The technician was incredibly professional and timely. He called when the company said that he would and he was on time in the window that they had quoted.

Parker and Son were the most professional and courteous firm in offering me a new eenergy system. The quality of the product and the installation were very excellent. Not only did they have the best price, they had the pest value, and offereda warrenty that was 10 times that of two other comnpanies. Their follow up serve wad excellent, and I have made all of my firens and contacts aware of this fine company. [redacted]

Shawn S. from Parker and Sons installed a garbage disposer at our home today. We were told to expect him to arrive between 2 and 6. He arrived just a little after two (very prompt). He was very professional in his manner and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend him to others.

I have used Parker and sons for AC service and plumbing needs for several years. Even had one of their Service men repair a sheet rock ceiling once. They always do good work and arrive when expected. This time my Kitchen sink faucet had come loose. Jeremy was able to tighten it for the time being, but recommended that I look for a new one as the inside is quite corroded. I also have a small pump under that sink to keep hot water available , which had stopped working. When I have the faucet replaced, I will buy a new pump to install at the same time, plus another for the master bath on the opposite end of the house.

My friend [redacted] who lives in Tempe, recently had a drain pipe break , and after one plumber walked off the job, I suggested Parker and sons. It was a big job requiring removal of cabinets, etc; but the workmen were able to do it all.

We are both pleased with the work and the able workmen.

The service man [redacted], arrived when he said he would. He is friendly & shook my hand...the handshake seems to be a lost art these days. He went through everything for me, and even explained everything to my dad & myself (I don't always ask the right questions or understand everything that was serviced).

I think these guys are about the straightest shooters in the business. I've been in AZ for 20 summers and have had lots of experience with A/C companies, and these guys are tops. Their office is super efficient, their staff is polite and professional, their services are always on time and their prices are competitive. You can't get any better than that!

Todd is an excellent service tech. He is always clean, courteous, and polite and always remembers me from the previous visit (thanks Parker & Sons for always trying to give me the same tech each time) and always answers any questions I have. Plus, my cat didn't growl at him which proves he is a good guy!

We couldn't be happier with Parker & Sons. We purchased a Hot Water Heater from Costco, Parker & Son's installed. We called for the install. It was easy to make an appointment, they were here with in a few days...quick/courteous, no issues. Fast forward less than a year later...we come home from being away. Our hot water heater has leaked all over the garage...It was 5pm on a Saturday night...we call Parker & Son's. The technician arrived with a new hot water heater with in 1 hour. He removed & installed the new water heater. Advised us the old one was defective & it was with-in 1yr warranty period, so no charge. He was finished/cleaned up with in an 1 1/2hr tops. Awesome! We were called Monday to make sure everything was working properly. Great customer service! We will definitely use them again & are telling anyone who asks to call Parker & Sons!

Michael A[redacted] was our service tech on Dec 5, 2015. And here I am writing about the service on Feb 22. It was a diagnostic visit. He explained why the water softener was asking for service. That the service was not entirely necessary. He helped us move our salt tank from one side of the water softener to the other. He educated us on the RO system under the counter, changed one of the filters, and explained when the others would need to be changed, and how to reset the system. The fee was the price of the diagnostic visit plus the price of the filter. Nothing unexpected or exaggerated. Except it was unexpected that the technician would be helpful and willing to educated us for DIY maintenance. We will use Parker and Sons again.

Had to take the time to let everyone know that I just had a technician (plumber) named Joe C[redacted] from Parker and Sons Plumbing that did a thorough diagnostic of my problem, made a recommendation and estimated the cost and time it would need in a courteous professional manner. We agreed and he did a really great job and explained how to avert a similar problem in the future with simple maintenance. Thanks Parker and Sons for sending out a person with integrity and knowledge , you've got my trust and return business if I need it.

We have used Parker & Sons for over 6 years - they take care of our Heating & Cooling as well as plumbing (fixtures & repairs), hot water tank, water softner and reverse osmosis. All techs that have come to our home have been well trained, professional and courteous. Our favorite tech is [redacted] who takes care of our heating & cooling unit. Very knowledgeable, professional and explains what he does. I recommend Parker & Sons and am very pleased with all work done by them at our residence.

I have had Parker and Sons as my A/C Repair company for over 6 years. They are one of the most professional Heating and A/C companies in the Phoenix area. I had them install my new system in 2012 during the worst heat wave in Phoenix, as well as their busiest time of the year. They kept us cool until the new unit was install. Gave me a great deal with great financing as well. Once you find someone or something that you like you stay with it. Parker and Sons will always be my go-to Heating and AC Company as long as I live here in the desert. Thanks

We have always been happy with Parker Bros. We have been using your company for quite awhile. The service man, [redacted], was very efficient and even helped me by washing my filters for me. My husband is in bed and I have to do everything. So I appreciated that he did that for me. He was very kind.

I had a very good experience and the people were a great help with all the work that was done,fast and clean.Came on time I would recommend this company.

I was advised that my A/C unit was failing and leaking Freon. I called Parker and Sons for a second opinion. Their Service Technician, Michael S[redacted] did a thorough analysis and found nothing wrong. As a matter of fact, he showed me the webs on the Freon charge cap that meant it had not been removed recently. He was very Professional, and knowledgeable. At my request he installed a Hard Start Kit which was proposed last Spring.

I have used the services of Parker and Sons in the past, as well as other well known contractors in the past, and am sure Parker andSons will be on my preferred call list.

Parker and Sons service my heat pump every 6 months. [redacted] was handling my service this week and did a great job. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about my unit, and all though it's 18 years old said it is in great shape. They arrive on time, call to let you know they are on their way, wear booties to not track dirt in my house, and are very professional. I highly recommend Parker and Sons!
