I couldn't be more pleased with the service Parker and Sons gave me. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. [redacted] was the person who did the work and he was not only very pleasant to deal with, but very professional and did the work in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend [redacted] and Parker and Sons to anyone.

I want to thank you for your excellent customer service. The technician called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The technician checked the thermostat before attending to the air condition unit. One of the procedures I really appreciate was the technician put on shoe bootees before coming in the house. He explained all the procedures without technical language.

We were completely satisfied with the seervice tech's during our bi-annual visit.

Work done as promised when promised. Technician also noted what MAY be a problem in the future and what to be aware of. He also made sure we knew of other services available.

We needed to have a faucet replaced and were told someone would be out after five, but received a call after five to say the person they were sending was done for the day and that he would come out on Saturday between 12 and 2. At 2 [redacted] called to say he would not be able to make it until after 6. He called his scheduler and found someone to come sooner. [redacted] arrived around 4:00 and was very nice and professional and had our faucet in by 5:00. [redacted] called on his way home from his other appointment to make sure everything was ok and that we were happy. Both of these employees were great and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after the scheduling mistake. Thank you to both of you for taking the time and for your great customer service. We will be sure to ask for either one of you in the future.

I have used Parker & Sons for several years for my heating, cooling & plumbing needs and have never had a bad experience with them. They may be a little more expensive but I have always been more than satisfied. They usually come within 2 hours of receiving a call & are always polite, professional, and I have always been satisfied with the service received.

My AC went out in the middle of the night on a Friday about a week ago. I called Parker & Sons & was told I needed a new AC unit. Eric came out explained the different options, costs, warranties & how they work. Since it was now Saturday & I have health issues Eric installed a portable ac unit in the bedroom so we could have some cooling until the new unit could be installed. This was above & beyond what I expected

Sean & Cesar were the installers and they were awesome as well. They were in the attic most of the day on one of the hottest days of the year. They laid tarps down to prevent dust, dirt and damage to the floors. They hardly took a break & cleaned everything up even going so far as to clean fingerprints off the walls they inadvertently touched. They installed a new thermostat & CO monitor & explained how to use them.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received & Parker & Sons has me as a customer for life

Very Good Work. Peter A., the plumber that was sent was courteous and professional. He is, without any doubt, someone whom you can trust to do the job right. Should the need arise in the future I will call Parker and Sons.

In addition to working with Justin, we worked with several other Parker and Sons staff. I was not able to find their names on the website.

Robert consulted us on options after our AC unit crashed. He was great!! Very helpful, honest.

The installers were Arthur, Ryan, Christian and Tom. They were the perfect team! Professional, thorough, and worked so well as a team!

It is clear that Parker and Sons has extensive training of their staff and are very selective when hiring the best.

Very professional and courteous! He explained everything and quoted a price, then promptly proceeded with the work! Work was completed in a timely manner and satisfactorily done! We have Heat! I would call this company and request this gentleman again when needed and recommend this company to friends and family! We called in the morning and they came out the same day!

Patrick H.[redacted] of Parker & Sons came out this morning to fix our toilet. He was professional, answered all of our questions and was very professional. My husband and I had a few plumbing questions to ask him, and he was able to answer our questions without hesitation and gave us complete answers. We would recommend Patrick H.[redacted] to any one looking for a plumber in the East Valley. His work was very neat and clean and he couldn't have been nicer. We will use Parker & Sons in the future and request Patrick if at all possible.

These guys are terrific! Andy came out today and helped us determine which water softening system we needed to replace one that had quit working. He was thorough and very nice.

I give the installation team a very high rating. The team showed courtesy, care for my home, cleanliness and appearance of the team was good, after completing the job they cleaned up the job-site and after completion we reviewed everything that was done. Jake Plemars and Josh Campos did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to install an AC unit for anyone.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! You are a FOOL if you let these guys rip you off. A/C went out. Tech identified leak in the indoor coil, said he could not identify the unit, and that if the part was available, it would cost $2500. Also came up with a laundry list of other items that would likely fail as soon as that was repaired to the tune of well over $4000. Then wanted to send their new sales/installer group out for immediate price quote for new unit. The cheapest new unit installed was over $7500. I went up into the attic to inspect the air handler and found the tag identifying the model and serial number of the unit right on the access panel - the guy was either blind or a liar! Spent 15 minutes on-line and found the part for $499 shipped to my door! Then looked at new a/c units - I can get a name-brand unit with the same SEER rating as their "generic" $7500 unit shipped to my door for $1800! I called one of the reccomended installers from that company - they stopped by and quoted an installation price of $500. $7500 vs. $2300!!!! I don't know what you would call that, but the term HIGHWAY ROBBERY comes to mind. Their techs are generally courteous, but most people will smile at you if you are willing to pay them 3 times what it should actually cost! When I told their new installation guy that we would be getting other bids, he asked who, and then called them names - referrring to the folks associated with Home Depot "those monkeys." What a bunch of $@#^! DO NOT USE PARKER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!

I feel over $400 for a cracked kitchen drain nut and pipe and snaking a toilet a lot of money!!! Next time I will wait until I can get to the store and by a bottle of draino!!!

I am disappointed. We have been long-time customers. Parker & Sons has replaced two 5-ton AC units and installed a solar hot water heater. So when I called about extra humidity in the house, the technician went straight to thermostat and asked if we had been running the fan in the "on" position. This was obviously the solution to the extra humidity. The technician appeared to know what the problem was. What I am upset about was that he charged me a service call (because nothing was mechanically wrong and I understand that), when Parker & Sons could have had one of their technicians call us, ask a few questions, and identify the problem without ever coming to the house or charging me for it. Please note that this review applies to this particular service call.

Superior service,especially late on a Satuday night! Arrived quickly and did a thorough inspection and repair. That's why we've been a Parker and Sons customer for years!

Excellent, timely service!

We discovered a leak in our water heater on a Thursday night. Called Paker and Sons and they replace and removed our old heater that night. [redacted], the serviceman was great and explained everything. Would not hesitate to call them again for any emergency.

Parker & Sons takes care of all my plumbing and A/C needs. I have a maintenance agreement with them for the A/C units. Their service is professional, on time, and comprehensive, and I rely on them to get any problems FIXED, pronto. The staff is especially courteous. I have recommended Parker & Sons to many friends, who report similar experience. Great company!

I had a serious leaking problem and called Parker & Sons.

The person they sent went by the name of [redacted]. He got to work right away and fixed what he could. He ended up calling [redacted] because of the damage.
