Professional, neat clean and efficient!!

Excellent service & repair that was required. The service man was very helpful & extremely professional to us & this was very meaningful to us.

I purchased a new unit about 4 years ago. I was very happy with all the people who helped me choose the unit that was right for my home. Since then one man, [redacted] has performed the semi-annual checkups. He always takes the time to explain how the unit is working and the things that I can do to help keep the energy use down.

We have used Parker & Sons for two years. We called Parker because we had a poor experience with our prior contractor. Parker always shows up on time, their service technicians are polite, clean and very courteous. The work has been excellent and the pricing very fair. We are very happy with Parker & Sons!

Over the last week, we had three different service projects for Parker--all were excellently handled, including the initial phone calls to set appts. [redacted], and especially, [redacted] and **, were wonderful. Installing the A/C unit took 12 hrs, because they were replacing an ancient unit, and it took some creative modifications to complete the job. It is working perfectly, and we are extremely pleased. They were hard-working, diligent, and very polite in our home during that time. It was a pleasure doing business with everyone.

On September 4, 2013 it was registering 110 degrees outside my house in Scottsdale. Inside I realized my air conditioner was no longer cooling. Since I had heard very positive ads on radio and TV regarding Parker and Sons, I decided to make the call. From the very first experience of [redacted] answering the phone, I had many positive experiences. She immediately made arrangements for a technician to come out that very afternoon. [redacted], the technician, arrived on time and proceeded to check my unit. He found that a new blower motor was needed. He arranged to have it at my house the next day and worked around my schedule. He also was concerned about my welfare in the sweltering house. The following day I received several calls from the office checking on the appointment time and informing me of [redacted] whereabouts and when he would arrive. He was able to install the motor quickly, explaining everything he had done. He was at all times polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about his job. I will request him on future calls. All in all it was a very positive experience and I will continue to use Parker and Sons.

Parker is our A/C and Plumber and we would never want another. They are always there when they say they will be, they are clean and polite.

Your tech was very accurate in his service and was thorough in his explanation

of your units. Very positive service and will continue to use Parker and Sons service contract.

Good Work

I've used Parker and Sons for years and have always been satisfied. They've came in the middle of the night more than once, and have always been cheery and efficient; never trying to sell something that isn't really necessary. Apparently one of the owners used to work in the field, which may explain why the employees are treated so well. That translates into employees treating their customers the same way.

Early Wednesday morning of October 30th, our bathtub hot water faucet would not turn off. I called Parker and Sons and within 30 minutes, [redacted] was here. It turned out to be an extensive repair and we ended up having other issues too. [redacted] and [redacted] did an exemplary job with everything. Thank you, Parker and Sons and [redacted] and [redacted]!

I'm a 78 year male and I have never received the fantastic service that I have received that I since signing a contract with them a year ago. It does not matter if it is taking care of a problem with the AC, water heater, heating or whatever, they perform all tasks with the utmost professionalism.

Extremely satisfied with each of my past semi-annual

tune-ups. Parker has been my maintenance expert for

the past five (5) years and have found no reason to

seek a replacement. Equipment continues to produce

cooling & heating very proficiently. That's what

correct servicing should do and they do it.

The tech who came to my house (I'm sorry to say his name has slipped my mind) was very friendly, helpful and quick & quiet. I also really appreciated the office calling me to let me know he would be coming earlier than was originally scheduled.

I had Parker and Sons to my rental property and my house, 1 was an a/c inspection the other, a plumbing problem (replacing 2 gate valves) on both the tech's were actually early, Very professional, Very Friendly, Very Neat and finished in a very timely manor! We have dealt with them on 4 or 5 occasions. Always very professional with accurate estimates. Even purchased their 3 year service warranty. Jobs always done right and in a timely manner.
