Parker representative [redacted] was here on 9/13/13 and as he has done repeatedly in the past, serviced our heat pump unit and gave us a complete update on its status. We have had excellent service from Parker & Sons since we signed on for their maintenance program. [redacted] is an great technician and extremely knowledgeable in his job. We thank [redacted] and Parker for their service.

Peetah O. was professional and pleasant while performing the A/C maintenance. He clearly explained what he was doing and answered my questions.

I'm usually at work whenever Parker & Sons works on something at my house, but my mom raves about them. Our garbage disposal was out of whack and our faucet for the reverse osmosis tank was leaking every time we used it. The technician fixed the disposal and replaced the faucet with one he had in his truck. Since it didn't fit exactly, he didn't charge us for the faucet and said to give him a call when we got one from [redacted] and he would put it on for us. No problem. They are always prompt, courteous and very helpful. I can not say enough good things about Parker and Sons company.

Just purchased a new water softener from Parker & Sons, Inc,. Adam R. did the installation ... he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and was generous with his information about the care and safe operation of the new water softener.

Based on this purchase and installation experience ... I would definitely contact and recommend Parker & Sons, Inc to address plumbing needs.

We had a new [redacted] unit installed in March 2011. Since then we have had "cooling failure" four times, apparently all related to the same issue which involves a problem with the high pressure release valve which has been replaced and subsequently bypassed. Yesterday the "defrost control board" was replaced. We find it completely unacceptable that a unit that is only 3 years old has failed to cool our home 4 times. We have expressed our frustration to the service reps and to our sales representative with little response. I have to say that when we call for service, we do get prompt action and the service reps are courteous. However, there is obviously a serious problem with the unit itself and it should be replaced. We can't trust our a/c and that is a problem when you live in Phoenix, especially during the summer when we go out of town. I can't imagine what this unit might cost us when the warranty expires.

They came and fixed what I wanted but they charge a lot more than I would think is fair. Then they gave me some quoted on other work that were out of line. So I would not use them again and I would advise others not to use Parker and Sons

Discovered a main supply line leak and contacted Parker & Sons. Their technician ([redacted]) was fantastic - low key, competent and courteous. I was so pleased with teh work done even though it was quite expensive, I had him also replace a leaking outside faucet. So immediate upsell due to teh excellent service

Parker and Sons sent plumber Dennis A. out to resolve my contaminated hot water problem. He arrived on time and, from my description of the problem, knew exactly how to repair it. While performing the repair, he educated me as to how to drain my hot water heater annually and have the anode replaced every two years. He did a great job.

I am a retired customer service engineer from the computer industry and really appreciate friendly and knowledgeable service when I encounter it. Dennis did it right!

It took 6 trips and 3 different tech. to finally get my unit working, also brought a new thermostat which was not needed for $166.00 which can be purchased for $49.00 at local store. I believe a business should make a profit but not rip off it customers. Waiting to see my next experience with the company and how the fall check up goes.

In 2013 I acquired a one(1)year HVAC Service Contract for the first time from Parker & Sons. I was pleased in the quality of work, the knowledge of their technicians and their understanding of what customer service means. Based on this experience, I entered into a three (3) year service agreement. Additionally, I have recently request information on other services that they supply.

Ken P[redacted]r with Parker & Son's has been my tech for years. I have always been confident of his honesty and integrity. Ken not only knows his business, but really cares for his customers and their complete satisfaction.

I would like to Thank Bryan for his knowledge in helping us purchase our water softener, he was very helpful in making our decision easy. Very fast service with information and installation!!!

Parker and Sons is my "go to" company for air conditioning, heat, and plumbing. They always provide great service at a fair price. I've been a customer for several years and they never disappoint. All of the technicians are very polite, know what they're doing, and never suggest unnecessary repairs. I wouldn't think of calling any other company!

No complaints................service men showed up on time, courteous, knew their work, did a good job.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Making the appointment was easy, they showed in good time, fixed our stinky problem as fast as it could be fixed. The tech. [redacted], was awesome, knowledgeable and very polite. The charges were a lot less then another plumber we used prior. We will be calling Parker and Sons for all our plumbing needs. Thank you!

My husband and I have been using Parker and Sons for many, many years. They have installed our air conditioning/heating system, water heater and low flush commodes. All of their technicians are first rate. Today, [redacted] came to resolve a hot water issue. He was pleasant, cheerful, professional and quite knowledgeable. Again, another sign of the first rate Parker tech. Having had unpleasant experiences in the past with other companies, we wouldn't use anyone but Parker because we know that with Parker we will be getting the best.

We called P.[redacted] and sons out to cap off two gases lines for us, Josh C.[redacted] did a great job, was very friendly and professional.

I'm very pleased with Parker & Sons as when they came out and gave me a quote they were very honest in answering my questions. While installing the new unit the guys they sent to do the installation were very professional and very courteous. I'm would recommend them to anyone.

Just had the semi-annual maintenance on the Heating/Cooling systems. The technician arrived promptly as promised, put on the booties so as not to soil the carpets. Got his tools and equipment and proceeded to check-out the heating systems. Offered to change the filters (did not have to as they were changed not too long ago). On completion told me that both systems checked out good and provided supporting information. I have been using Parker and Sons for several years and always have been satisfied with the service.
