Peetah O. was professional and pleasant while performing the A/C maintenance. He clearly explained what he was doing and answered my questions.

A/c tech diagnosed a problem that, in his opinion, was not worth repairing on my 6 year old Trane heat pump. He recommended replacing the system. I fixed the blocked drain line myself and got the system fully operation in less than 30 minutes. I have no training. I strongly believe he was trying to just sell a new system

I have used Parker and Sons for years. I have a monthly fee taken out for A/C service 2x month. I have had many other services performed by Parker and Sons recently. I had a water line break - they charged 3000.00 (way over priced), but I paid it. Soon after that my sewer line broke and the insurance company would not cover it since it was on the outside of the house. Parker and Son charged 10,000.00 I could not believe how expensive it was, and over priced. It should have cost no more than 3-6k at the most and that is with them making plenty of profit. My water heater went out shortly after and I had it replaced again I was over- charged.

But I draw the line at my last most recent incident. The house smelled as if the sewer line broke again so I called them to come out and check. I had to work this day but my mother who is elderly and lives with me was home when the repair man showed up. He called me within minutes of arriving and said he would have to charge me 700.00 just to unscrew the lid on the sump pump to look ( keep in mind the sump pump is in my laundry room on the floor, and has easy access. It requires a few screws to be removed to take off the lid- I told him that is crazy high- but had not choice the smell was bad, I was at work, and my aging mother was home, and it was a Saturday so I didnt have time to call around for anyone else to come out. Then plumber calls me back at work within minutes said the sump pump went bad- and would cost me 3000.00. I told him no way the sump pump cost anywhere from 179.00 to under 400.00 and is not a hard job to remove and replace- I had it replaced in the past ( unfortunately for me I did not have the name of the plumber who repaired if for me from years earlier or I would have called him. we exchanged words and I had no choice due to the smell and it being the weekend with my mom home, I had no one else to call. I broke down and cried at work and left to go home because I was so upset at the price and the fact he was ripping me off! he finished the work in under 2 hours - so you do the math. The plumber made over 800.00 an hour and the rest would more than cover the cost of the pump. His response to me was Parker and Son is expensive--- and then brought up that he saw all the other recent repairs that were done on my house from parker and son and tried to make small talk with me as if he was doing me a favor giving me a 10 percent discount for being a loyal customer. I am suppose to get that because I am a loyal customer. I am currently looking for a new company to do business with. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with Parker and Son. I have been a long standing customer and have had a lot of work done by them but it appears they have some shady workers and I hope the company will take the time to pull my file and review all the work they have done recently to see there is no way they can justify 800.00 an hour for a plumber. This is just wrong! If the owner or upper management would like to reach out to me to discuss this issue I am happy to discuss and disclose all the work and over changing their company has done- I am assuming the workers must be paid on commission and are not honest workers.

Discovered a main supply line leak and contacted Parker & Sons. Their technician ([redacted]) was fantastic - low key, competent and courteous. I was so pleased with teh work done even though it was quite expensive, I had him also replace a leaking outside faucet. So immediate upsell due to teh excellent service

I think these guys are about the straightest shooters in the business. I've been in AZ for 20 summers and have had lots of experience with A/C companies, and these guys are tops. Their office is super efficient, their staff is polite and professional, their services are always on time and their prices are competitive. You can't get any better than that!

Just had the semi-annual maintenance on the Heating/Cooling systems. The technician arrived promptly as promised, put on the booties so as not to soil the carpets. Got his tools and equipment and proceeded to check-out the heating systems. Offered to change the filters (did not have to as they were changed not too long ago). On completion told me that both systems checked out good and provided supporting information. I have been using Parker and Sons for several years and always have been satisfied with the service.

I'm very pleased with Parker & Sons as when they came out and gave me a quote they were very honest in answering my questions. While installing the new unit the guys they sent to do the installation were very professional and very courteous. I'm would recommend them to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Making the appointment was easy, they showed in good time, fixed our stinky problem as fast as it could be fixed. The tech. [redacted], was awesome, knowledgeable and very polite. The charges were a lot less then another plumber we used prior. We will be calling Parker and Sons for all our plumbing needs. Thank you!

I'm usually at work whenever Parker & Sons works on something at my house, but my mom raves about them. Our garbage disposal was out of whack and our faucet for the reverse osmosis tank was leaking every time we used it. The technician fixed the disposal and replaced the faucet with one he had in his truck. Since it didn't fit exactly, he didn't charge us for the faucet and said to give him a call when we got one from [redacted] and he would put it on for us. No problem. They are always prompt, courteous and very helpful. I can not say enough good things about Parker and Sons company.

The service man [redacted], arrived when he said he would. He is friendly & shook my hand...the handshake seems to be a lost art these days. He went through everything for me, and even explained everything to my dad & myself (I don't always ask the right questions or understand everything that was serviced).

Prompt courteous service staff. Have been with them since we moved here in 2011. Have them for the HVAC, plumbing work and whole house water softener. Great company.

Parker and Son were the most professional and courteous firm in offering me a new eenergy system. The quality of the product and the installation were very excellent. Not only did they have the best price, they had the pest value, and offereda warrenty that was 10 times that of two other comnpanies. The technician was incredibly professional and timely. He called when the company said that he would and he was on time in the window that they had quoted.

No complaints................service men showed up on time, courteous, knew their work, did a good job.

In 2013 I acquired a one(1)year HVAC Service Contract for the first time from Parker & Sons. I was pleased in the quality of work, the knowledge of their technicians and their understanding of what customer service means. Based on this experience, I entered into a three (3) year service agreement. Additionally, I have recently request information on other services that they supply.

My husband and I have been using Parker and Sons for many, many years. They have installed our air conditioning/heating system, water heater and low flush commodes. All of their technicians are first rate. Today, [redacted] came to resolve a hot water issue. He was pleasant, cheerful, professional and quite knowledgeable. Again, another sign of the first rate Parker tech. Having had unpleasant experiences in the past with other companies, we wouldn't use anyone but Parker because we know that with Parker we will be getting the best.

Just purchased a new water softener from Parker & Sons, Inc,. Adam R. did the installation ... he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and was generous with his information about the care and safe operation of the new water softener.

Based on this purchase and installation experience ... I would definitely contact and recommend Parker & Sons, Inc to address plumbing needs.

Todd is an excellent service tech. He is always clean, courteous, and polite and always remembers me from the previous visit (thanks Parker & Sons for always trying to give me the same tech each time) and always answers any questions I have. Plus, my cat didn't growl at him which proves he is a good guy!
