Parker and Sons

Absolutely awesome company. I have used them in the past for A/C, but this time called them for a toilet problem I was having. They were fast, clean and inexpensive. Not sure what else I would want from a plumbing company. Thank you!

This call was handle very quickly. The person taking the call and making the repair. I wa very impressed that the person that trouble shot the problem at 11pm was the same perso that finished the call the next day.

I have used Parker and Sons for A/C service, a new single unit A/C system in our garage and for plumbing issues. Making an appointment is extremely quick and easy. They even have same day service! Their technicians are prompt and courteous and arrive when they are scheduled. They give a courtesy call before they arrive. I would recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing and A/C services.

Parker and Son's did an excellent job, I had a water heater put in a little over a year ago, and recently I had a problem with it and parker and Sons came out the next day and determind that it was defective and replaced it with a new on at no cost with no hassel.

This was one of the most complete check-ups I have ever had on my heating system. Also my water heater was looked at;and,I was given several suggestions as to how to make sure it keeps working well. There was no pressure at all with these suggestions or comments on my heating system. This is a "no brainer" deciding to keep my business with Parker and Sons.

We just had our second yearly checkup on our 2 ac units and as usual every thing went as scheduled. As we requested we got the tec that we wanted and he did a fabulous job. Awesome service and awesome experience! I had an HVAC tune-up and also a free plumbing inspection done. Both techs were extremely courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable. The technician was extremely competent, found two faults with my AC system and fixed them quickly and efficiently showing me why he had to replace two capacitors.

I was very impressed and pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work performed by the two men who replaced our air conditioner. They did the work efficiently, covered the walls to prevent marring, and cleaned up afterwards. I will use Parker & Sons again.

As a single mother with a limited budget I love doing business with Parker and Sons. They are friendly and honest. They are not trying to sell you things you don't need and they fix all the things you need done in your house and warranty there work. I have used them for my a and heating tune ups, a repair, damaged wall repair, and most recently plumbing and purchase of my water softener and R. O. System. I plan on using them for all my service needs.

Ben explained the what, why, and when of the maintainence process, showed the parts he replaced for comparison and ran the hot water into the tub to make sure the line was flushed clean.

Joe was my plumber from Parker and Sons. From the moment he called to tell me that he was 10 minutes away to the moment he left my condominium he was absolutely an incredible plumber. He remedied the 2 problems that I had called upon initially and inquired about any other problems I had with my plumbing, and we fixed that as well. Joe went above and beyond the call of duty. Approximately 7 or so years back I had Parker and Sons install a new air-conditioning unit for me and now I have had them remedy my plumbing issues. Because of Joe's service, work, professionalism, and knowledge from this moment forward I will only call upon Parker and Sons and request Joe as my plumber. Please, inform Mr. P[redacted] of the outstanding associate in Joe that he has working for him.
