Fantastic service, clearly explained issue, best case and worse case. Do not want to need a plumber, but I sure know who I will call when I do need one.

Plumber Jason was very friendly, knowlegable, courteous, caring and quick, a nice representative for your company.

I called Parker & Sons, inc. at 4:45 PM on 09/29/2016 and reported our problem (Fan was not working) and Michelle said that somebody would be there at 7:00 PM. When Jacob P[redacted] showed up at 7:00 I told him what our problem was and he proceeded to check it out. He said the blower motor was not working and we needed to replace it. He said he would have to check and let us know when if the part was available, Parker and Sons call us at 8:30 on 09/30/2016 and said that Jacob would be out at 10:00 AM to fix our problem. We

had the problem fixed by 12:30 PM on 09/30/2016.

In the past, I have had all positive experiences with Parker and Sons. I have completely changed my mind today for a few reasons. In an emergency, I can't count on Parker and Sons to help in a reasonable amount of time. First of all, I had a brand new A/C Unit and Furnace installed 2 years ago from Parker and Sons, which cost me about $8,000. I would have never guessed it would go out 2 years later, especially when I continue to pay for a regular maintenance package and make sure to keep up with the maintenance. I know things happen, but it should last 2 years when you keep up the maintenance. When my A/C went out today, I called to have someone come out, since I am going out of town tomorrow and have pets in my house. They gave me a 2 hour time frame. Two hours passed by and there was no word. Called again and they said they would page a technician, who got back to me about 20 minutes later, saying he should be here in the next hour. They told me that there are only 2 technicians working, and 160 some people called today for them to come out. The technician also mentioned he had been working since 2am. It is after 10pm right now and I am still waiting. Is it reasonable for an employee to be working that long of a day? Also that is horrible staffing, to only have 2 technician working on a day where 160 some customers needed help. Parker and Sons, please hire more workers!! This guy coming over needs to get some sleep. I work hard and pay a lot of money to make sure things like this can be avoided, and I try to go with the company who is the most reliable and has the best service. I can honestly say as of today, I am disgusted that Parker and Sons is so severely understaffed when customers are counting on them, and at least 1 of the 2 people currently working, will have already been working at least a 21 hour day before coming to work on my A/C unit. I will not be continuing to pay for my maintenance package, as I don't see the point in giving money to a company who treats their employees like this and is so understaffed at a time customers need service. I will call another company that treats its employees better and holds itself to a much higher level of customer service.

we are snowbirds and returned to our house to find no air conditioning. called parker and sons and they sent james r. out in short order, he fixed the problem and got us back in business. very professional and friendly

I was very pleased with team member, Craig, this morning. He is a very nice young man, who was good at explaining things to me, that needed to be done. And, I appreciate that very much!!!

We will never use anyone else for our AC and water heater but Parker and Son's. AC went out over the weekend but that doesn't bother P&S. They sent a young man whose name is Elliott T[redacted]. This young man was a blessing. After getting to our house he wasted no time getting our AC working as it should.

If you want someone who knows what they are doing is a perfect gentleman and gets the job done quick ask for MR. Elliott T[redacted]. You will not be disappointed.

Very good service today. Our plumbing issue require some ingenuity and Justin did a great job. Very professional and very pleasant to work with!

Troy S. went over and above to make sure that my A/C problems were taken care of right the first time. He was informative and explained pricing and options in layman's terms so I could make an informed and cost effective decision. A pleasure to meet. Kudos!!

Charlie Coates did an outstanding job in helping us upgrade to a new HVAC in our home. The system he recommended is all we could have hoped for and more. All components are well matched and the new system is far superior than our old unit. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC and we can highly recommend him.

Problem with our A/C Unit around 8:30pm. Accursio S[redacted] called to let us know where he was and about when to expect him at our home. When he showed up I explained was going on, he seemed to know exactly what the problem was. He was extremely courteous and very professional. A few minutes later he came into our home carrying the faulty device (Start Assist System) which had the top blown off. He reassured us that it would not have started a fire, which was very reassuring to my wife and I. Of all the years he has worked for Parker and Sons, this was only the 4th Start Assist System that he has seen that had failed. His knowledge of A/C Unit problems was the best I have ever seen. My wife and I were truly blessed to have him show up at our home!!!

The Arizona Summer heat struck with a vengeance again on June 20. We had thought that the new AC system installed 3 years ago (not purchased from Parker and Son) would run fine for another 2 years before we should be concerned with it.

We were wrong, as it quit cooling at 10:30 Sunday night.(Timing is everything!)

The original vendor was booked solid for 3 days out, as was another 2 that we called. The TV was on, and a "Parker and Son" commercial prompted me to call them. "Stephanie" was so kind and understanding, even while swamped with calls from everywhere this morning. She reassured us that a Parker AC Tech would contact us within a few hours, and that they would certainly take care of the problem. Sure enough, TODD called shortly after that. It took Todd only 10 minutes to identify our units problem, and he had the part in stock in his van (!!). Todd installed the failed capacitor, tested the compressor/evaporator, then tested the air handler as the system came back to life. I was very impressed by Todd's friendly, professional manner, as well as his obvious expertise in all things HVAC. So much so that we purchased a Parker service contract for both AC and plumbing (there was absolutely zero pressure to do that). I highly recommend Parker and Sons, and particularly TODD S. for "saving" my wife and I from what would have been a miserable 117 degree afternoon.

Joe M. did an outstanding job, even come back on his own time to help me with an issue that was not part of the of original call, resulting in convincing me the need for a water treatment system which I later purchased from Parker and Sons. Ben P. was the tec and installed on Sunday another outstanding emp.

I recently had Thaddeus L. stop by to check my AC units and heaters. He notified me 30 min prior as promised, answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I have experienced from other AC companies. I would highly recommend Parker & Sons to family and friends.

Jesus M came out on Sunday evening to evaluate my situation and my new compressor was installed the next day! What a hard-working, nice young man.

Dan called before arriving and was prompt. He was very professional and courteous. The check up of our water system was thorough. He took the time to explain the system and showed me how to adjust time or check water usage. Thank you, Dan!

Louis changed my R/O filter today and did a great job. He was very pleasant and very professional. I would recommend Louis and Parker and Sons for any of their provided service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent talking with Andy regarding a water softener system. He was very knowledgable and low pressure. He is definitely an asset to this company.

Great work once again. Parker and Sons has a great knowledgeable staff of technicians. Been with them as a contract customer for 3 years and will renew for another three very soon.

Robert O. got our heat up and running and made sure that I understood, that he was sure that our unit has a slow leak in the evaporator coil which in the not to distant future will either need to be replaced, or that we should consider a new unit. He was proffesional, friendly and knowledgable and I was very pleased with the service he provided. Thanks Robert.
