Parker and son honest I was prepared to buy a new ac unit they informed me tje unit was umder warranty ordered the parts fixed the unit labor onlly ,I recomend parker and son for all plumming and ac issues

Parker and Sons is an amazing company. I came home from work to find that my mother whom is recovering from colon cancer and young son had been without air all day. My thermostat was reading 91 degrees inside. I called Parker and Sons and told them what was going on and about my mother's health and they got [redacted] out to repair my a/c within an hour. The people at Parker and Sons was very caring and concerned over my situation.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2015 Sr. Plumber Jim F[redacted] installed a water softener in my home. In the process he found a leak in the valve connection to my washer which was leaking on the inside wall and caused black mold. He brought this to my attention with my concern and I realized this had to be corrected ASAP. Jim contacted a plumber to change the valves and a dry wall company to clean the black mold. The plumber arrived shortly after Jim finished and the dry wall person arrived while the plumber was working. They worked together and within an hour the jobs were complete. Thanks to Jim my home is again free of the leak and most important the black mold. As a senior female living alone I was very grateful he brought this problem to my attention and quickly helped to resolve the problem. Great job, thanks again Jim.

Parker and Sons has always been great at taking care of my HVAC and plumbing needs. I love my HVAC guy, Ken P[redacted]. He is always pleasant, on time, and professional. If he can't fix the problem right away, he will explain it in detail and arrange a convenient time to quickly return, even outside of regular hours.

Ken P[redacted] has provided me professional service each time.
He has always provided us with updates of our equipment an gives us suggestions how to run our units.
His dedication and passion each time he makes a service call with us is the reason we have stayed with Parker And Sons.

Parker and Sons replaced our 19 year-old A/C system with a new Lennox gas pack unit just more than one year ago. You might shop a lower price, BUT: The installation crew was experienced and efficient doing quality work. Technicians performing the six month check have been thorough and willing workers and the unit has performed flawlessly.

Parker & Sons Delivers...AGAIN!
A quick thank you to [redacted]. of Parker & Sons. [redacted] came out yesterday to look at our water heater. He worked with us on pricing/cost, listened like a champ, and installed a new water heater in just a few short hours. (And was kind & professional the entire time).

If a plumbing problem can be a' good thing', we just had a 'good thing'. Adjoining showers were clogged...we called @ 10 am and were sent a great tech (Roger) @ 12:30pm (we were more important than his lunch??). He not only solved our problem, he educated us on improvements we could make in terms we could understand! Very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and clean. Craig B. was a big help yesterday (Sunday) as he came in the afternoon to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He came from Queen Creek which was a 40 minute drive. He found the problem and fixed it. I would recommend him to return for any plumbing problem I have.

We are very happy with the work Alex A did in our home, including drywall repair and painting. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of work. He is efficient and friendly.

I would recommend Parker and Sons to friends. I found that the a/c tech. Kenny L. who came to my home was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He certainly was caring, along with his supervisor Tony. After extensive a/c was done I am "cool" and satisfied.

Mike G. was the technician from Parker & Sons that worked on my air-conditioner. He repaired our unit by replacing the coil. The whole process took around 4 hours. Mike was all business and very easy to understand what he was going to do to the unit to repair it. I will use Parker & Sons from now on. They are the first air-conditioning company I feel I can trust, and I have dealt with many in my time from living in Phoenix for 55 years. Keep up the good work, you have won a customer here.

Mike has been taking care of our air conditioner ever since it was installed. He's like a good neighbor!

Daniel M[redacted], a Parker & Sons, Inc. HVAC service technician, answered my preventative maintenance service call. He was knowledgable and represented his employer in a very positive manner. After he completed his primary inspection and preventative maintenance, he gave me viable, cost conscious suggestions that were commensurate with my financial means. I will schedule future, non-emergency, service calls around Daniel's availability.

AAA serviced fast and friendly

I had a pipe break in the wall behind my shower which caused a flood. Called Parker and Sons and Darrell came right out. He fixed the leak and was very helpful in getting us the further help needed to help dry out the water and do the repairs. He called Dry Force himself and set up for them to get in touch with us. While there he also double checked if we had any other problems that needed fixing. Other family members have used Parker and Sons and we highly recommend the company.

Randy A[redacted] came out to inspect my air conditioning. He took his time and did what seemed to me a thorough inspection. When done took his time to explain everything I needed to know (in my language LOL) about what he found during his inspection. In my opinion a friendly, trustworthy and polite young man, would have no problem having him come out again if and when I need something done with my AC

Good news Parker came out promptly - Bad news - repair required replace fan motor and cap. Quoted $900. Tech was courteous enough when I opted for a second opinion. Phoenix is hot but $900 is a significant amount of money. I replaced motor/cap for less than $125. AC working great. Message is - Parker may be prompt but not cheap.
