Parker & Sons has baiked me outof numerous jams. They are professional and always get it done.

Great company to deal with, very courteous, attentive and on time team gets the job done. I would suggest Parker and Sons for heating and cooling installation and service.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Install was last year and it was seamless. Just had my yearly check up and it too was great. On-time, polite, clean - everything that a homeowner should expect from a service company.

We had a leaky water heater on a Saturday. This was no problem for Parker and Sons. They came out at no extra charge. The technician was helpful and knowledgeable. We had hot water for our showers the following morning,

Parker and Sons seem to be on the high end but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I have had this company out to my house three times. Every time the techs have been very personable, respectful, and just plain nice. They will answer every question I have without talking down to me or behaving like I am a bother.

Good company. Reliable. Repairmen come on time, and keep working until it's done right. Been honest and fair with us on several jobs involving air conditioning and plumbing.

I had [redacted] and [redacted] come out and install some new toilets in our house. Sounds run of the mill I know but this was in [redacted] where they had to move the wall mounted to floor installs due to ADA concerns in the house. Both of these gentlemen exemplified professional behavior and were a credit to the Parker and Sons experience. Thanks so much for your help!

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of Peter A. when he came to my home. He investigated the issue, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the issue quickly. If I had a business, I would definitely want someone like Peter A. representing my company.

Michael A[redacted] of Parker and Sons was courteous and efficient in replacing our RO filter and resetting the meter. He also checked the water softener and water heater. Finally he checked the water pressure in insure that the pressure regulator was working properly.

Parker and Sons is a company you can rely on for excellent quality, expertise and customer service. I have been with them since 1990 to take care of my Air Conditioning, Hot Water Heater, Soft Water Conditioning, Osmosis System and Plumbing. On 1/22/2016, I called for service due to my Air Conditioner not heating. Called them at 8am, they were at my house within 2 hours, then fixed. It is worth being part of the Parker and Sons Family, as they do take care of their customers like family and always do the best possible what ever my circumstance is.

Damien B[redacted] from Parker & Sons, is a genuine, honest person that holds professionalism to the highest degree. It was a pleasure interacting with Damien while he was fixing a major city water to my home leak. Next time I should have any water issues, I can guarantee that I will ask for Damien by name. We purchased new Heat Pumps last year and had a maintenance check 3/24/16. We are very satisfied with the work done and the tech Eric K. He is a very nice and considerate young man and helpful.

Adam & Andrew did my 6 month A/C checkup and found everything to be working correctly. Both were friendly and answered any questions I had. I would and do recommend Parker & Sons to all my friends and neighbors.

My first experience with Parker and Sons was very disappointing. [redacted] came out just a few hours after calling, inspected the unit in attic and outside, claimed the coils upstairs were clean (later found they were not), and question whether any other parts fully inspected. In the end, he suggested I replace a capacitor upstairs costing $266 and one outside on the ac unit costing $233. Since I am very familiar with parts costs, this estimate was so out line that I was at a loss for words. When he saw I wasn't going to go ahead with the repairs, he said he would give me a 10% discount, then offered a 20% discount which I didn't take and said I would call if going ahead with his repair estimate. I decided to research online about the changing of these capacitors, ordered them (all 3 cost $49) and easily replaced them. If the estimate had been anywhere near reasonable, I would have had Parker do it, but of course it wasn't so know I won't be calling Parker again. I realize a business should make a profit and appreciate when they and their customers both benefit from it. If this incident should not have happened and in sending this report it will improve services and create honest business, then it has achieved its purpose. Thank you...

Let me start off with saying I have been a long time customer of Parker and Sons. They were the first ones I called when I had 2 plumbing leaks in my front yard. A tech came out and provided an estimate of over $3600 to replace the main line from the meter to the house. He wasn't even sure what the problem was, but would replace the line just in case. I was concerned he wouldn't even say that would fix the problem. He didn't seem very confident. The written estimate contained a lump sum for all the work to be completed, was not itemized at all. I was dumb founded at the cost, but scheduled the repair for the next day and had to arrange for financing. Meanwhile, I called a plumber, he provided much more information regarding the problem/diagnosis and how to repair it, he would charge $976 for the same work Parker and Sons was going to do. Needless to say, I cancelled the service call. I have heard negative comments lately about the exorbitant prices Parker and Sons charges and now am a believer. I will keep my A/C maintenance contract since they installed it, but won't be calling Parker and Sons for any other service.
