Parker and Sons

We purchased our new heat pump/air conditioner from Parker and Sons in 2006. We have been under their maintenance agreements during the whole time since then. I have ALWAYS been pleased with the service personnel and we see them twice a year according to their service agreement. They are cordial, neat and careful of furnishings in the house. When they come in they put protective covers over their shoes so as not to dirty our flooring. To teh best of my knowledge they have treated me fairly and if something was recommended, I have gone ahead with what they mentioned. I am glad to endorse them and thank them at the same time for thier good work on my behalf.

You are always there for all our fixes and checkups.

Parker & Sons - The technician who came out ([redacted]) was very courteous, professional and informative. He diagnosed our problem quickly and was very helpful in getting us information on the warranty plan.

Speaking with [redacted] in the warranty dept. was awesome. She was helpful, courteous and the whole experience went very smoothly. [redacted] was awesome thru our whole experience.

Very satisfactory pre-sale support in conjunction with Costco a/c deal. When the unit I ordered was not available from the manufacturer on the install date I was upgraded to the next unit available from the same manufacturer, a unit I considered but figured I would never recoup in energy savings the difference in price since I am not planning on being in this house long enough. Before closing the sale I mentioned there was a roof leak below/around the unit and they agreed to pay a portion of the the repair. Two months later it finally rained and it was still leaking. I called them and they immediately sent out supervisor who contacted the roofing company. Parker offered to remove the unit (another crane visit) and paid to have the entire section of roof resealed - no arguing on my part. It has not leaked in the past 6 months. Very pleased with a/c units and the service.

In the past year I have used Parker and Sons twice and each time the experience could not have gone smoother. I was treated with respect and concern right from the beginning with the phone call to arrange service all the way thru the completion of the job. The repairmen were very clear in their explanations of the situations and the work they were to perform in my homes. This company definitely understands customer service.

Excellent service....fast and they know their stuff and did a great job......we had 2 leaks, one in a shower head and one in a bathroom stool

We have used Parker and Sons several times over the last couple of years and have always been very pleased with the service they provide. They arrive when they say they will, they are very thorough with their work and up front with the cost of service.

We have been customers of Parker and Sons for over 2yrs now. The service is outstanding in all departments. We have used the AC guys and as of last week, the plumber. We trust them enough that we joined their maintenance club for a fee of less than $15 monthly and with that, we get a 10% discount on any service needed. Thank you for everything!

I have used Parker & Sons for my ac/heating maintenance needs for over 20 years. When I needed new units they were not the cheapest but quality is never at a lowest price. I recommend them highly!

[redacted] is our technician for our A/C-Heat Pump. He is awesome!! He keeps us informed about our unit; makes recommendations as to what may need to be repaired or replaced. He is very knowledgeable and respects our decisions, once we have made them. He is not "Pushy", and that is very important to us!!!! He has always been on time and very neat in his work ethic. I have started using Parker and Sons for all my needs, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. because of good words re. Parker from friends. In calling and talking to office staff, I liked the helpful congenial office staff, had a service call for plumbing I believe and have then continued on whenever need arises. Just recently I have had a spring time check on my A.C., and once again as most pleased with [redacted] who did the servicing. Good manners and expert service seem to be in all areas of this concern and I highly recommend them.
