly and care about my AC needs I am so happy that I call that company thank you

Adam R[redacted] was the water technician who came to install my new Eco Home Water Treatment system. It was obvious he takes pride in his work and a comfort to me that he brought plumbing up to grade before proceeding with the installation. We find artists in many fields, and Adam is certainly an artist in his chosen profession.

Everyone at Parker & Sons helped us out in our time of need. It was the July 4th holiday weekend however Parker & Sons came to our rescue with a new air conditioner. Same day service to determine the old one was shot.

Craig O. helped us through the process and explained everything to us. He answered all our questions even in the sweltering heat. Craig never rushed the process and helped to guide us through all the options, installation timeline.

The installation crew was great. Very hot conditions and very easy to get heat stroke. They stuck with the job and we are very happy with Parker & Sons.

I had a plumbing leak on an old filter canister attached to the exterior water line between the house and shut off valve which meant I had to turn water off to house. I had called another plumbing company and never received a call back. I found Parker & Sons on To-Fixit. My overall experience was wonderful. I was assisted very pleasantly by Rachel @ Parker & Sons in setting up the service call, Dean called me to follow up to let me know the repair people were on the way and made sure I was doing ok. Jim F. and Paul F. were the repairmen and both were very helpful, professional and courteous. They were upfront with the costs and let me know what my options were, let me watch and ask questions as they worked, made sure I understood what they needed to do and walked me through the payment process. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I wish more companies were like this one. I highly recommend Parker and Sons.
