Parker and Sons

The tech who came to my house (I'm sorry to say his name has slipped my mind) was very friendly, helpful and quick & quiet. I also really appreciated the office calling me to let me know he would be coming earlier than was originally scheduled.

Over the last week, we had three different service projects for Parker--all were excellently handled, including the initial phone calls to set appts. [redacted], and especially, [redacted] and **, were wonderful. Installing the A/C unit took 12 hrs, because they were replacing an ancient unit, and it took some creative modifications to complete the job. It is working perfectly, and we are extremely pleased. They were hard-working, diligent, and very polite in our home during that time. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone.

We have used Parker & Sons for two years. We called Parker because we had a poor experience with our prior contractor. Parker always shows up on time, their service technicians are polite, clean and very courteous. The work has been excellent and the pricing very fair. We are very happy with Parker & Sons!

Your technicians were here in under an hour when my air conditioner broke,so impressed with the care they took and concern. They fixed my problem the same day. I had to call the next day as it went out again, Michael S[redacted] returned and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Everything is working fine now. Michael had to come out the first time to assist a Junior technician who was having problems with the repair, again he had it running in less than half an hour.

Extremely satisfied with each of my past semi-annual

tune-ups. Parker has been my maintenance expert for

the past five (5) years and have found no reason to

seek a replacement. Equipment continues to produce

cooling & heating very proficiently. That's what

correct servicing should do and they do it.

I'm a 78 year male and I have never received the fantastic service that I have received that I since signing a contract with them a year ago. It does not matter if it is taking care of a problem with the AC, water heater, heating or whatever, they perform all tasks with the utmost professionalism.

Early Wednesday morning of October 30th, our bathtub hot water faucet would not turn off. I called Parker and Sons and within 30 minutes, [redacted] was here. It turned out to be an extensive repair and we ended up having other issues too. [redacted] and [redacted] did an exemplary job with everything. I purchased a new unit about 4 years ago. I was very happy with all the people who helped me choose the unit that was right for my home. Since then one man, [redacted] has performed the semi-annual checkups. He always takes the time to explain how the unit is working and the things that I can do to help keep the energy use down.

Both Chad and Jake were professional in their work. They were below estimate and included some minor repairs they suggested which would have been added costs in the future.

They were on time and very friendly and explained what they were going to do and then reviewed everything at the end.

As retirees we appreciated their approach.

I've used Parker and Sons for years and have always been satisfied. They've came in the middle of the night more than once, and have always been cheery and efficient; never trying to sell something that isn't really necessary. Apparently one of the owners used to work in the field, which may explain why the employees are treated so well. That translates into employees treating their customers the same way.

Service is excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The recommended products have always proven to be reliable. As a long standing customer, I recommend Parker and Sons, Inc. for heating/cooling and plumbing services.

Professional, neat clean and efficient!!

I have been using Parker & Sons for several years. They do the Spring and Fall check-up on my heating/AC unit. I have only had one other problem, and I did not hesitate to call them. The person who answers the phone is always friendly and helpful. The service technicians are always friendly, helpful and really know what they are doing. They are careful to never make a mess. Prices are competitive, and you get a discount if you are under contract with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We have dealt with them on 4 or 5 occasions. Always very professional with accurate estimates. Even purchased their 3 year service warranty. Jobs always done right and in a timely manner.

I had Parker and Sons to my rental property and my house, 1 was an a/c inspection the other, a plumbing problem (replacing 2 gate valves) on both the tech's were actually early, Very professional, Very Friendly, Very Neat and finished in a very timely manor! I use Parker for Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Solar Water Heating and have had them install and service all phases of the above mentioned categories. Their service people are highly trained and experienced. I find them all to be very professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. It is obvious that I am extremely satisfied with Parker and Sons. **

I love parker and sons and have done business with them for over 10 years. Kenny L. Came to my home for summer maintenance and found a couple of recommendations. He took time to explain fully to me and husband and explained all of our options. We will request him when winter maintenance time comes.
