Parker and Sons replaced my old AC and from that day forward I call on them for all my Air and Plumbing needs. From the Receptionists to the Technicians they are pleasant, informed, knowledgeable and honest. All my experiences with Parker and Sons have been stress free and the price very reasonable for their exceptional quality and service level.

When I called Parker and Sons to report a broken garbage disposal, they offered to send someone right out, and they also reminded me of our prepaid a/c and evaporative cooler spring checkup and sent a technician right out for that too. I have used Parker & Sons for my air conditioning and plumbing needs for more years than I can remember. They are very professional and the work they do is outstanding. When you need them in an emergency, you talk to a live person and not an answering machine or service and you are taken care of that day as soon as they can.
I am on a monthly program with them which gives me two major checkups of my AC system a year at a less expensive rate than any other service offers and discounts any other plumbing services I require.

"[redacted]" was great! On time on a Saturday! Already have (1) new unit still running great hence the reason we called them back for our unit #2 crisis. Already referred Parker to my Boss who took advantage of a new unit too.

Woke up this morning to a flood in my utility room. I called Parker and Sons and the response time was excellent. This was not a standard removal and replacement. The water heater was behind a wall. Robert made the necessary modifications to the wall. in order facilitate the process. He located the warranty information for the existing unit (which had not been purchased or installed by Parker and Sons.) Robert explained the entire process including the costs. He also recommended some alternatives for the new installation so that a failure would be less likely in the future.

He was polite and professional. He cleaned up the entire area after the installation and left clear preventive maintenance instructions.

I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend Parker and Sons to a friend or associate.

Gabe Jimenez was Parker and Sons certified technician who serviced our AC system on 9/10/15. He was thorough, professional and very clear in explaining the work he had done. He stayed longer to answer two questions about our care of the units.

Andy O'Crowley has been helping with my new house water softening solution. I have been so impressed with his knowledge of his product and how it works. His friendly, professional approach was outstanding. I can totally recommend this company and this consultant to anyone.

I had them out 2 years ago over a weekend where our AC went out during the summer and was at their mercy to get it going. They stuck me with a $1000 repair bill to replace a condenser fan motor, new starting capacitors, and add 2lbs of Freon which I thought was high but didn't have the luxury to shop around. I had them back out a few months later as it wasn't cooling that well and the fan motor was making excessive noise, the technician said that the noise was common and not to worry about it. And for the cooling issue I told him it seems to cool alright if I don't have a filter in or use a cheap fiberglass one but if I use a pleat filter it doesn't cool that well which I used to never have that problem. The technician said that we should just use the cheap filters that there is no issue.

We just had them out again to look at the system and they said that the fan motor needs to be replaced along with the fan blade and wanted another $900 to replace them. This time the system was still cooling somewhat so I ended up shopping and was able to find a good honest AC repair tech which said that when it was repaired the first time around it appears that the first tech bent the fan blades when they replaced the motor which caused the new motor to go bad also they installed the wrong voltage starting capacitors along with doing a poor wiring job when installing the new motor. I was able to get a new OEM Goodmans fan motor, fan blade and starting capacitors installed for $200, the AC now cools as it did when it was new 10 years ago and I cannot even hear it running! He gave me a quote if I ever wanted to upgrade the unit to a 13 seer Goodmans for $2500... Parker and Sons quoted me $7000 for the same thing!!!

I would recommend everyone to steer far far away from Parker and Sons!!!

I had my annual ac checkup with parker and sons. they have coupons posted at their website but apparently they do not accept their own coupons. I do not recommend doing business with these people unless you enjoy getting ripped off. parker and sons SUCK!!! I hope they go out of business soon and phoenix will be a better place without them!! do not believe a word they say on their commercials. they are just another greedy corporation.

Had an Air Conditioning Tune Up done and the Tech noted that the secondary drain was plugged,the Tech said he emptied it. This is not true the drain is not lugged and he would have taken some of the metal work apar to empty the drain pan. This cannot be done in the time he was here. The reason I know it isn't plugged because my son who was an HVAC Tech himself checked those drains etc. before the Tech even checked the system.

We had a water problem -- no water in the house yet water in the yard. I did not look forward to a cold shower in the yard. [redacted] came out, took his time troubleshooting and found the problem. Our water softener had locked in the shut off position; thus no water in the house. He took out the water sensor and we had water. Thank you, [redacted]! You're great.

These folks deliver as promised. We just had 2 service calls this past week. Our HVAC tune-up / check and a water heater replaced. Great work and a fair price.

Each time I have had Parker and Sons for my plumbing and/or A/C needs, they have provided me with the most competent and professional service. They take pride in their work and ensure that the work is completed correctly. I have had a number of technicians but both [redacted] and [redacted] have come several times and they are top-notch ! I have a maintenance contract and signed up for multiple years because I trust they will always give the best service. Plumbing is expensive but Parker and Sons works with the client to make it acceptable.

Parker and sons employees are always extremely professional and friendly. They take of business when they come and always answer all my questions about what they are doing and if anything needs taken care of right away or let me know if it can wait.We just purchased our home this past June so the technician showed me where the dates were showing when the appliances were installed(hot water heater&AC/Furn.)We have an usual size of filters so he let me know I could find them at Ace Hardware. Our former landlady always used their services and I always liked their business ethics so did not even consider another comp. when we bought our home. Some people I know feel they are too high priced but I would much rather pay a little more for higher quality,and feel at ease knowing my major expensive appliances were running at top condition and our family is safe.
