Called Parker and Sons for service on refrigeration unit service technician Christian A[redacted] was sent out is very respectful helpful and knowledgeable young man would recommend him and his company for any service thank you

The technician was very pleasant upon arriving was nice to the kids. He finished the job in a very timely manner. thank you

Josh C. was extremely helpful in repairing all of our problems with our plumbing. He resolved all our issues and worked in a clean and efficient manner. I would definitely request him again for any future plumbing needs we might have.

Review: After resolving an issue over a questionable warranty, now I find that Parker & Sons never applied for the APS Rebate on my behalf as promised. It's been over 10 weeks (APS promises 6-8 weeks AFTER P&S gets the application).

Thanks Parker and Sons, once again, for NOT living up to your self proclaimed wonderfulness.Desired Settlement: Get my Rebate application turned in to APS .... NOW.

We have spoken to customer and assured him the paperwork has been filed. We put in a request to APS to rush the rebate. However, it is up to them on whether they will or not. The rebate was submitted last week when he initially called us, and it is in the payout phase on Aps website. Customer stated that we have satisfied his complaint and would rescind his complaint once he receives the rebate check.

Review: Our A/C blower has been cutting out. Parker and Sons has been to our house 3 times and billed us SEVERAL hundreds of dollars and they have not fixed the problem. It is apparent they have incentivized their "repairmen" to be salesmen. They only want to sell us 2 new A/C units. They have been here 3 times to fix the problem they continue to bill us for expensive parts that do not fix the problem.Desired Settlement: I have already paid several times to have this problem fixed. They need to send an actual repairman, not a salesman, to fix the issue. There should be no more charges and if they cannot fix the problem, I need a refund of the bills I have paid so far.

We had a supervisor and a technician go to the Hatch residence today and after an extensive evaluation, one of the control boards was replaced on the system. As of the writing of this response, the system is working properly. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I was pleased with the level of support and expertise they sent out to work on the issue. It has been several days since Parker and Sons completed the repairs and the system has been working perfectly. If we have further issues, I am very confident they will respond and resolve the issue. I recently used Parker and Sons to install my new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal along with a whole house water pressure regulator. [redacted] was our serviceman and he did a terrific job and was the most customer oriented person I have ever worked with... he was very careful and cautious in his work as we recently had new flooring put in our home. He did the job expertly and was the best customer service oriented technician I have ever seen. [redacted] made us feel comfortable about his knowledge and experience in the work he was about to do and did his job expertly. I have used Parker and Sons a number of times in the past, and I have a serive agreement with them on my home's air conditioning system that they also installed for me. I know I can count on Parder and Sons for heating, air conditioning, plumbing and just all around great service! They are the best here in the valley for any work you need done!

My air conditioner stopped in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning and Parker and Sons were able to send a tech out the same day. The tech was conscientious of the solar panels on the roof. He was so helpful. He noticed my water heater was leaking and made a call to make sure someone came out right away to help me with it. After he determined what the AC problem was, he moved quickly so as to be able to pick up the part before the supplier closed. He made every effort to see that I had cool air the same day.

$Parker and Sons does not perform as I would expect a reputable plumber to perform. I had a situation where my air conditioner was not putting out cool air. The operator convinced me to sign up for their maintenance contract so it would cost as much to send the tech out. The tech came out, turned the a/c off and on, told me they could not find the problem and that it was putting out cool air at that point. The tech did, however, tell my housesitter that I had some bad contacts, the fan was starting to go and based on the age of the unit I should replace it. None of this was documented on the receipt. I called the office and they sent a tech out the next business day and they sent out another tech to review the a/c. He also said there were bad contacts, the fan was bad, that I needed to replace the entire a/c "just in case since it is so old" and that probably I would need all new ducting. This was going to be in the neighborhood of $3-$10 thousand dollars, depending on what I did. I declined and asked to be removed from the maintenance plan. At no time did they even offer to perform maintenance. In fact, when I asked about putting in the very small amount of freon that was missing, they said it would be more than $100 just to do that in addition to the maintenance fee. I declined everything. I have been using this a/c now for an additional 6 months with no problems. I just heard from a friend that Parker and Sons came to her place and told her the exact same thing ... word for word. When she had another plumber come out for a second opinion, they did not find any of the problem that Parker said she had.

