We have been customers of Parker and Sons for 8 years now and I think I love their service more and more each year! Yesterday we had our winter service to our unit and as always, your service tech was polite, professional, serviced our unit in a timely manner and was so friendly. Thank you Parker and Sons

I have used Parker & Sons for several years and have always been pleased with their service, their punctuality and professionalism.
The real deal company , use them for multiple rental properties , they deliver what they promise !!!!
Parker and Sons responded quickly and fixed the problem in a very short time. Randy A[redacted] was the service technician handling the problem in a very professional and extremely pleasant manner. I would recommend both Parker and Sons and especially Randy for any of your service needs.

of your units. Very positive service and will continue to use Parker and Sons service contract.
After my A/C stopped blowing cold air we called Parker and sons. The technician came out and said the evap coil was bad and was going to cost $3000 to replace, I asked if he could put refrigerant in to last till I could get a hold of the warranty people. The technician said it should last at least a couple weeks and charged me $600 for 6 pounds of r22. By the time my wife got home from work a few hours later it was 100 degrees in the house. My wife called and he stated he couldn't guarantee it would last a year, but paying $600 for it to last a few hours is ridiculous. I called the warranty A/C guys the next day and the said it was a leak in the line, which was easily fixed and didn't cost anywhere near $3000 like Parker and sons tried to rob me for. I asked for a refund and the supervisor said he would give all but $150 back. This place has a terrible work ethic and the fact that they tried to take me for a large sum of money is shameful.
