Your technicians were here in under an hour when my air conditioner broke,so impressed with the care they took and concern. They fixed my problem the same day. I had to call the next day as it went out again, Michael S[redacted] returned and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Everything is working fine now. Michael had to come out the first time to assist a Junior technician who was having problems with the repair, again he had it running in less than half an hour.

I use Parker for Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Solar Water Heating and have had them install and service all phases of the above mentioned categories. Their service people are highly trained and experienced. I find them all to be very professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. It is obvious that I am extremely satisfied with Parker and Sons. **

Both Chad and Jake were professional in their work. They were below estimate and included some minor repairs they suggested which would have been added costs in the future.

They were on time and very friendly and explained what they were going to do and then reviewed everything at the end.

As retirees we appreciated their approach.

I love parker and sons and have done business with them for over 10 years. Kenny L. Came to my home for summer maintenance and found a couple of recommendations. He took time to explain fully to me and husband and explained all of our options. We will request him when winter maintenance time comes.

After my A/C stopped blowing cold air we called Parker and sons. The technician came out and said the evap coil was bad and was going to cost $3000 to replace, I asked if he could put refrigerant in to last till I could get a hold of the warranty people. The technician said it should last at least a couple weeks and charged me $600 for 6 pounds of r22. By the time my wife got home from work a few hours later it was 100 degrees in the house. My wife called and he stated he couldn't guarantee it would last a year, but paying $600 for it to last a few hours is ridiculous. I called the warranty A/C guys the next day and the said it was a leak in the line, which was easily fixed and didn't cost anywhere near $3000 like Parker and sons tried to rob me for. I asked for a refund and the supervisor said he would give all but $150 back. This place has a terrible work ethic and the fact that they tried to take me for a large sum of money is shameful.