We have used Parker & Sons for over 5 years for our annual cooling and then annual heating "check up". Always courteous employees,honest as to what is needed and ON TIME. Would not ever use another company. They are also available for things that happen over and above the "annual" stuff. Fair pricing.

The installation team was excellent - courteous, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Of note, was that they even took time to help other service people who were involved. Very impressive and cooperative.

I was impressed with their profesionalism and their work ethic - it keeps the Parker name high on my list.

Do need on small favor - need to have someone stop by and bring some of that shiny silver tape to seal a couple of spots missed.

Technician was on time, friendly, and appears to have done a great job (I AM NOT an A/C technician) Unit is running quietly still heating at night (it's 2/26) so no A/C yet! We started using Parker and Sons last year and were happy with their response and pricing.

Had an emergency this week regarding a water leak under my kitchen sink.

Discovered this when I arrived home from work so we are talking about after regular business hours. Called their phone number and was promptly greeted by a very professional, helpful and friendly lady. She was going to dispatch a plumber right away.

Within an hour he was standing at my front door. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not in the least bit intimidating to a single woman.

Parker and sons sent Tommy H. Out to my home on an emergency call on a Sunday evening. He came quickly, got the water heater leak capped off and got the water back on to our house. He came first thing the next morning to install a new hot water heater and fixed a few more issues. He was very professional, extremely courteous and just a great person. I believe he has been to our home at least one other time for a different issue. I will definitely request him in the future for any plumbing issues!

We have been with a number of companies but, Parker and Sons cannot be beat. Their workmanship , professionalism and pricing is the best. The quality of the work is outstanding. I tell you honestly , if you need AC work done , forget the rest and choose the best. Parker and Sons.

Robert W. gave us excellent service on the installation of our sink and toilet. Robert's expertise went above and beyond that which is normally required by a master plumber. When the sink was purchased there was no indication that it would not fit into the same dimensions as the old one, it was too big. Robert had to adapt the tile by sawing into the tile to make this happen. This was done without breaking or cracking any of the tiles as there was a high probability this indeed would happen. Robert was careful and patient and today we have a new sink. Much thanks to Robert W. for an excellent install.

As always, I am very satisfied with Parker & sons service and personnel.

We returned home from vacation in late July to find our two year old AC system not functioning. Parker and Sons had installed the unit and it was under warranty so we immediately made that call. Within an hour a technician was on-site and had diagnosed the issue. After resolving the wiring issue the technician took the time to further troubleshoot the system as he felt that it was not working at its peak. He found that the system had lost 2 pounds of Freon so that was replaced.

We contacted Parker and Sons to let them know that in our opinion the system should not have been in that condition. They sent a technician to our house who was able to diagnose and repair the issue. Not only did the system get repaired, but they worked through the warranty issues to keep our out of pocket cost to a minimum, and kept us well informed during the process.

In a nutshell, Parker and Sons (and in particular [redacted]) made a potentially frustrating situation very easy to deal with and put the customer first. We were extremely satisfied with how they dealt with our issue.

Damian B[redacted] was a very good plumber and fixed two problems that could have cost me a whole freezer full of thawed food. thank you, thank you, thank you

Sericeman was fast and clean with his work. He explained what he was going to do and afterwards carefully told us what he had found. He lest us a list of all the readings he found durimg the several tests he conducted. He was careful the put on his "booties" every time he entered the house.

[redacted] was very professional and friendly. He explained all the details to me very well and showed me different options for repair and prices. I would request him again if I have any more plumbing problems.
