Bill F. came to drain hot water heater and check water valves. He also checked RO system and changed a shower head per request during his visit. He was very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing and looking for when he was checking items. I was so glad he took a few minutes to change my shower head that I had not been able to change. He was awesome and I will definitely ask for him in the future for any plumbing issues.

Peetah O[redacted] came to my home for a second half of a service agreement. He was very professional and was happy to take care of an additional concern on my air conditioning. He replaced batteries on the thermostat and just in general made me feel like he was on point with his over all servicing of the a/c inside and out.

Parker and Sons provided excellent service. Mike was timely and informative. Would not hesitate to call again.

Aaron B. with Parker & Sons installed a water softener for us. Aaron arrived right on time, had all the parts and equipment he needed for the job, and was very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron.

Brandon came to the house today on a follow up visit. He discussed various ways to remedy the problem, answered all my questions, and was very polite and respectful. This is the second time I have used Parker and Sons and will continue to do so in the future.

parker and sons to come to our home to check for water on the floor. They sent Shane out and he was great. He fixed the problem in a few minutes and cleaned up after his self. He took the time to make sure we were happy and that all our questions were answered.

After reviewing the customers account, I found the reason a refund was not due was because she had used both visits, one on 6/13/13 and the other on 4/5/14. I spoke to the customers daughter in law, [redacted], on 11/13/14 and explain the circumstances to her and why...

there wasn't a refund due. She understood and agreed that there may have been some misunderstanding. I agreed to refund the requested $69 to satisfy the customer. [redacted]

Michael at Parker and sons was so helpful. He went over and explained things so patiently. I feel like Parker and sons is the only truly reliable contractor out there a company I can depend on especially on Friday late afternoon before a holiday weekend. Thank you. [redacted]

Mike L the serviceman was great! On a hot hot day in Mesa AZ he climbed up in attic area and fixed our AC. Very nice, explained everything and made sure it was all OK before he left. Good guy.

Excellent personable experience

Our experience with Parker and Sons was all that we wished for! The office personnel were very professional, yet caring, and worked with us to schedule the service call as quickly as possible. Our AC technician, Eric P[redacted], was way above average. He worked diligently for 2 days - in boiling hot temperatures - troubleshooting our difficult AC problem. He stuck with the task until he found the solution. He did not hesitate to call on the help of others Parker and Sons technicians (particularly Antonio, who worked us in his busy schedule) to help when needed. Through it all Eric remained pleasant, courteous, and professional. He is a real asset to the company and we hope he is recognized internally for a job well done! We definitely recommend this company! Thanks to a great team we are cool and comfortable right now. :-)

I would like to compliment Robert I[redacted] and Ben M[redacted] for the excellent job they did when I had to have some plumbing repairs done which involved excavating pipes under my foundation. They explained the process along the way and were extremely careful because this all was taking place inside a very expensive custom closet. The thought of a jackhammer tearing through the floor was traumatizing enough, along with the mounds of dirt they had to remove to get to the pipe. But in my closet! They took such care protecting the surrounding areas and cleaning up afterward, I was very pleased. they completed the project in less than a day The worst part has been putting everything back in the closet...

I was very impressed with Aaron! He was courteous, professional and explained everything to me with my water softener installation. He even helped me move some heavy items in my garage out of the way so he could install.

Michael A[redacted] was the consummate technician working for Parker and Son's, Inc.

He arrived when he said he would and went the extra mile to tailor the system to

meet our circumstances.

On Sept. 10, 2016 [redacted] called us for a leak issue

causing the ceiling to collapse in the kitchen area. Our technician responded

at approx. 7:00 pm the same day and determined a plastic water pipe was leaking

in the attic. Our plumber quoted the customer a price out of our pricing guide

of...

$700.00 before starting any work. The customer signed the approval to

proceed with the repairs per our quote of $700.00. Our plumber is a senior

technician with over 20 years of experience and he carries the manufacturer

tool to do the repair on his truck allowing him to do the repair much more

efficient than the industry standard time. We did confirm that the repair that

was made is still in good working condition. I order to promptly resolve this pricing compliant with the

customer, Parker and Sons refunded $425.00 to  Jewel Souza and submitted the itemized

breakdown that was requested in the original concern call. The customer has

indicated that they are satisfied with our effort to resolve this pricing

concern.  We are confident the refund has

shown good faith that Parker and Sons will stand behind our workmanship and

that all warranties will be honored per the contract. If you have any

additional questions please let us know.

Upon receiving Complaint #[redacted], we conducted an internal investigation to determine all of the facts surrounding this issue.  We determined that the technician on site provided the customer with information that was unrelated to their particular extended warranty requirements...

and protocol.  The information given to Mr. [redacted] was factual information, just not for Mr. [redacted] extended warranty company.  Unfortunately, this miss-quote and the events that occurred subsequently led to Mr. [redacted] dissatisfaction and concerns of being duped.  I spoke with Mr. [redacted] regarding what had happened and apologized for the mishap.  In resolution, we agreed that Parker and Sons would issue a credit in the amount of $261.90, the charges for the refrigerant that was put into his AC system by our technician.  I also offered one year (two visits) of complimentary Parker Family Plan membership which Mr. [redacted] accepted.  At the end of our phone conversation, Mr. [redacted] told me that while he was upset that the situation occurred, he was glad that I contacted him and that he was satisfied with the resolution. [redacted], Vice President HVAC Service[redacted], Vice President, HVAC Service
