Parker and Sons

I have been a customer since at least 1993. Due to their excellent customer service and money saving plans, I have chose them to purchase and maintain my central air, soft water unit, osmosis unit, hot water heater and various plumbing needs. They have never let me down and are extremely flexible. The time I had an emergency issue with my central air over a holiday, they had options for me to chose from and get it fixed ASAP. I have become loyal because being taken care of when needed is most important to me along with quality work! Their technicians are superior.

Parker & Sons, Inc. recently did my semi-annual inspection at my home in Chandler on 10-8-13 and as usual did a wonderful job! My service technician [redacted] was very thorough and found one part that needed replacement, called it in on my [redacted] warrantee and received permission to replace at no charge. He then completed the rest of the inspection in a timely manner and went over the results with me before leaving! Great job, [redacted]--Thanks again. [redacted].

I've been using Parker & Sons since I moved into my house (3) yrs. ago..I also like the fact that I can have the same technician come to my home each time..This creates a nice relationship & trust..I've always had great experiences with Parker & Sons..

On October 10, 2013 Parker and Sons installed a new air conditioner/heater in our Sun City residence.

Two fine employees, [redacted] and [redacted], handled the job and they did a great job. It was somewhat involved because the roof opening had to be enlarged and new duct work installed.

These two handled the job very efficiently. Any problem that presented itself was handled very quickly and handled correctly.

At the completion of the installation they explained the workings of the new equipment in a very expert and professional manner.

This was not the first time we needed help from Parker and Sons; they installed a new main drain pipe in the laundry room and connected it to the main drain. This job involved power jacking a hole in the concrete floor and took several days to complete. Again, Parker and Son did a great job.

It's very great to know there is such a competent company in our residential area.

The annual servicing of my heater was between 8am and Noon with their tech, [redacted], coming (promptly) shortly after 8am, which freed up the rest of my day. He was extremely personable and patient in answering my questions. He took extra care in cleaning up after himself; sweeping up any debris brought down from the attic, dusting around the A/C filter vents, and even taking out a small green horsehair air flow filter outside to take 9+ years of dust off (which I never knew needed it). He definitely went above and beyond in his personalized customer service. Kudos to [redacted]! (and the team at Parker & Sons who assigned my call to him) I look forward to continuing to do business with this reputable company.

We have been dealing with Parkers for the past 4 years, since we bought a new Heating and Air conditioning unit for our new home. All service has been prompt, even emergency service on a Sunday in the hot summer, and there was no extra charge for that! These guys are awesome, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. We highly recommend Parker for your HVAC needs!

I highly recommend Parker & Sons. For many years I've had a service agreement with this company to come out every six months to maintain my plumbing and air conditioning to make sure everything is running smoothly; they've been very helpful when I've called for assistance and sent out a technician within a few hours. The servicemen who come out are extremely efficient, fast and courteous and take the time to answer any questions I may have. Because of this I gradually replaced all my equipment with theirs because I know they are of excellent quality and will last. They are not the cheapest but they are definitely worth the investment.

We have used Parker and Sons for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs since we moved to Phoenix area. While they are not the cheapest contractor available they are very effective and professional. As a contract customer with them, they have always been very prompt whenever we had a problem that needed quick attention no matter the time or day of the week. Their technicians are well trained and honest, never trying to sell us something we don't need but always making rational recommendations to improve our systems and energy efficiency.

Great experience with this company!!! They were able to schedule my appointment for service quickly and when it worked best with my schedule. The technician was there on time exactly when he said he would be. They even called the night before to confirm my appointment, and again in the morning to let me know they were on their way and give me an updated ETA. I was very happy with [redacted]!
