My wife and I are tough customers and expect a lot from the contractors we use. Parker and Sons installed our AC and water heater. High quality workmanship for both. Everything works well. The techs are courteous and will answer any questions you may have. When minor issues arise, Parker and Sons steps up and satisfies beyond expectations. We've been using them for nine years and that kind of service will make us customers for life.

Kenneth P the AC tech did a good job -- was very polite and informative.

We are happy with service from Parker and Sons, which was recommended to us through a friend. The company's scheduling staff is friendly and helpful, and we had repair service on an old AC unit. The tech arrived promptly and was straightforward about the cost of repairs. In addition, I spoke with a sales rep about replacement options. He was very helpful, walking through brand and cost comparisons. Based on these experiences, I enrolled in the company's maintenance program which provides service discounts and priority scheduling. I would recommend this company.

On this visit Friday they removed my 30 year old Solar Water heater, which they stated it looked like a space ship, conpaired to the new systems. It took almost a whole day to install the 80 gallon tank, and hook it up to electricity for hot water. On Tuesday they will be back to do the installation of Solar Panal for a complete Solar Water Heater. The work and professionalism was excellent.

[redacted] from Parker and Son's far exceeded our expectations. He saw that the problem we had was greater than we imagined and walked us through the steps we needed to take to solve the problem. He called the Company that would come dry out our wet floor and wall and was very helpful. I have already referred friends to Parker and Son's and will continue to do so.

We were shopping for a Reverse Osomosis system, and Stein A. came to our home this morning, and gave us excellent customer service, both in his product knowledge and explanation of what was best for us, but also letting us know what we did not need as well.

By the afternoon, we had 2 systems installed for us, one at our residence, and one at our

daughter's residence. What a great experience, and I am now sold on Parker and Sons as our service provider in the future, for our water and heating and cooling needs. Thanks to Stein A, as well as Adam R as the Water Installation Tech, who both had us sold and installed in a few hours. Nice job guys!

I have been a Parker & Son's customer for many years going back to when they were ECI. Having a company that you can trust to give you honest and quality service to pretty rare these days. Their reputation is well deserved. [redacted] has been servicing my home for the past couple of years and is always professional and courteous. The one thing that I really appreciate is his honesty when it comes to suggested repairs when needed. [redacted] has never tried to sell me on a product or additional services, rather gives me recommendations that will benefit me down the road. He always explains what his is doing and makes sure I understand everything that he's been working on. I can tell that [redacted] takes pride in his work and I will continue to be a customer of Parker & Son's.

Personnel were qualified, courteous and efficient. Have used Parker & Sons for a number of years and have always been taken care of.

Parker and Sons has been my heating and air conditioning servicer since 2007. The company is a solid performer and keeps me informed of both heating and air conditioning inspections that are due annually.

The technicians are honest in assessing any additional parts and labor my systems may need and make objective recommendations. They also get the job done expediently, and right, the first time. (Most parts are discounted as well under my service agreement, which is never a bad thing.) The company's plumbing service is also quality.

So far, Parker and Sons demonstrates standards of excellence and commitment to customer service that many comparable businesses in the greater Phoenix area have a hard time matching.

Review: Parker & Sons advertised a maintenance contract that can lower your service bill and can be be cancelled at any time. I called to cancel the contract and was still billed 1 week later. I called the accounting department and they reported they would investigate this matter.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of contract billed from the time it began due to continuing issues with the service performed on the a/c unit that still has a power issue.

Our Supervisor, [redacted], contacted Mr. [redacted] this afternoon to discuss the details of the complaint and to seek an agreeable resolution. After discussing the details, we agreed to refund Mr. [redacted] $153.90 for the funds that he paid for the maintenance contract and we will replace two relays to ensure that any mechanical issues related to the work we had previously done would be resolved and would not reoccur. Mr. [redacted] agreed that this would be a satisfactory resolution.

5 Star company! I got tired of being taken advantage of by "small" companies and decided to try Parker and Sons. The tech was professional and told me exactly what was going on with my units. He even took the time later to contact the manufacturer to see if I had a warranty left and he called me back like he said he would. The tech has never pressed us to buy a new unit, and said it could well run for another year or so (and it has made it through another year!). He also was SO great with my 2 weird dogs, so I asked if I could have (only) him each time I have my yearly service and Parker & Sons said no problem, and they keep a record of it to be sure to schedule only him. Love this company. They do business right and have great employees!

On April 26, 2016, Parker & Sons provided an evaluation & estimate for a leak that was diagnosed as a pressure release valve & requirement of a thermal expansion tank (per code). After the service call, (4/26) I contacted the office to confirm the product material being used would be brass/copper. The front desk receptionist/scheduler, Jennifer, stated she did not know and would have to research & contact me back. When she did, she reported it was made of copper & plastic and provided the brand so I could look up and make my own assessment of the product. Without having any knowledge of the product, I did and could not determine if it was a quality brass product. I called the office on 4/27 and spoke with Jennifer informing her I would like to schedule the appointment but still wasn't settled on the type of product they were using. I asked her if she could have someone call me or if she could further research if a brass product could be used. I informed her if they came to the appointment with a plastic part I would not move forward with the appointment scheduled for 4/29 during 8-11a. She said she would put in her notes & everything would be fine. On 4/29 at 8 a.m. I received a phone call from Jennifer informing me that the brass part would be used and there would be a $60 increase on price for the product. As you can imagine I was upset to hear this news being that I had contacted the office 2 days straight to confirm the product material type well in advance. As I reminded her of this she proceeded to confirm it was her mistake. I asked if she could discuss with her management & see if they would provide a discount or honor the original price based on their error. She spoke with the management & nothing could be done. After discussing with my husband, he spoke with the management and they frankly asked if he was only venting or wanted to cancel? Needless to say being left in a bind we cancelled. This is certainly not the way to work with customers, especially when the error lies on the side of the business. I will never refer Parker & Sons nor would I use them in the future.

The rep that came out for our plumbing problem was very professional, knowledgeable and interesting to talk to. He answered all the questions we had and explained everything to us. We had another company come out previously,looked at the toilet and said you need a new one without doing anything except flushing it numerous times. The Parker & Sons rep augered it out and found something inside which was causing the backup. We really appreciated his time and that he searched for what was causing it until it was repaired.

Tech. Anthony O.[redacted]-- was clean, well groomed, polite, friendly, and professional. Did the job quickly, quietly. Advised of needed repairs and allowed me to decide without pressure. Excellent Service from a pro. Excellent company.

Mike is a hard worker who gets the job done in a timely manner. He is a true professional and no job is to hard. He has a great attitude and engages the customer in friendly conversation. He sticks to the task at hand and does excellent work! Thank you!

Parker & Sons stands behind their work! We had issues with air flow and a/c size in our home and they took care of everything. Supervisor [redacted] and field tech [redacted] took the time to listen and resolve our problems. Keep up the good work!
