Parker and Sons

I have used Parker & Sons for several years regarding air condition service. For the most part I have received good service. Service provided last week by Cameron Benson was very good. He took the time to explain in detail what was needed & provided the service. I would request him for any service required in the future.

This gentelman has helped our family for many years thru his service with Parker and Sons. He has followed up with expert advice and has save our family Thousands of dollars of repair bills with his expert advise and service. Thanks Antonio Bill and Judy F[redacted]

He is very knowlegable and busy minded. He did the job fast and well.

Received great plumbing service when a leak developed in our water line from the city. Problem was fixed quickly, everything including cost estimates was explained in advance, and the job was done in a few hours. The technician even raked our landscaping rock back in place, leaving no sign of the work done. Price was reasonable, we have dealt with Parker & Son for our AC and plumbing for more than 10 years, and they have always stood by their work and done a great job.

The installation team was excellent - courteous, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Of note, was that they even took time to help other service people who were involved. Very impressive and cooperative.

I was impressed with their profesionalism and their work ethic - it keeps the Parker name high on my list.

Do need on small favor - need to have someone stop by and bring some of that shiny silver tape to seal a couple of spots missed.

From the time we started looking a a/c units and decided on Lennox from Parker & Sons the experience could not have better. They are a very professional and so nice. You can not deal with a better company.

I have used Parker and Sons for many years. They take care of my AC/Heater and lately my plumbing needs. They have also installed a water heater for me as well as a New AC/Heater.

Everything has been done by courteous, friendly, knowledgeable people. As are the office staff.

It is important to know that Parker and Sons are probably a little more expensive than other companies. Especially, the plumbing side of the company. At the time of this review, the price difference is outweighed by the customer service.

Not always, but sometimes I get the "sales pitch" to get something else done that I didn't call them for, but one can always say no thanks. Still, it’s a bit irritating.

We have reached the point in which we need to replace our 2 AC units, most likely at the same time. Unfortunately, that's a big expense all at once, and we're trying to plan on how best to handle that expense and what our options are in terms of brand and features.

But the one thing I know for sure is that we've been getting fantastic service and advice from everyone at Parker and Sons for a number of years now. From their annual contract to random repairs, to the extensive and candid advice and recommendations we got today from [redacted]. regarding how to proceed with all new units, and what our options are, the trust factor with Parker and Sons continues to grow.

My experience with Parker and Sons has been first rate.

[redacted] the tech was very thorough. He explained in layman terms what the problem was and what needed to be done . He also gave a time line for the work to be completed that day. Very good communication skills and very pleasant to work with. [redacted] was the best tech we've had in to service our [redacted] unit. He was all business and very customer oriented. Will request him in the future!

We have used Parker & Sons for over 5 years for our annual cooling and then annual heating "check up". Always courteous employees,honest as to what is needed and ON TIME. Would not ever use another company. They are also available for things that happen over and above the "annual" stuff. Fair pricing.

I recently used Parker and Sons to install my new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal along with a whole house water pressure regulator. [redacted] was our serviceman and he did a terrific job and was the most customer oriented person I have ever worked with... he was very careful and cautious in his work as we recently had new flooring put in our home. He did the job expertly and was the best customer service oriented technician I have ever seen. [redacted] made us feel comfortable about his knowledge and experience in the work he was about to do and did his job expertly. I have used Parker and Sons a number of times in the past, and I have a serive agreement with them on my home's air conditioning system that they also installed for me. I know I can count on Parder and Sons for heating, air conditioning, plumbing and just all around great service! They are the best here in the valley for any work you need done!

I have been using Parker & Sons for 5 years or so and have always been pleased with both their service and the quality of their work. They have always been very prompt in responding to service requests. And their employees have always seemed to be first rate, courteous and thorough. Today's visit for water heater repair was no exception. The technician on today's call was [redacted]. I recommend Parker and Sons very highly.

I have used Parker and Sons for more than a year. It has been necessary for me to experience their expertise in various specialties. I have had A/C Issues, Plumbing Issues, Drain Issues and the like as the normal life experiences have required of me. They have never disappointed me in any area and the range of their talents make me reluctant to call anyone else. I have no problem recommending them.
