I couldn't have asked for better in finding a company to install a water softener in my condo. Bryan was professional and educated me on how a water softener works and Ben came and installed it quickly and with no problems. I would highly recommend this company. I don't know about other work, but definitely for water softeners. I would think that if they're good with water softeners, they'd be good at all the other things they do. Kudos to the company and the two men I dealt with.

I have had service on AC from Parker for a number of years. They are truly very professional. Today we had a inspection from an AC Tech named Dale A[redacted]. He was excellent, thorough and very informative. I like to have insight from a technician and Dale really delivered that with me today. Thank you Dale and Parker and Sons.

Josh is always punctual and pleasant. He is an efficient technician. I have known him for years when he first started working with his father Ray Salow. I always request him for my AC service.

The service was very good and prompt.Technican was very good and all service was performed.My only real concern is why do the parts have such a high mark up.The exact same parts can be purchased for less than 3/4 the cost. Over all I give them a good rating.

I have been a customer of Parker & Sons for about 6 years, and I have never been disappointed. The most recent call was because of a bad balance spool in the shower requiring replacement but the bad part is that in order to get to it [redacted] had to open the bedroom wall. I have an appointment with [redacted] for drywall repair and I've had him before. Glad he's still there because I know I'm in good hands. This company may cost a little more sometimes, but it is true you do get what you pay for!

I have been doing business with Parker and Sons since 2006. They have installed two replacement heat pumps a water heater and a water softener on my home. In every case the products they installed were of excellent quality their workmanship was exceptional and their service after the sale was prompt and effective. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality company that is price competitive.

I called for a non-urgent repair of a heater system. The technician arrived on time as scheduled the next day. They didn't leave us waiting forever. The tech was great, and had the system up and running in no time at all. He checked the entire system and made his recommendations. I would definitely recommend Parker and Sons again!
