I had a leaking water heater before 5:00 am. I called Parker and Sons and a real person actually answered the telephone! She was wonderful and put me on a list for return calls.

I received a call in one hour from a master plumber. He told me what to do until they could get to my home. He arrived on time, and replaced water heater. Very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I really felt he did not take advantage of me..giving the circumstances. I did feel Parker and Sons was more expensive than I anticipated, but also felt there was great value and professionalism. I feel I got what I paid for!

Excellent company. We have always received prompt and curteous service from all the Parker and Sons associates. We had our AC/Furnace replaced with no hassle and had all our questions answered. There is no high pressure sales, just options and suggestions. Our regular service is quick and easy and we get timely reminders when service is due. The prices are fair and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

After problems with three other air conditioning companies, I found Parker & Sons. They are outstanding professionals and I couldn't be happier with the new unit they installed this spring. I am comfortable all day and night and I am saving money on my APS. Recently I had a need for plumbing services and called Parker again. The technician did a great job and paid attention to leaving everything clean when he left. He even wore paper shoes!

I have had a service contract with Parker and Sons for the past 15 years. They have been reliable and dependable. They also installed a new air conditioner and water heater during that time. It feels good to have someone I can trust.

[redacted] did a comprehensive inspection(about an hour,I did not get on the roof with him so I have to trust his written report) he did not just say," your a/c is 10 years old and need a new one." He detailed what listen for getting worse, fan bearings, larger air return hole in ceiling, unit is too large for size of house! Good advice to keep in mind in near future. We have had Parker & Sons for A/C, plumbing, and drywall repair for a few years and always been completely satisfied with their work. [redacted]

Excellent customer service and work. Not the cheapest around but sometimes you do get what you pay for.

We needed our shower fixed in the evening as an emergency. It had a significant leak that couldn't be put off. They were very prompt in sending someone over to repair it. The service tech was courteous and got the job done pretty quickly. We didn't get an extra charge for an evening call which was great!

Very Professional and attentive to correcting the problem with reasonable cost

Parker reps have been to my home twice. The last time was [redacted]. Both times your reps were excellent. Went above and beyond both times and explained everything thoroughly. They also let me know what other services were available but were not pushy. Overall I could not ask or hope for a better experience. Costs were also reasonable. I have already recommended Parker to neighbors.

Parker & Sons came out to do my A/C Check up. My rep [redacted] and he was extremely professional. He took the time to go over everything with me on the report making it easier to understand for a non A/C professional. I feel like I learned so much from his visit. I even got a free travel first aid kit! I would highly recommend Parker & Sons for you A/C needs.

My AC unit quit working around 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday night. My first pleasant surprise was that a REAL person answered the phone. Granted, it was an answering service, but it was a nice touch to speak to a real person. I was fully aware that at that time of night, there wouldn't be a full crew available and I wasn't surprised when I was told that a tech would not be available for 2 to 3 hours. The house was heating up and I did make a second call around midnight just to assure myself that I was in the queue. The tech called me when he was on his way and arrived at around 3:00 am. Friday morning. He quickly assessed the problem, fixed it and was on his way in less than 40 minutes. Since the unit was still under warranty, there was no bill. I've done quite a bit of business with Parker & Sons and have always been satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

First time user of Parker & Sons. Very impressed with the professionalism if the entire event. From the initial call to the Tedh's departure. Clean and neat installation. The Tech, [redacted] was very efficient. I will use them again. If a need arises.

A/C unit went on the blink on a Saturday afternoon of all times. Called the Parker and sons phone number and it was answered by a live human! Explained my problem and he said that a tech would be over between 1 and 4. When he showed up, he was surprised at the problem but went after it as best he could. When he discovered he didn't have the parts, he started calling supply houses with no results.
Had to schedule Monday morning after the parts stores opened up, but they were back out here first thing and took care of the issue. Even waived the service charge because the problem was not fixed the same day.
Good company to call when things fall apart.

I returned from a vacation to find my heater not working. I called Parker and Son's and they arrived within hours. The tech found a bad control board keeping the fan from running. Part was in stock on his truck and had me up and running fairly quickly and for a reasonable price. Thanks Parker and Son's

This plumbing service is among the very best that I have encountered. I have used many local services but always go back to Parker and Sons for the best of service and the best prices. I must commend [redacted] one of their service men, who met me with a smile and kindly took the time to answer plumbing questions unrelated to my current problem. If I have another problem, I will ask for [redacted].

Service was quick and professional. The scheduler gave reasonable time to get service. Keith R called and told me he would be there in 30 minutes. He evaluated the problem, advised me of cost to repair, and repaired and tested unit in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with overall experience. I have used Parker and sons before and I will use them again. I will recommend them to others as well.

Mike J. of Parker and Sons came to my townhouse to conduct a free inspection of my air conditioning unit on August 25, 2015. He arrived on time and introduced himself to us. Mike was professional in every sense of the word. He was friendly, personable and courteous, even put slippers over his shoes before he came in the unit! He conducted the inspection and then gave us a detailed report of the condition of my AC unit. He made several suggestions regarding our unit and suggested that we might consider a maintenance agreement noting the age of our AC unit. Mike gets 5 stars from us today!
