Parker and Sons

I have been a customer of Parker and Sons for 10 + years. I have never had an issue with their employee's and their work is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their expertise.

I'm always happy with the service we get from Parker and Sons. This time Bryan H was especially thourough and we are ready for another HOT Arizona summer.

Damien was very patient and answered all my questions. I learned things about the water heater and solar system attached to it --things I never knew before. If weever have a problem with plumbing or whatever, I would request Damien.

Ken knows his stuff. He has been willing to educate us regarding our HVAC operation and maintenance. He has always dealt with us honestly. This has not been our experience with other technicians. We trust Ken.

On November 25, 2013 a Parker & Sons technician came to our home to give our gas heating system a winter tune up. I was called to let me know the technician was on the way and he arrived shortly after the call. He was very informative, told me what he was doing every step of the way. He found no problems with our heating system. It was a good experience.

I have trusted my business to Parker and Sons since I moved to the Valley 7 years ago. I have found when you want it done right the first time, with quality workmanship by knowledgeable technicians, Parker and Sons is the only company for me. In this instance, I explained to my technician that I had company coming and had to have two functioning bathrooms - he returned early on a Saturday morning and stayed until the work was done, going the extra mile to make sure my home was ready for my company. He worked hard for me and explained every step. There are no surprised with Parker and Sons and when the work is done, you can count on it being excellent workmanship.

Our heatpump went out. I decided on Parker & Sons for any repairwork. I called them. I got immediate response. I described the heatpump and its failure to heat the house. They explained the maintenance contract that I could purchase; which I did. Within the hour a serviceman arrived named [redacted]. He took a look and explained the problem to me and he gave me a repair cost estimate. I agreed to have the work done. Everything went very well and [redacted] is a very courteous and knowledgeable service tech. I received professional treatment all the way. I am satisfied that next A/C or Heatpump work materializes,

I have a Parker & Sons maintenance contract!

Just a short note in regards to Parker & Sons. I am in my second year as a costumer on a maint program. I must say that this company will let me know my time has come for my quarterly checkup of my AC unit and they make there appt. to my time allowable not theres and I have never had a uncourtious tech. come to my home. In short I highly recomend Parker & Sons to anyone. Great company and Great people.

I had a very positive experience with Parker and Sons when their representative came to repair a punctured water pipe. I called on a Sunday, the repair person returned my call within 10 minutes of my call, and he was there within 20 min. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote--which was very reasonable. The pipe was repaired in less than 40 min. It was the easiest emergency I ever had to deal with!

As usual, excellent service. I had my a/c serviced and the technician was kind, courteous, even took the time to educate me on the way the a/c system works and how the electronics works. He did not waste time and worked from the moment he get there.

At about 8:45AM on Saturday August the 30th I realized I had a water leak that was not a dripping hose bib. I tried to get in touch with a friend who could help me out with it. He was out of town for the long Labor Day weekend. I thought who can I call? I went online and found a number of companies offering 24/7 service. I chose Parker & Sons because I was familiar with their TV ads and their on line reviews were quite good. I then checked my [redacted] and found them there too.
I called the office at about 10:40AM and was promptly helped by a very pleasant lady who told me that as it was a holiday weekend they could not specify a 3 to 4 hour service window but that a dispatcher from their company would call me as soon as he could get me a scheduled time. At 10:55 the dispatcher called me and said the tech was near by and would be at my home within 30 minutes.(WOW!) At 11:10 [redacted]. arrived and began to assess the problem. [redacted] was very thorough in explaining what the best case and worst case could be as the leak was not yet uncovered, best case about $650 worst case $3000. I was very fortunate that it turned out to be the best case. by 1:40PM the water was back on. I was totally satisfied with the service I received from [redacted] (and Brad S. the A/C tech they sent to do a courtesy service check but that is a whole other story.) I have already shared this story several times and will not hesitate to recommend Parker & Sons in the future.

I was very impressed with my service from Parker and Sons. They communicated very well throughout the process, and the technician who they sent out to our home, [redacted], was very courteous, professional and thorough.

Parker & Sons serves our heating and air conditioning needs in an efficient, timely and thorough manner. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous as well as professional. When you need someone to render a service inside your home you only want to call on a company with integrity that you can trust to get the job done. That's why we use Parker & Sons.

I can't stress enough what a great experience we had with Parker and Sons when we needed a new AC pronto. They sent out two teams so the whole thing could be completed in one day. They were careful and clean and were all very polite. We were so thankful we chose Parker and Sons. Thank you [redacted]

We called Parker & Sons at about 3:30 pm about a water leak in our condo. Although the customer service person would not commit to how soon someone would come out; when I pressed her for a time, she checked with the scheduler and said someone could come out shortly. The technician called us 15 minutes later and came out within 30 minutes. He investigated the problem, identified the issue, which ended up being a minor issue with the caulking in the shower. He was very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend Parker & Sons in the future.
