I have been using Parker & Sons for several years. They have been reliable and very dependable.

I have been with Parker & sons for at least 10 years and I have never been disappointed with the service they have provided me. The latest issue with my leaking hot water heater was taken care of quickly and professionally. Their repairmen are always very friendly and they explain every thing to me so I understand what and why things are happening. They answer any questions I have and they never seem to feel like I am just another problem for them to fix. I greatly appreciate their suburb service!!!!

Great cusomter service and knowledge. Always helpful and on time.

Parker and Sons is a great company. They are very helpful with scheduling appointments. The technicians are very knowledgeable and informative.

Parker & Sons provides all our heating, a/c, and plumbing needs. They are always on time, priced reasonably, and make recommendations that will save us money. Their technicians are polite and leave our home as clean as they found it.

Review: On 06-04-15 at approximately 4 p.m. I requested Parker & Sons respond to my house in reference to my 4 ton a.c. unit not working properly. Parker & Son employee [redacted] arrived and began treating the unit. [redacted] stated their was a relay switch on the unit and it was currently in the off position most likely due to the unit being worked too hard. [redacted] suggested the blower fan would most likely need being replaced in the near future. [redacted] reset the switch and the unit began to blow properly. [redacted] quoted me $1029 for new blower. and stated both caps are in good shape on both units. I paid $69 in cash for the amount due and [redacted] asked if I was wiling to be placed on their $216 dollar twice a year service plan billed at $17.10 a month. I said yes. [redacted] checked both units and in his notes stated, "checked both units, pressure amp draws. run caps good"

After [redacted] left, I researched the blower online and found it for much cheaper. ($134). Unfortunately I was unable to buy it because I am not a distributor.

On 06-05-15 at approximately 11 a.m.the same a.c unit again began to blow warmer air so this time I contacted [redacted] who responded promptly. [redacted] charged me $475 for same replacement blower and they asked if I was interested in their twice a year service plan for $199. I stated yes.

I immediately called Parker & Sons and informed them within 19 hours I would like to opt out of their service plan. The female employee at Parker & Sons stated well, there is a $20 charger to opt out of the service plan after already paying $17.10 the day before. I stated I would pay the $20 to opt, but why could that not come out of the already $17.10 I gave them the day before.

I was contacted a week later by a female employee at Parker & Sons stating I am responsible for the difference in price of two maintenance units. There is nothing on my paperwork stating two maintenances were conducted.

On 06-15-15, I had [redacted] responded to the house because my small a.c. unit was not working properly. That employee stated the caps to the unit were leaking thus freon has been leaking from the system, quite the opposite of what Parker & Sons stated two weeks earlier on their so called maintenance check.

As of 06-23-15 both a.c. units are working properly as [redacted] conducted checks on both.Desired Settlement: I am willing to pay an additional $2.90 to make the even $20 for the cancelation as stated by the employee. I am not willing to pay the amount of $85.50 in which they are sending me a bill for after canceling their service plan in 19 hours, and them stating, "caps good". obviously the caps were not good, as [redacted] stated they were damaged and leaking freon.

Our Supervisor, Randy Carlson, spoke with the homeowner and satisfactorily resolved this complaint. We agreed to reimburse the homeowner the sum of $86.25 which represents the $17.25 PFP maintenance charge and the $69 service diagnostic fee. We apologize for the inconvenience our processing procedures caused the homeowner. If any other information is needed, please contact us immediately.

We recently had our "check up" for the A/C system installed by Parker and Sons. We got a "clean bill" of health for the unit and the service person was very professional. We really have enjoyed our relationship with Parker and Sons. Only regret: not using them SOONER!!

Justin B. In plumbing not only found a $4,000 toilet that had to be replaced; he installed it to where it look better than the original!

Unreal!

I have been using parker and sons for my maintenance of my heating and cooling system They are always timely and efficient and have kept my old system working well.

Excellent service. Extremely polite technicians. Completed work promptly. Would recommend to everyone.

My air conditioner was not cooling. Called the people who had installed it three years ago. They would not be able to respond until the next day. Would send someone sooner if possible. I had used Parker and Sons for plumbing problems in the past and they were excellent. I did not want my disabled wife and I, plus our animals to swelter in the heat all day so I called Parker and Sons. They had a technician to my house within an hour and he fixed (bad capacitor) and serviced it within an hour. Excellent response and work. I will only use Parker and Sons in the future. I have used Parker and Son's for several years. Their parts are a little high but in comparison to using a friend of a friend or another company, I know the parts will last and be put on correctly. I have always been told of how things are looking (safety hazards) and I have not been pressured to purchase anything but was made aware of what may need to be replaced in the future. The techs are professionals and explain every detail necessary and as a woman, I need to understand what they are saying in terms I can relate to. So far, so good with Parker and Sons.

Parker & Sons has always been great!

Work was done to satisfaction with knowledgeable service representative. Their prices seem to be exhorbitant and they are likely to take advantage of senior citizens. I was told my water softener was not working and they were ready to sell me a $2300.00 (discounted $800.00) water softener when, after checking with other sources, the softener is working properly. I live in a gated community and word travels quickly.

Excellent service. Technician showed me everything he discussed with me. Even with my old unit, I did not feel oversold, and the service I had ordered went smoothly.

I recently had three separate water issues at my home. Ben, Mike and Ralph were the three gentlemen that helped solve my problems. They were kind, professional and handled everything in a very professional manner.

The company also handled my calls efficiently and professionally and with understanding.

I recomment Parker and Sons and will continue to do business with them.

I have been a Parker & Sons customer for over 10 years. They've handled my HVac and plumbing needs. While all their employees have been professional and provided quality work, Bert M. has always served as one of Parker & Sons finest examples of a knowledgeable, skilled and detailed technician who does quality work. Bert and employees like him are the reason I continually rely on Parker & Sons. Thank you!
