We have been with a number of companies but, Parker and Sons cannot be beat. Their workmanship , professionalism and pricing is the best. The quality of the work is outstanding. I tell you honestly , if you need AC work done , forget the rest and choose the best. Parker and Sons.

My service and install from Parker and Sons was excellent. I had both the AC checked and the install of a hot water heater by a plumber, two different employees. Both were courteous, timely, and did a great job cleaning up after their projects. Would recommend Parker and Sons to anyone!

As always, I am very satisfied with Parker & sons service and personnel.

The technician, [redacted], was very professional. The temperature that day was 115 (according to NWS) but it only felt like 109. We set him up with some water, a cool rag to use, and a floor fan to move the air around. We checked up on him about every 30 minutes to make sure he didn't suffer from heat exhaustion. He held up pretty good. He told us the owner-supplied water heater replacement would take about 2 hrs and he was about spot on. This include a drip pan, replacement of the plastic drain valve with a metal one, and replacement of the water gate valve. He also hauled away the old water heater. As a part of the after-installation report, he suggested a water softener to help extend the life of the water heater (hard water), but my last water heater lasted almost 15 yrs without one. Also, the new water heater manual states the use of a water softener may decrease the life of the water heater tank. So I passed on the suggestion.

I would recommend Parker and Sons very highly. Each and every time we have called we have had immediate service by a very qualified technician, I would not call anyone else. The dispatch crew is highly efficient and acts as though you are the only one that matters, always very kind and concerned.

As always, Parker and Sons came thru on an emergency. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.

[redacted] was very professional and friendly. He explained all the details to me very well and showed me different options for repair and prices. I would request him again if I have any more plumbing problems.

Robert W. gave us excellent service on the installation of our sink and toilet. Robert's expertise went above and beyond that which is normally required by a master plumber. When the sink was purchased there was no indication that it would not fit into the same dimensions as the old one, it was too big. Robert had to adapt the tile by sawing into the tile to make this happen. This was done without breaking or cracking any of the tiles as there was a high probability this indeed would happen. Robert was careful and patient and today we have a new sink. Much thanks to Robert W. for an excellent install.

Parker and sons sent Tommy H. Out to my home on an emergency call on a Sunday evening. He came quickly, got the water heater leak capped off and got the water back on to our house. He came first thing the next morning to install a new hot water heater and fixed a few more issues. He was very professional, extremely courteous and just a great person. I believe he has been to our home at least one other time for a different issue. I will definitely request him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Had an emergency this week regarding a water leak under my kitchen sink.

Discovered this when I arrived home from work so we are talking about after regular business hours. Called their phone number and was promptly greeted by a very professional, helpful and friendly lady. She was going to dispatch a plumber right away.

Within an hour he was standing at my front door. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and not in the least bit intimidating to a single woman.

Technician was on time, friendly, and appears to have done a great job (I AM NOT an A/C technician) Unit is running quietly still heating at night (it's 2/26) so no A/C yet! We started using Parker and Sons last year and were happy with their response and pricing.

Brendon Burgess serviced our a.c. unit today. He was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him for any a.c. need that arise.

Luke was called out on a Sunday at about 1 0 clock and he arrived at our home about a 1/2 hour later, was very professional and out going. Luke explained the process he would have to do to correct our problem and gave us our estimate prior to starting the project. Outstanding.

Sericeman was fast and clean with his work. He explained what he was going to do and afterwards carefully told us what he had found. He lest us a list of all the readings he found durimg the several tests he conducted. He was careful the put on his "booties" every time he entered the house.

We returned home from vacation in late July to find our two year old AC system not functioning. Parker and Sons had installed the unit and it was under warranty so we immediately made that call. Within an hour a technician was on-site and had diagnosed the issue. After resolving the wiring issue the technician took the time to further troubleshoot the system as he felt that it was not working at its peak. He found that the system had lost 2 pounds of Freon so that was replaced.

We contacted Parker and Sons to let them know that in our opinion the system should not have been in that condition. They sent a technician to our house who was able to diagnose and repair the issue. Not only did the system get repaired, but they worked through the warranty issues to keep our out of pocket cost to a minimum, and kept us well informed during the process.

In a nutshell, Parker and Sons (and in particular [redacted]) made a potentially frustrating situation very easy to deal with and put the customer first. We were extremely satisfied with how they dealt with our issue.

I have been using Parker & Sons for several years. They do the Spring and Fall check-up on my heating/AC unit. I have only had one other problem, and I did not hesitate to call them. The person who answers the phone is always friendly and helpful. The service technicians are always friendly, helpful and really know what they are doing. They are careful to never make a mess. Prices are competitive, and you get a discount if you are under contract with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
