yesterday I had plumbing and heating technicians from Parker. Both were punctual,competent, and gave you the feeling they valued your business

I CALLED PARKER AND SON 1/27/14 AROUND 4 30 AND 515 THE SERVICE MAN ARRIVED FINISHED THE JOB IN A HOUR. [redacted] WAS HIS NAME DID A EXCELLENT JOB. VERY PLEASED.

P&S came out to access my hot water heater. I also wanted information on tankless water heaters. They answered all my questions and had a manufacturers brochure for what I might be interested in, so I can do my own research. I never feel pressured to purchase any product or service that I'm not completely comfortable with. I think their customer service is great. I had a new AC unit installed this summer and am very happy with the unit, and the service.

I was very impressed with the customer service, from making the appointment with a plumber to come to my house until completion of the work. The plumber was honest as to what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Also, there was no attempt to talk me into something that I did not need. How refreshing! It seems that olde man [redacted] has established a code of conduct and strong work ethic, something that was probably much more common among businesses in 1972, that has fortunately for our community, been carried over to the present day.

[redacted] had a great attitude and was very professional. After the inspection was complete, he reviewed his results. I was very pleased with Parker and Sons service.

I have a contract that says twice a year they will come out service my A/C and swamp cooler units and if anything is needed I will pay extra for that at their current prices. Originally all the prices were broken down as to part, time, tax etc and now it is just one flat fee. The worker has no way of breaking this down and I do not blame him but definitely do not like that system. They may be charging prices that do not balance with the actual parts and service provided and it is not only Parker that is doing this but most home servicing companies today. It is a very unfair system and can easily lead to being overcharged and the customer has no way of knowing. I have found that this company charges a very high price for parts for the swamp cooler, pads etc. but when checking with other companies they are also doing the same, overcharging. If you go to Home Depot, Lowe's etc where you can buy the filters or motors they are much less then the actual part. So you have no idea how they come up with the total that should include labor, service, sale tax and other expenses. I want to know the exact charge per unit and not a ROUNDED number of their total charges. On this service, spring check of systems, I also had a surge protector installed for my AC/Swamp cooler, both are on the same power line, and the charge was $185.00. I did not think this was unreasonable or an overcharge but again it did include everything, part, labor, trip charge, sales tax etc. I searched online for this particular item and found the price ranging from $39.80 to $59.73. I wonder what their breakdown is so that it totals the $185.00 that I paid which I might add was was their current discount price, normally the charge was $247.00 and main reason I had not had it installed before as that price is to high.

Best service I've had. They where quick to find the problem and to fix it. Did not cost close to what I thought I would be spending.

We were in need of a new coil for our air conditioner. Two techs came and encountered a problem with the new part fitting correctly. They worked long and hard in our very hot attic to resolve the problem which involved getting a custom size plenum to complete the job. [redacted] and [redacted] went above and beyond to make it work. We are very appreciative of their efforts and would definitely recommend Parker & Sons.

I have used Parker and Sons for many years, for many repairs from simple to quite involved. They are always prompt, knowledgeable and fix the problem right the first time. I will continue to use Parker and Sons.

Quick response time. Friendly helpful technician. Answered all my questions without trying to scare me in to doing something or force things down my throat. Seemed (to me) to be reasonably priced.

I have used Parker and Sons on several occasions for plumbing repairs. They are always prompt, professional and courteous. They know what they are doing and give free estimates for repairs. They stand by their work and their customer service and follow up are outstanding from their office staff to the plumbers. I highly recommend using Parker and Sons!

I am writing to say how pleased we were with the service provided by Josh C[redacted] He was very pleasant, thorough and informative about the work he was going to do. He was here on two days and worked very efficiently on the projects he had to handle. I would definitely want to have him work with us again.

Wes was very helpful. Came back a second time when we were still having problem with air. Did all possible to fix problem. We had a leak. Works great now.

Excellent service. Knowledgable and explained exactly what they were doing. Gave me choices on where to run copper pipe. I always use Parker and Sons for my HVAC, water, and plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

David came to my house after another company told me that it would cost almost $1000 to "maybe" fix my problem. David came out the first time and told me to try a few other options I could do on my own first to save some money. Well, that didn't work and David came back, fixed my problem in about 30 minutes for under $250! David is a credit to Parker and Sons! How many companies still have the integrity to treat their customers the same way?
