Parker and Sons

I have used Parker and sons for AC service and plumbing needs for several years. Even had one of their Service men repair a sheet rock ceiling once. They always do good work and arrive when expected. This time my Kitchen sink faucet had come loose. Jeremy was able to tighten it for the time being, but recommended that I look for a new one as the inside is quite corroded. I also have a small pump under that sink to keep hot water available , which had stopped working. When I have the faucet replaced, I will buy a new pump to install at the same time, plus another for the master bath on the opposite end of the house.

My friend [redacted] who lives in Tempe, recently had a drain pipe break , and after one plumber walked off the job, I suggested Parker and sons. It was a big job requiring removal of cabinets, etc; but the workmen were able to do it all.

We are both pleased with the work and the able workmen.

We have used Parker and Sons for several years for our air conditioning and plumbing needs. The service staff have always been on time, courteous, and diligent in their work. We appreciate working with a company that we can depend on.

Shawn S. from Parker and Sons installed a garbage disposer at our home today. We were told to expect him to arrive between 2 and 6. He arrived just a little after two (very prompt). He was very professional in his manner and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend him to others.

We called P.[redacted] and sons out to cap off two gases lines for us, Josh C.[redacted] did a great job, was very friendly and professional.

Parker and Sons is my "go to" company for air conditioning, heat, and plumbing. They always provide great service at a fair price. I've been a customer for several years and they never disappoint. All of the technicians are very polite, know what they're doing, and never suggest unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't think of calling any other company!

I would like to Thank Bryan for his knowledge in helping us purchase our water softener, he was very helpful in making our decision easy. Very fast service with information and installation!!!

Parker and Sons sent plumber Dennis A. out to resolve my contaminated hot water problem. He arrived on time and, from my description of the problem, knew exactly how to repair it. While performing the repair, he educated me as to how to drain my hot water heater annually and have the anode replaced every two years. He did a great job.

I am a retired customer service engineer from the computer industry and really appreciate friendly and knowledgeable service when I encounter it. Dennis did it right!

Ken P[redacted]r with Parker & Son's has been my tech for years. I have always been confident of his honesty and integrity. Ken not only knows his business, but really cares for his customers and their complete satisfaction.

It took 6 trips and 3 different tech. to finally get my unit working, also brought a new thermostat which was not needed for $166.00 which can be purchased for $49.00 at local store. I believe a business should make a profit but not rip off it customers. Waiting to see my next experience with the company and how the fall check up goes.

They came and fixed what I wanted but they charge a lot more than I would think is fair. Then they gave me some quoted on other work that were out of line. So I would not use them again and I would advise others not to use Parker and Sons

We had a new [redacted] unit installed in March 2011. Since then we have had "cooling failure" four times, apparently all related to the same issue which involves a problem with the high pressure release valve which has been replaced and subsequently bypassed. Yesterday the "defrost control board" was replaced. We find it completely unacceptable that a unit that is only 3 years old has failed to cool our home 4 times. We have expressed our frustration to the service reps and to our sales representative with little response. I have to say that when we call for service, we do get prompt action and the service reps are courteous. However, there is obviously a serious problem with the unit itself and it should be replaced. We can't trust our a/c and that is a problem when you live in Phoenix, especially during the summer when we go out of town. I can't imagine what this unit might cost us when the warranty expires.

My wife and I are tough customers and expect a lot from the contractors we use. Parker and Sons installed our AC and water heater. High quality workmanship for both. Everything works well. The techs are courteous and will answer any questions you may have. When minor issues arise, Parker and Sons steps up and satisfies beyond expectations. We've been using them for nine years and that kind of service will make us customers for life.

Parker and Sons has been my heating and air conditioning servicer since 2007. The company is a solid performer and keeps me informed of both heating and air conditioning inspections that are due annually.

The technicians are honest in assessing any additional parts and labor my systems may need and make objective recommendations. They also get the job done expediently, and right, the first time. (Most parts are discounted as well under my service agreement, which is never a bad thing.) The company's plumbing service is also quality.

So far, Parker and Sons demonstrates standards of excellence and commitment to customer service that many comparable businesses in the greater Phoenix area have a hard time matching.

Personnel were qualified, courteous and efficient. Have used Parker & Sons for a number of years and have always been taken care of.

We have always been happy with Parker Bros. We have been using your company for quite awhile. The service man, [redacted], was very efficient and even helped me by washing my filters for me. My husband is in bed and I have to do everything. So I appreciated that he did that for me. He was very kind.

We have used Parker & Sons for over 6 years - they take care of our Heating & Cooling as well as plumbing (fixtures & repairs), hot water tank, water softner and reverse osmosis. All techs that have come to our home have been well trained, professional and courteous. Our favorite tech is [redacted] who takes care of our heating & cooling unit. Very knowledgeable, professional and explains what he does. I recommend Parker & Sons and am very pleased with all work done by them at our residence.

5 Star company! I got tired of being taken advantage of by "small" companies and decided to try Parker and Sons. The tech was professional and told me exactly what was going on with my units. He even took the time later to contact the manufacturer to see if I had a warranty left and he called me back like he said he would. The tech has never pressed us to buy a new unit, and said it could well run for another year or so (and it has made it through another year!). He also was SO great with my 2 weird dogs, so I asked if I could have (only) him each time I have my yearly service and Parker & Sons said no problem, and they keep a record of it to be sure to schedule only him. Love this company. They do business right and have great employees!
