Good service

Called to get service on an air condtioner that had frozen up. The called was handled courteously and the serviceman was dispatched quickly. They got it repaired at a good price. I am a happy camper.

Luke was called out on a Sunday at about 1 0 clock and he arrived at our home about a 1/2 hour later, was very professional and out going. Luke explained the process he would have to do to correct our problem and gave us our estimate prior to starting the project. Outstanding.

I have had Parker and Sons for my plumbing and A/C needs since 2006. I am extremely happy with the work they have done on my home repairs. From a cracked pipe in a wall, to a new hot water heater, to their Bi-annual service on my heat pump, to replacing my old heat pump with a brand new one as of the end of May of this year. The quality of work in my opinion (and I am very picky) is outstanding. When the techs were putting in my new A/C - heat pump system (which part of it was in my attic) and the temp was over 100 degrees on that day OUTSIDE, not one complaint did I hear from them. They also looked at my attic and made suggestions on how to install the unit to make it more efficient (which meant more work for them) but they cared more about the proper way to install the unit instead of convenience for them. I highy recommend Parker and Sons for all your plumbing and A/C-heating needs..Darn good customer service in the office too.

Very nice, however when I scheduled the appointments the lady informed me that they would call when they were on the way. They did not call & caught me off guard in the 8-12 scheduled time frame.

As always, Parker and Sons came thru on an emergency. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.

My service and install from Parker and Sons was excellent. I had both the AC checked and the install of a hot water heater by a plumber, two different employees. Both were courteous, timely, and did a great job cleaning up after their projects. Would recommend Parker and Sons to anyone!

I would recommend Parker and Sons very highly. Each and every time we have called we have had immediate service by a very qualified technician, I would not call anyone else. The dispatch crew is highly efficient and acts as though you are the only one that matters, always very kind and concerned.

The technician, [redacted], was very professional. The temperature that day was 115 (according to NWS) but it only felt like 109. We set him up with some water, a cool rag to use, and a floor fan to move the air around. We checked up on him about every 30 minutes to make sure he didn't suffer from heat exhaustion. He held up pretty good. He told us the owner-supplied water heater replacement would take about 2 hrs and he was about spot on. This include a drip pan, replacement of the plastic drain valve with a metal one, and replacement of the water gate valve. He also hauled away the old water heater. As a part of the after-installation report, he suggested a water softener to help extend the life of the water heater (hard water), but my last water heater lasted almost 15 yrs without one. Also, the new water heater manual states the use of a water softener may decrease the life of the water heater tank. So I passed on the suggestion.

Brendon Burgess serviced our a.c. unit today. He was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him for any a.c. need that arise.

We recently used Parker and Sons for maintenance on our heating and air conditioning unt and are quite satisfied. They showed up when they said they would and were both professional and courteous, and answered all our questions and we feel they gave us a fair price. They diagnosed the problem and gave us several options to either repair or replace the unit. I feel confident we will use them again for any of our Plumbing or AC needs and we definitely would recommend them to others.

The motor fan blade broke on one of our units on 9/26/13. Parker & Sons sent out a repairman right away. The tech was very negative, and did not seem to want to do the job. We have been on the Parker Family Plan for several years now and have never had a complaint. We had no confidence in this repairman. My husband called Parker & Sons right away to express his concerns. He asked that someone else come out to do the job. [redacted] came out as soon as possible with a new fan blade. He was smiling . . courteous, professional and got the job done very quickly. Parker & Sons apologized - and gave us an added discount - which was totally unexpected, not necessary, but very good of them. Sometimes repair jobs don't go very well - and we are grateful to Parker & Sons, and especially to [redacted] for all they did to correct the situation. Parker & Sons did everything possible to help us - and we say, "Thank you very much."

I am a Canadian who has been using Parker and Sons to look after our property in Chandler. Parker and Sons have taken great care in helping us when we needed repairs. They are solid and reliable. I would definitely recommend them.

Parker is our A/C and Plumber and we would never want another. They are always there when they say they will be, they are clean and polite.

On September 4, 2013 it was registering 110 degrees outside my house in Scottsdale. Inside I realized my air conditioner was no longer cooling. Since I had heard very positive ads on radio and TV regarding Parker and Sons, I decided to make the call. From the very first experience of [redacted] answering the phone, I had many positive experiences. She immediately made arrangements for a technician to come out that very afternoon. [redacted], the technician, arrived on time and proceeded to check my unit. He found that a new blower motor was needed. He arranged to have it at my house the next day and worked around my schedule. He also was concerned about my welfare in the sweltering house. The following day I received several calls from the office checking on the appointment time and informing me of [redacted] whereabouts and when he would arrive. He was able to install the motor quickly, explaining everything he had done. He was at all times polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about his job. I will request him on future calls. All in all it was a very positive experience and I will continue to use Parker and Sons.
