I have ordered from parts geek several times and the order arrives very quickly and always exactly what I ordered the 1st time everytime I will definitely do business with Parts Geek again .Michael

I have tried the parts geek site several times. The are very quick . No problems with returns and good quality. Im 62 so it wasnew for me to buy online had a good experience n saved a lot of money.

I think this is a great site I have gotten timely service at great prices

terrible customer service. I went to their website put in the year make and model engine size and description of the part I needed. the part showed up I checked the fitment list and my car was on the list. I ordered said part, received the part but it was the wrong part. They sent me an email with an RMA # to return the item but I was responsible for shipping charges. I called to ask why I had to pay the return shipping they flat out told me I made the mistake and I was an it. That was the customer service supervisor that basically called me an it. cheap parts fast delivery but TERRIBLE, AWFUL, DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

The service was great and the parts were exactly what I ordered and needed, however, I yet to receive my core refunds. They say that they have been approved but never returned the money to me

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They have cheap prices for a reason. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PART, after countless emails and phone calls, PARTS GEEK REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. No moral ethics whatsoever. Spend the few extra bucks and go with A.

Ordered a crank sensor never recieved it was promised a replacement within 7 days never recieved it first and last time using these crooks
