I'm very happy with you install of my unit and the check back after six months to make shire there were no leaks and it was running fine.
Parker and Sons are a excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had service to replace the leaky connections to our washing machine and also a leaky kitchen faucet. [redacted] was our provider. He was personable and professional. Also, very important to us, honest. He offered suggestions which saved us additional costs and timelines which made sense to follow.

[redacted] also answered several question we had about how to handle hard water damage and even scrubbed the washing machine connector box for us to show us a full replacement was not necessary.

We have used Parker and Sons two other times in the past and each time have been very pleased with their quick response and personnel. They are honest and have the homeowners' best interest at hand, something very rare these days. I would highly recommend this company and will only use Parker and Sons for our plumbing needs.

Our air conditioning coil went out and [redacted] from Parker and Sons came to our house to diagnose it and to fix it. He did a Awesome job and knows his work. He explained everything to me that I did not understand. He was well mannered in every way possible :) Very respectful, good humor and kind!! I would recommend him to any of my family or friends!!! He had us up, running and cooling before the extreme triple digits hit. He made sure the job was done before it got too hot here in AZ. You will not be dissatisfied.

Not only to I have trust in Parker, I called to have the same worker return and requested him by name!

I am very happy with the service that I experienced today. Shawn was clean and efficient in his work. He was thinking about the problems he might encounter with how one of toilets was installed incorrectly before he even came back to start the work after previously getting a visual of the job. And then he was prepared to talk to me about it and also about any other concerns along the way. Also giving me updates on any new charges that might be encountered. Yeah!! New Toilets!!

At this point I would recommend Adam of Parker & Sons to anyone, in the need of a water softener and or water heater. He is very neat and leaves the work area looking much better than when he started the project.

I have used them exclusively for 12 years. Their servicemen are all excellent. Their plumber on the one time I needed help was great. When I wanted a new furnace and a/c I called and the nicest man came out; took the time to ascertain my needs and sold me the correct unit for our home and for the time we will be here. We have never been high pressured, the service people always leave our hoe immaculate and do the job right the first time. They are very knowledgeable and I have every faith in them and do recommend them to any of my friends.

My HVAC unit installation went very well. Ben and Christian showed up on-time, kept me updated on anything outside of the norm and offered me options, kept everything in budget, took good care of my home, advised me of things I should have checked in the future, and put in a new unit and thermostat that works so much better than our old ones ever did. Only complaint I have is the oily smell of the unit for the first few hours of its operation-- isn't there a way to address that before the unit is put into a home? But that was a minor issue with an overwhelmingly positive experience.

I had a water leak at 10pm. On a Saturday. I called Parker as Sons and they had a plumber at my house in less than an hour. Luke was my plumber, he was very nice and professional he found the problem quickly. In about 30 min he had checked out everything and fixed the problem. A plumber is never cheap but there were no additional weekend charges or fees, I paid the same as a regular buisness day. I appreciate no up charge and the reliable service. I have used them for several years and it's always a positive outcome.

Troy was the A/C tech that did my service work and I couldn't ask for a better experience. He was happy to explain everything that was asked of him. I feel that he did a very thorough and professional job. He gave me options of any additional equipment that he would recommend for my A/C, but wasn't pushy trying to make a sale. All around good guy in my book.

Matt was very courteous and very professional. He donned shoe covers every time he came indoors. We have been customers of Parker and Sons now for over 7 years and every one of their technicians have all been a pleasure to work with.

Mark E. was professional, thorough and explained the work he performed in detail. The work was completed in the time allotted. I was very satisfied with Mark's work. Our overall experience with Parker and Sons has been very positive. The unit they installed three and a half years ago keeps our home cool in the summer, warm in the winter and has reduce our electric bills. I would and have recommended Parker and Sons to friends.

They came to house the same day and did excellent work but their fees are out of control! Charging over $200 per hour in labor is the way I figured it. Quoted me $1,050 to replace my water heater! I called [redacted] a licensed plumber and he's doing it for $700.00 Parker & Sons are professional and nice people who do good work but seriously expensive.. I'll have to use someone else with more reasonable rates. I was charged $350.00 to install a bathroom sink that I bought myself and $160.00 for a bathtub spout that they provided. I would recommend Parker & sons to my wealthy friends ...

The plumbers did very good work. I feel we were taken advantage of on the price of the Bronze softener. The salesman gave us the big sales pitch and only showed us hand written prices. The softener cost us $2280 which was highway robbery. I feel Parker and Sons took advantage of a couple of seniors. If they paid us back a minimum of a $1000 I could live with that, but it is still too high when you look at the prices of other softeners.

Br-r-ring! Phone call to Illinois from Arizona... Air conditioner not working on a 109 degree day there...Dilemma: I'm here and air conditioner is there...Open Sun City phone book...1st ad:. Parker and Sons..I read ad and call #...Talk to [redacted]...She's never done business with me nor I with her...I say, "Help"...She takes information...Promises technician will get there pronto...Technician finds major trouble and calls me to authorize repairs...I say, "I have to trust you. Do what needs to be done." Problem solved...I'm happy (despite the new "dent" in my pocketbook, but that's to be expected...I have just fallen in love with [redacted], this technician, and Parker and Sons, Inc!!! [redacted], Sun City, Arizona

Parker and Sons have always treated us very well. They always arrive when scheduled and never try to sell us anything we don't need. We highly recommend them

I have been using Parker & Sons HVAC for nearly ten (10)

years. I have their annual service contract that provides

A/C service and maintenance in the Spring; and Furnace &

Heating service and maintenance in the fall.

I look forward to their telephone calls to set up my

appointments for these yearly services.

and replacements. I find them reputable, honest and
