We recently had our "check up" for the A/C system installed by Parker and Sons. We got a "clean bill" of health for the unit and the service person was very professional. We really have enjoyed our relationship with Parker and Sons. Only regret: not using them SOONER!!

Parker & Sons provides all our heating, a/c, and plumbing needs. They are always on time, priced reasonably, and make recommendations that will save us money. Their technicians are polite and leave our home as clean as they found it.

My air conditioner was not cooling. Called the people who had installed it three years ago. They would not be able to respond until the next day. Would send someone sooner if possible. I had used Parker and Sons for plumbing problems in the past and they were excellent. I did not want my disabled wife and I, plus our animals to swelter in the heat all day so I called Parker and Sons. They had a technician to my house within an hour and he fixed (bad capacitor) and serviced it within an hour. Excellent response and work. I will only use Parker and Sons in the future. Parker and Sons is a great company. They are very helpful with scheduling appointments. The technicians are very knowledgeable and informative.

I have been with Parker & sons for at least 10 years and I have never been disappointed with the service they have provided me. The latest issue with my leaking hot water heater was taken care of quickly and professionally. Their repairmen are always very friendly and they explain every thing to me so I understand what and why things are happening. They answer any questions I have and they never seem to feel like I am just another problem for them to fix. I greatly appreciate their suburb service!!!!

Parker and Sons has done all the plumbing and A/C work since I moved to AZ in 2008. There response to a problem is almost immediate. There service is excellent. The Technicians are polite, business like and knowledgeable. Love this company.

I recently had three separate water issues at my home. Ben, Mike and Ralph were the three gentlemen that helped solve my problems. They were kind, professional and handled everything in a very professional manner.

I have been very happy with my choice to go with Parker & Sons when my A/C went out in August a couple years ago. My A/C went out on a Sunday, and Parker & Sons made sure to accommodate me as soon as possible, coming out not too long after I called. Since the installation, I have had check ups every 6 months to ensure my A/C and Furnace are working properly. Today, I wanted to leave a review for Kenny Lindholm, who came out for a 6 month checkup. He called 20 minutes before arriving at my house, and arrived right when he said he would be there. He was very helpful in addressing all safety concerns. The first thing he noticed was that I had taken the battery out of my carbon monoxide detector. He took it off the wall and calibrated it during the visit, then set it back up. Went up in the attic and checked my furnace, checked my hot water heater, then came back to tell me he didn't detect any carbon monoxide coming from those. The other technician, who's business card I didn't get, took pictures of the residue on the valves of my water heater to show me, then asked if I have ever used the water softener. We had quite a long conversation about many safety precautions to take in my house. Kenny let me know I should replace my fire alarms every 10 years, have my electric panel maintenance because the wires can loosen, let me know where the sewage valve can be found, and the water shutoff. We discussed problems with my shower leaking and drywall. Kenny made sure all of my concerns were addressed, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what to do if my carbon monoxide detector goes off again. He seemed to care about my safety and didn't feel rushed to get the job done and get out asap, even with my appointment being late in the day. He took the time to talk, and even joke around a bit, which I can always appreciate after a long day at work! He suggested I make an appointment for my water heater, as it's pretty old. I plan on doing that! Overall Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable about all sorts of home maintenance upkeep, and I was comfortable having him work in my home. I would completely recommend Parker & Sons to my family and friends, and if you have the pleasure of Kenny coming to work at your home, I'm sure you would want to write a 5 star review as well!

While all their employees have been professional and provided quality work, Bert M. has always served as one of Parker & Sons finest examples of a knowledgeable, skilled and detailed technician who does quality work. Today I had Parker and Sons technician Rob W. come to my home to follow up and service my water heater. After completing the requested service, it was determined that the water heater was in good condition with one suggested update needed to assure continued operation of the heater; I agreed to have the new part installed. After working on this unit for some time, the faulty part could not be removed. I was advised of the problem and Parker and Sons graciously replaced my water heater with a brand new unit of the same quailty and warranties at no cost to me. Rob was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the cause for the failure and his communication with Parker and Sons who agreed to Install the new water heater at no cost to me. I have done business with Parker and Sons on several previous occasions and with service like this, I have every intention to continue in the years ahead. Rob W. will be my first request for a technician should the need arise. Thank You PARKER AND SONS ( especially Rob W).

This company came out to look at our AC unit that was not working. The representative said we needed to buy a new unit and quotes us $6800. I had another company come out to look and they replaced the capacitor for $180 and the unit works fine. They said it was simple to see the problem and there is no way the guy from Parker and Sons could have missed it. They tried to sell me something I didn't need. Scam.

Work was done to satisfaction with knowledgeable service representative. Their prices seem to be exhorbitant and they are likely to take advantage of senior citizens. I was told my water softener was not working and they were ready to sell me a $2300.00 (discounted $800.00) water softener when, after checking with other sources, the softener is working properly. I live in a gated community and word travels quickly.
