EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE USING PARKER & SONS.
Arrived as scheduled to preform check up on my home air conditioner. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and courteously explained what he found and what was needed.

Great service and professional staff. Focus is always on the customers needs. I truly appreciate Parker and sons honest approach and overall quality of care.

I would also like to thank you for your speedy response and courteous service. my mom is elderly and has a chronic illness and we could not find anyone else to respond as quickly as you all did. your ac techs were there even sooner than they quoted and they diagnosed and resolved the problem in less than thirty minutes and then they were able to let us pay for the service over the phone making the entire process very easy. my mom does not speak english and your customer service rep even had a spanish speaking person call her. I have never had that experience before, we were extremely happy with your service and will continue to use your company in the future and when possible will recommend you highly to our friends

was completely satisfied with the work everyone did exactly as promised the guys were very nice to work with. only sugguestion I would have is that when it is an insurance ckaun and sub contractors are involved they are able to turn in all the invoices at the same time. less hassle with having to submit more than one claim for ine job. otherwise fantastic. took time to explain everything before and after also. thanks guys

On time, prepared, honest analysis cleaned up after himself. I have been using Parker and sons for about 8 years and have never had a unsatisfactory visit.

On 9/10/15, I had a plumbing problem and upon contacting Parker & Sons received a visit from Joe who measured up to all the other employees that I have dealt with from Parker & Sons. He did not hesitate to check my plumbing problem, which was different from my original thoughts, and then explained the solution. His appearance and pride in his work for Parker was a tribute to his employer and I felt that I was in good honest hands. His further inspection of other items in my house, and what was needed to prevent future problems, without any hard sell, was very helpful. Thank you to Joe and to Parker & Sons. Rest assured he did you proud.

Dan M. is an excellent plumber. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and very professional. He cares about his work and his customers! He listens attentively and answers all questions thoroughly. More importantly he goes the extra mile making sure everything is done with special care and skill. Dan deserves more than 5 stars,and I will definitely use his services in the future. He is the best!

Parker is a super company. Sal was an exceptional tech. He was polite, knowledgeable, and through. It is always a pleasure to deal with Parker and Sons.

Brian H. performed my cooling maintenance inspection on my heat pump system. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me his suggestions to improve my old system but was never pushy about it. I felt I trusted him so I agreed to have the duct and elbow sealed. To my surprise I think it has helped my AC to cool better. Thank you Brian and Parker and Sons for the great customer service!

Your Tech arrived and I informed him that I had somehow reset the air to working. aid he would like to chck it since I had had trouble. The Tech was very kind and professional and explained everything he did. We are on your Family Plan and will renew when it is up. In the future we are going to replace our air conditioner and Parker will be contacted. Every time I have had to call on Parker Bros, they have been prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great people and service

Our first few years in Arizona we tried our luck with various AC and plumbing companies, and were not particularly impressed with any of them. However,from the first time Parker and Sons came to our home years ago, we knew we had found a company we could trust. From our yearly AC maintenance to the rare plumbing emergency, Parker and Sons is our first and only choice. They respond quickly, charge reasonably, and do very professional work. They don't try to upsell, yet are proactive in mentioning maintenance that we will probably need in the next year or two. Excellent service, excellent workmanship... an all-around dependable company.

Parker representative [redacted] was here on 9/13/13 and as he has done repeatedly in the past, serviced our heat pump unit and gave us a complete update on its status. We have had excellent service from Parker & Sons since we signed on for their maintenance program. [redacted] is an great technician and extremely knowledgeable in his job. We thank [redacted] and Parker for their service.

I have used Parker and Sons for several years and have found their company to a pure pleasurer to do business with.

Their service techs always show up on time. They are well equiped, knowledgable and extremely courteous. A fe saummers ago my AC went out in July and they had a team at my home within an hour and had my unit operational a short time afterwards. Noiw that was service!

You get waht you pay for andirnoically you don't have to pay mnore to have them as your service provider. A great company.

Good

I've used Parker and Sons for years and years. They are always prompt to answer the phone and to set up an appointment. They always call before arriving. When they enter my home, they put booties on to protect my floor. I've had one emergency in the late hours and they were just as prompt and reliable then as they are for a day time appointment.

As usual, great service, no reason to go anyplace else.
