Always a pleasure to do business with Parker and Sons. Both the operators and the technicians are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I am pleased to send a review regarding Parker & Sons plumbing services.
This is the service that I have used for three years for various projects.
Each time the technician has arrived in a timely manner and has completed the ordered work promptly, completely and w/o need for a return call.
I call Parker whenever I need service, their number in recorded on my cell phone and it is the service that I suggest to my friends.

FANTASTIC!!! Until we found Parker and Sons we had nothing but problems. [redacted] is the best, In fact, he found some damages that we were unaware of. [redacted] has great integrity and a true asset to Parker and Sons.

Parker and sons did a great job and spent the time to explain everything the Tech. was doing. Prompt service and attention to detail will keep me going back for all my A/C and plumbing needs.

I've used Parker for all my HVA & plumbing work since I moved to AZ almost 9 years ago and I've never regretted my choice. Every tech they have ever sent here has been clean, cleans up after they are done and are as nice a person as one could want. [redacted] was here yesterday for my annual heating system check and way just great to have doing the work. Thorough, professional and a nice guy to boot.

there may be some lower priced outfit out there but you get what you pay for in the end and I am always satisfied with Parker.

I had an emergency plumbing situation and contacted Parker & Sons requesting Joe Cotton. He arrived within the hour and repaired the problem in minutes. He also took care of a number of other non emergency plumbing concerns I had, recommended a repair of a potential problem and performed a health and safety inspection.. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient and so polite and respectful. I will request him again when the next plumbing emergency arises.

A friend had a great experience and told me about it. A week later my A/C had and issue so I contacted Parker and Sons. Mike came out on a Sunday and checked my system which couldn't be repaired. He made a temp fix to keep it operating while I set up a new install. He didn't charge me for his time or materials. Which was great since I was overwelmed by the news I needed a new system - Thank you! Jerry met me the next day to evaluate my home and give me options once I determined what I wanted to do the appointment was set the next day to install my new A/C. Cezar/Andy did my installation. Cezar worked very hard in the hot attic removing my old unit which came down in serveral pieces. The new unit didn't seem quite right. So I call my salesman Jerry and he setup an appointment with Doug. He determined some adjustments need to be made to my systems air flow. He was very knowledgable and helped me understand what had occured. We set another appointment to have the techs (Cezar/Tony) make the new adjustments. Now it's working great! I appreciated the fact that I wasn't givien the run around when I felt the system wasn't quite right but didn't know why. They immediately responded, were friendly and took care of it. They are my new A/C provider.

I have been a Parker and Sons customer for many years, but from my recent experiences their customer service has gone way downhill.

A/C was not cooling well so they sent a service man out. He performed a check and all he could tell me was the freon was low and I must have a leak. He could charge the system, but I would have to call to have someone come out to do a leak test.

He wasn't qualified to find the leak? I have to call?

That didn't sit well with me.

Then when he left he 1) Didn't leave a receipt. 2) Left the thermostat at 63. 3) Left the fan in the 'on' position instead of 'auto'. Luckily I didn't leave the house shortly after and did notice the thermostat - otherwise my A/C could have been running for hours.

Called to complain to a service manager but was told it was near the end of the day so doubtful someone would be available (this was at 3:30 pm). Left a message and was told they would have someone call me the next day.

No call. Obviously not valued as a customer.

Finally had to call back and schedule a leak test. Received an estimate. Since I told this technician that I had complained before and never got a call back, he said he would make a definite notation on his invoice to have someone call me. Said every invoice is reviewed so someone would definitely see it.

No call. Definitely not a valued customer. I would especially think that with the opportunity to make money on a major repair (evap coil needed to be replaced) that someone would follow-up.

Overall, very disappointing.

Parker & Sons handled two jobs for me in the past week. A commode wax ring repair and a water softener system installation. Their technicians were on-time, worked quickly, and produced high quality work at fair prices. I'm completely satisfied.

I would certainly recommend Parker & Sons to anyone. I had a broken valve in our shower late afternoon. I called P&S and they came out around 7:30 pm and worked until the job was complete around 11 pm. If it wasn't for their availability, I would have never had water all night until morning. [redacted], the plumber was very good. He knows his stuff and I did not feel I am being taken advantage of. I also got a free heating check from [redacted]. He was not pushy, very respectful. It's nice to know that there are still good people out there. Even though, it cost a little bit more to fix my problem, it was OK since it was done professionally and I have no complaints.

Parker and Sons has done all the plumbing and A/C work since I moved to AZ in 2008. There response to a problem is almost immediate. There service is excellent. The Technicians are polite, business like and knowledgeable. Love this company.

