Manny has visited our home twice. Each time he completed his required tasks perfectly from my viewpoint. The first visit was our Spring checkup which he did without any problems. The second visit was a trouble call (A/C inop). He very quickly determined that we had a blown circuit breaker....which solved our problem, '

Manny is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around. Please make him our "permanent" tech, if that's at all possible.

Marcos G. was very good at listening to my problem and checked out my unit completely. He was neat and very careful not to do any damage to my property and cleaned up after himself. He was also aware of keeping costs down for me as a senior. Very friendly. I hope he is the one to return to my house when ever I need a/c service. I trust him completely and you can`t say that of many service techs these days.

I contacted Parker and Sons yesterday to set an appointment to install my Gridstream Demand Response thermostat with SRP program of the same name.

My experience was one of one of the most professional I have encountered in a long time. The appointment process was quick and easy. I received a call this morning and had the thermostat install in about 90 minutes.

The technician, Edgar F was professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. He installed my thermostat with a sense of concern for doing the job correctly the first time.

I would recommend Edgar and Parker and Sons because of the manner of professionalism displayed during this installation process.

3:30 am, no air conditioning! 3:45 called Parker and sons, whom I have had servicing my present heat pump for 4-5 yrs. 5:15 am technician arrives for repair. Discussed options and opt for a new unit. 8:00 am..salesman here. portable air conditioner given for our comfort until next am for new unit installation. Next day 8:00 am, technicians arrive. 9:20 am crane arrives. 1:30 pm, enjoying the cool air once again. Do you see anything wrong with this service? Me neither!!!! Best company in Phoenix as far as I am concerned!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Parker and Sons. I called on a Sunday and an appointment was arranged for Monday. The service tech arrived on the early end of the time window. He was thorough and efficient. I will certainly be using Parker and Sons in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needed help with their air conditioning.

Loved working with Nick Percy! He was personable and professional, very helpful and informative. And o-so-patient with my 3 year old grandchildren "helpers". I will definitely ask for him again.

Jay V from Parker Sons was very thorough on our check up of 9/11/16. I mentioned that the air conditioner was noisy sometimes outside. He took the time to check it and found screws were loose or missing and he replaced and fixed.

My mom Vivian R. who lives in AZ, has been using the services of Parker and Sons for the past 3 years. She is extremely satisfied with the work that her Technician Mike J. performs each time he comes out. I say her Tech. as Mike J. is the only one that she will have service her Heating and AC units.
I was fortunate to be able to meet Mike J. last year during his service calls while I was visiting my mom. My mom and I find Mike J. to be very Professional, Knowledgeable, Thorough, Clean (in appearance and with his work) Polite and Respectful. He takes pride in his work which is a rare and welcomed quality. He takes the time to explain things so that you can understand instead of a lot of technical jargon. To give an example of the quality of Mike's work, during his most recent service call, he detected that something was not right and through his troubleshooting process uncovered the problem and was able to order the required parts and returned to fix the unit.
Anyone that should have the opportunity of having Mike J.show up at their door for a service call, will never want anyone else but him. I can rest at ease knowing that my mom in good hands when it comes to her Heating and AC. Thank you Mike J.

Did a GREAT job of installing pressure regulator on main water line.

Also a rod for water heater.

Joe called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, got right to work. A very nice man, quick and efficient. As with every time I have had Parker and Sons out, they have always gone a step further. Joe was concerned about the water pressure and insisted on checking it before he was finished. I have used Parker and Sons for plumbing and air conditioning for the 12 years I have lived in Glendale, and have always recommended them to my friends.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous and attentive when I explained the problem. There was a loud popping noise when the air conditioner came on. He promptly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. It has been two months since the service call and all is fine. Best of all, the technician only charged for diagnostics and no labor charge to fix the problem.

We needed Parker & Sons for a plumbing repair and they were there extremely fast!! Louis was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our problem in a very professional manner. We appreciated their service more than I can say!

Excellent company to work with. They come out when scheduled and I usually have the same technician.

Randy A. at Parker and Sons recently did a heating system check....showed up on time, was in and out quickly, and was very thorough. Highly recommended. Did not try to sell us anything. We pay $10 per month for 2 semi-annual check ups...well worth it if you have an older home.

VERY POLITE, EXTREAMLY KNOWLEGEABLE. SOLVED MY ISSUES/CONCERNS, OFFERED SUGGUESTIONS TO IMPROVE RESULTS.

They were going to charge me $2700.00 to buy and replace an evaporator coil which could be bought wholesale for $500.00. So they would have made made a $500.00 profit on the coil. My parts were under warranty so they only had to remove and replace the old coil. They charged me $1577.00 to install the coil, and then supposedly gave me a 10% discount..Making the final charge $1419.00. It took several request for an itemized bill. When I finally got it, They said $728.00 for materials?? $310.00 for EPA recovery fee and $381.39 for 2 technicians. Upon research I found that most other companies do that job for $1000.00 total. What materials? The ladder to get on the roof and the tank for freon recovery. I was ripped off approximately $500.00. They pride themselves in being reasonable when they are really making big time profits off of the elderly In the Sun Cities and other citizens. I think they assume we can't do without air conditioning so charge an outrageous price figuring no one will question it. It's called a RIPOF!

The problem with our air conditioner was quickly diagnosed, an appoinment was made for repair that fit our schedule. Tech called before arriving, and DID arrive as promised. Repair was satisfactorily made within time frame stated. The tech, Todd, was very friendly and very efficent.

Parker and Sons are the only Company we will do business with, as they have gained our trust and treats us fairly and effeciently.

Andy was very professional and personable as he thoroughly provided the information needed about purchasing a complete water softener and reverse osmosis system for our home.

Parker and Sons quickly and efficiently installed A/C unit on my house. They were professional and very courteous the entire time.
