Great service reasonably priced completed the repairs same day I called.

I found Parker and Sons to extremely thorough and helpful. They needed to have the water off for an extended period of time and let me know in advance so I could get some things done. Mr. [redacted] also went completely above and beyond expectations by fixing my turn off valve and hose bib as a courtesy. I also felt he went beyond expectations on my sewer repair.

I am only pleased with our entire experience.

Parker and sons are very thorough, they check everything, they will make recommendations, but never pressure you to do anything you do not want to do. I can always rely on them to come out quickly in emergencies, when making appointments they are always on time, courteous and honest.

Kind of silly to make 2 trips to my house & charge me twice to inspect my new furnace & new AC unit only 6 months old. I get 2 inspections free included in the purchase but one is the AC & the other the furnace when I know you have people who can do both. Really I only get 1 inspection of each from my purchase and not 2 like you told me when I purchased the furnace & AC.

Save yourself money & me too.

I have used Parker & Sons for everything from installation of a water softener and toilets to preventive maintenance on my air conditioner/heat pump. They aren't always the least expensive, but they are always professional and honest. Their responses are timely and they back up their work.

They are honest call just before they come to your door and give you a card with their identification and treat you with courtesy.

We are in the process of selling our home and for two unexpected plumbing needs Parker and Sons (tech - Jake) were amazing and quick. The work was done professionally and [redacted] did a wonderful job of explaining the work needed and parts he used to make it a solid repair. I am really glad we used their services and would use them again.

I am very impressed with this business. I had a heating problem and several different technicians from Parker and Sons were unable to resolve the problem. I spoke with someone in the office and a supervisor was sent out immediately. He was great. He resolved the problem at no additional charge to me.

Parker now does almost everything in my house: plumbing, heating/air conditioning and my new water heater. They are always on time, polite and pleasant, no matter how stressful their day. I recently had my bathroom remodeled, and had Parker do the plumbing first. A wonderful company; I've recommended to friends and neighbors.

Phil was courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. We hope we get him, the next time we need service on our A/C system.

We have been Parker and Sons customers for more then 5 years. We love them, they are courteous, informative, and very thorough. We have a great maintenance plan for about $10 a month and they call us when it's time to schedule a checkup. I would highly recommend them. They also treat their employees very well from what I know and that is important to me as a supporting consumer also!

George H[redacted] was punctual, knowledgeable and informative. George was conscientious with his work and very careful with my little dog, she has a tendency to run out at the first chance she gets, and George was cautious and careful not to let her out! He was also very friendly with both of my dogs. I would request him if I needed further plumbing needs.

I have been using Parker and Sons way before it became Parker and Sons, ECI. I have found them very responsive to calls both scheduled and emergency. I recently had to have a new compressor replaced on a new unit (3 years old) the work was done professionally. The issue that I had was that the unit went out on a Friday with temps at 119, I was told that the warehouse that stocks a replacement is not open on the weekend and I would have to wait to Monday morning to get one...come Monday we find that the warehouse does not stock this replacement compressor and they would have to go to the manufacturer for the part (not local), then the manufacturer balked on paying the "overnight" shipping charges...someone intervened and it was taken care of, finally after 5 days of heat over 112 it was finally taken care of and the tech was very professional in its installation... I wish that Parker and Sons could have suggested some alternative cooling for the house during this down time so food items did not have to be thrown out due to the heat(house temps to exceed 100 degrees for 5 days).

I am generally please with there service and techs and would suggest that if you like the tech who provides your service to request him for future services.

They are great.. I have them for 6 month checkups and all my heating and cooling work. Gives me peace of mind

We recently had need for repair in the Rio Verde Foothills for our heat pump. We were very pleased with Parker and Sons prompt service and especially the research they did on our unit to allow us to use the warranty for parts that needed replacement. I would recommend Parker and Sons.