In 2010 I had the pleasure of contacting Parker and sons since the installing contractor informed me it would be 2 weeks until they could come to my home and repair a broken air conditioning unit( it was 3 yrs old). I did call Parker and sons who were at my home within 2hours. In a temperature of 115 and had my unit performing within 35 minutes . Since that time I have had Parker come to my house biannually to inspect and service my system. I have had another occursnce as above and the Parker tech was at my home within 45 minutes . Needless to say Parker is far superior to others and will continue. To be our services . I do plan on building another new home and will definitely request there work vs the big west valley installation contractor who seems to be only interested in installation and the hell service after the job. So be prepared if you call. !!!!!!!

I have been very happy with my choice to go with Parker & Sons when my A/C went out in August a couple years ago. My A/C went out on a Sunday, and Parker & Sons made sure to accommodate me as soon as possible, coming out not too long after I called. Since the installation, I have had check ups every 6 months to ensure my A/C and Furnace are working properly. Today, I wanted to leave a review for Kenny Lindholm, who came out for a 6 month checkup. He called 20 minutes before arriving at my house, and arrived right when he said he would be there. He was very helpful in addressing all safety concerns. The first thing he noticed was that I had taken the battery out of my carbon monoxide detector. He took it off the wall and calibrated it during the visit, then set it back up. Went up in the attic and checked my furnace, checked my hot water heater, then came back to tell me he didn't detect any carbon monoxide coming from those. The other technician, who's business card I didn't get, took pictures of the residue on the valves of my water heater to show me, then asked if I have ever used the water softener. We had quite a long conversation about many safety precautions to take in my house. Kenny let me know I should replace my fire alarms every 10 years, have my electric panel maintenance because the wires can loosen, let me know where the sewage valve can be found, and the water shutoff. We discussed problems with my shower leaking and drywall. Kenny made sure all of my concerns were addressed, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what to do if my carbon monoxide detector goes off again. He seemed to care about my safety and didn't feel rushed to get the job done and get out asap, even with my appointment being late in the day. He took the time to talk, and even joke around a bit, which I can always appreciate after a long day at work! He suggested I make an appointment for my water heater, as it's pretty old. I plan on doing that! Overall Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable about all sorts of home maintenance upkeep, and I was comfortable having him work in my home. I would completely recommend Parker & Sons to my family and friends, and if you have the pleasure of Kenny coming to work at your home, I'm sure you would want to write a 5 star review as well!

Excellent quote, came on time, cleaned everything up putting things back in place before leaving. I had difficulty programming the thermostat, and a specialist came out within 2 hours of my call. The hole created to install the furnace was repaired 2 days after installation was complete. I like how nice it feels in my home. Really appreciate the 10 year parts and labor, with a $10.25 a month service fee. I have since called for a Plummer, got information on how to clear the buildup in the faucets. Each and every person I have talked to on the phone was helpful and thorough. Each person in my home was kind and respectful, and eager to explain and answer my questions. I had used Parker & Sons before, but now I will use them exclusively! I will recommend them to my friends and family. In August I had work done to get the air conditioner to run properly. Made the decision to get an entire new unit based upon how [redacted] worked with me to give me a price I could afford. He is my regular service technician.

Parker and Sons is my first choice for heating/cooling and plumbing. They're are very reliable, customer centered, knowledgeable and courteous. They have always gone above and beyond what I expected from them. Parker and Sons does not charge for an evaluation. This provides more value for the price.

This company came out to look at our AC unit that was not working. The representative said we needed to buy a new unit and quotes us $6800. I had another company come out to look and they replaced the capacitor for $180 and the unit works fine. They said it was simple to see the problem and there is no way the guy from Parker and Sons could have missed it. They tried to sell me something I didn't need. Scam.

I have been a client of Parker & Son's for many years. They have consistently performed repairs quickly and done correctly. Rarely, when there has been a problem with a repair, they have cheerfully returned until I was satisfied. Reasonable rates. Pleasant repairmen. I do not even consider any other company for plumbing, A.C. and any services they offer.

Today I had Parker and Sons technician Rob W. come to my home to follow up and service my water heater. After completing the requested service, it was determined that the water heater was in good condition with one suggested update needed to assure continued operation of the heater; I agreed to have the new part installed. After working on this unit for some time, the faulty part could not be removed. I was advised of the problem and Parker and Sons graciously replaced my water heater with a brand new unit of the same quailty and warranties at no cost to me. Rob was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the cause for the failure and his communication with Parker and Sons who agreed to Install the new water heater at no cost to me. I have done business with Parker and Sons on several previous occasions and with service like this, I have every intention to continue in the years ahead. Rob W. will be my first request for a technician should the need arise. Thank You PARKER AND SONS ( especially Rob W).

I was alerted to the arrival of the plumber about 20 minutes before he was at the door. He assessed the problem; presented a quote for the work, did the repair; answered my questions, and took time to explain why there was water coming out of the faucet after the cut-off valve was closed; checked for pressure; looked for indications of more leaks-could not have beenmore satisfied.
